Portfolio Hub Terms, Data & Risk Disclosure

1. INTRODUCTION AND SCOPE

1.1 Purpose of these Portfolio Hub Terms

These Portfolio Hub Terms, Data & Risk Disclosure establish the specific contractual, operational, educational, technological, data-related and risk-related rules governing access to and use of the Block2Learn Portfolio Hub.

The Portfolio Hub is also identified within certain areas of the Platform, including navigation menus and user interfaces, as “My Portfolio.” References in this document to “Portfolio Hub,” “My Portfolio,” the “Tool” or the “Service” shall refer to the same Block2Learn digital environment unless expressly stated otherwise.

The purpose of these Terms is to define the nature of the Portfolio Hub, the purposes for which it is made available, the limitations applicable to its functionality, the responsibilities assumed by Users, the conditions applicable to data entered or displayed through the Tool and the legal protections governing the operation, development and continued availability of the Service.

These Terms are intended to ensure that Users clearly understand that the Portfolio Hub is an educational, informational, organizational and simulation tool developed as part of the Block2Learn Educational Ecosystem.

The Portfolio Hub is not a brokerage platform, trading platform, exchange, financial institution, asset manager, portfolio manager, wealth manager, financial planner, custodian, wallet provider, accounting system, tax reporting service or regulated financial service.

The Portfolio Hub does not execute transactions, connect operationally to financial markets, manage User assets, move funds, provide custody, sign blockchain transactions, control wallets or make financial decisions on behalf of Users.

1.2 Specific Supplemental Terms

These Terms constitute specific supplemental terms governing the Portfolio Hub.

They supplement and form an integral part of the broader Block2Learn legal framework, including the Block2Learn Terms of Service, Financial Disclaimer & Risk Disclosure, Account & Acceptable Use Policy, Intellectual Property Policy, Privacy & Cookie Policy and any other legal document applicable to the User’s access to or use of the Platform.

Where a Portfolio Hub matter is addressed in greater detail within these Terms, these Terms shall govern that specific matter, subject always to the Block2Learn Terms of Service and to mandatory provisions of applicable law.

These Terms do not replace the Block2Learn Terms of Service.

The Terms of Service remain the master agreement governing the entire Block2Learn ecosystem, while this document establishes the specific contractual rules applicable to the Portfolio Hub, its data, its functionality, its educational purpose, its simulations and its associated risks.

1.3 Relationship with the Block2Learn Legal Framework

The Portfolio Hub shall not be interpreted or used independently from the broader Block2Learn legal framework.

Access to and use of the Portfolio Hub are governed collectively by all applicable Block2Learn legal documents.

Without limitation, the following documents may apply:

the Block2Learn Terms of Service;

the Account & Acceptable Use Policy;

the Financial Disclaimer & Risk Disclosure;

the Intellectual Property Policy;

the Privacy & Cookie Policy;

the Membership & Subscription Policy, where access or functionality is connected with a Membership, Subscription or account level;

the Digital Products Sales Agreement, where a Paid Feature, digital upgrade, software license or other paid component is purchased;

the Refund & Withdrawal Policy, where a purchase is completed;

and any additional policy, disclosure, notice, feature-specific term or commercial condition published by Block2Learn.

The User acknowledges that no single legal document governs the relationship between the User and Block2Learn in isolation.

The Block2Learn legal framework operates as an integrated contractual system in which each document regulates a particular area while remaining connected with the others.

Where these Terms do not expressly address a matter, the applicable provisions of the broader Block2Learn legal framework shall continue to apply.

1.4 Scope of Application

These Terms apply to every individual or entity that accesses, views, registers for, configures, interacts with or otherwise uses the Portfolio Hub.

They apply regardless of whether the User:

uses the Portfolio Hub free of charge;

accesses it through a Block2Learn account;

accesses it through a Membership or Subscription;

uses only manual portfolio functionality;

creates a hypothetical or simulated portfolio;

records actual assets or transactions;

enters invented information;

imports supported data through a public blockchain address;

uses watch-only monitoring;

creates watchlists;

records notes;

defines goals;

records liabilities, payments or financial commitments;

uses analytical or performance functionality;

uses scenario tools;

accesses future Portfolio Hub features;

or purchases any future Paid Feature.

These Terms apply to all current and future versions of the Portfolio Hub and to every technological environment through which Portfolio Hub functionality may be delivered.

1.5 Current and Future Functionality

The User acknowledges that the Portfolio Hub is an evolving digital educational service.

Its functionality, structure, design, interface, data architecture, supported assets, supported networks, supported data categories, analytical models, calculation methods, scenarios, outputs, access conditions and commercial structure may change over time.

Block2Learn may develop, introduce, modify, expand, reorganize, replace, restrict, suspend or discontinue Portfolio Hub functionality where reasonably necessary or appropriate for educational, operational, technological, security, legal, commercial or strategic reasons.

Future functionality may include new portfolio tools, new data categories, additional networks, additional asset types, educational analytics, goal-based simulations, scenario systems, planning tools, research integrations, artificial intelligence features, collaborative features, export systems, reporting functionality, premium tools or other future developments.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all such future functionality shall automatically fall within the scope of these Terms.

The introduction of a new feature shall not require the execution of a separate agreement unless Block2Learn determines that additional terms are appropriate or applicable law requires separate acceptance.

1.6 Application to Free and Paid Access

The Portfolio Hub is currently made available as a free educational tool, subject to the access conditions established by Block2Learn.

Free availability does not constitute a guarantee that the Portfolio Hub, every existing feature or every future feature will remain free indefinitely.

Block2Learn may introduce Paid Features, premium functionality, enhanced data access, additional tools, storage limits, usage limits, account tiers, subscriptions, one-time purchases, advanced analytics or other commercial components in the future.

No User shall be charged merely because a previously free feature becomes subject to payment.

Access to any Paid Feature shall require a separate affirmative purchase, activation, authorization or commercial acceptance process.

Where a Paid Feature is introduced, the applicable price, billing structure, access duration, renewal conditions, cancellation rules, withdrawal information, refund conditions and other commercial terms shall be disclosed before the User completes the relevant transaction.

Paid Features shall be governed by these Terms together with the Digital Products Sales Agreement, Membership & Subscription Policy, Refund & Withdrawal Policy and any additional commercial conditions applicable to the relevant purchase.

The fact that the Portfolio Hub is provided free of charge shall not reduce the applicability of the Block2Learn legal framework, intellectual property protections, acceptable use restrictions, security requirements, User responsibilities or limitations established by these Terms.

1.7 Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing, entering, opening, configuring or using any portion of the Portfolio Hub, the User acknowledges having had a reasonable opportunity to review these Terms.

Use of the Portfolio Hub constitutes acceptance of these Terms and of the applicable Block2Learn legal framework.

Block2Learn may require express electronic acceptance through a checkbox, acknowledgement field, activation screen, account prompt or similar electronic mechanism.

Where express acceptance is required, the User may be prevented from accessing or continuing to use the Portfolio Hub until the applicable acknowledgement has been completed.

Electronic acceptance may be recorded together with information reasonably necessary to document the acceptance event, including the User account, document version, date, time and relevant technical record.

The User acknowledges that continued use following the effective date of an updated version may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by applicable law and where appropriate notice has been provided.

Where Block2Learn determines that a modification is material, the User may be required to provide renewed express acceptance before continued access is permitted.

A User who does not agree with these Terms must not access or use the Portfolio Hub.

1.8 Mandatory Rights and Legal Limitations

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, waive or limit any right, protection, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, waived or limited under mandatory applicable law.

Where a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the mandatory legal requirement shall prevail only to the extent required by law.

All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Any disclaimer, limitation, exclusion, allocation of responsibility or contractual protection contained in these Terms shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

The User acknowledges that the presence of a disclaimer does not eliminate rights that are legally mandatory.

At the same time, the preservation of mandatory rights shall not prevent Block2Learn from relying upon lawful disclaimers, limitations of liability, educational classifications, risk disclosures, acceptable use restrictions, intellectual property protections or other contractual provisions to the maximum extent permitted by law.

1.9 International Access and Local Compliance

The Portfolio Hub is operated as part of the Block2Learn Platform from Italy and may be accessible to Users located in multiple jurisdictions.

Block2Learn makes no representation that the Portfolio Hub, its features, its data, its terminology, its scenarios or its educational functionality are appropriate, lawful or suitable for every jurisdiction.

The User is solely responsible for determining whether access to and use of the Portfolio Hub are lawful in the User’s jurisdiction.

The User is also responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, reporting obligations, tax requirements, data protection rules and other legal obligations applicable to the User’s personal circumstances.

Access from a jurisdiction outside Italy shall not alter the governing law, official language or jurisdiction provisions established by the Block2Learn Terms of Service.

1.10 Interpretation and Hierarchy

These Terms shall be interpreted consistently with the Block2Learn Terms of Service and the broader Block2Learn legal framework.

Where reasonably possible, all applicable documents shall be interpreted harmoniously.

The following principles shall apply:

mandatory provisions of applicable law shall prevail where legally required;

the Block2Learn Terms of Service shall remain the master agreement governing the Platform;

these Portfolio Hub Terms shall govern Portfolio Hub-specific matters addressed in greater detail herein;

other applicable policies shall govern the subject matters specifically assigned to them;

and product descriptions, support communications, marketing materials, public statements, social media posts and informal communications shall not override the applicable legal framework.

Headings are included for convenience and shall not limit the interpretation of any provision.

References to examples, features or categories shall be illustrative and shall not restrict the general scope of these Terms.

2. DEFINITIONS

2.1 Block2Learn

“Block2Learn” means the Block2Learn educational platform, its current operator and any future company, affiliate, subsidiary, successor, assignee, purchaser, licensee, authorized operator or other lawful entity that may own, operate, manage, acquire, license or otherwise assume responsibility for the Platform or any portion thereof.

References to “Block2Learn,” “we,” “us” or “our” shall be interpreted consistently with the definitions contained in the Block2Learn Terms of Service.

2.2 Platform

“Platform” means the Block2Learn website, account infrastructure, educational environment, Learning Path, Framework systems, Dashboards, research areas, software tools, applications, content, databases, technological systems, Membership areas, Subscription areas, communication systems and all current and future services made available through the Block2Learn ecosystem.

2.3 Portfolio Hub

“Portfolio Hub” means the Block2Learn software-based educational environment that enables Users to create, organize, display, monitor, study and simulate portfolios, assets, transactions, allocations, performance metrics, watchlists, public blockchain addresses, notes, goals, liabilities, scenarios and related information.

The Portfolio Hub may also be identified within the Platform as “My Portfolio.”

The Portfolio Hub includes all current and future versions, interfaces, features, data structures, analytical components, educational workflows, calculations, visualizations, outputs and related functionality made available under or in connection with the Portfolio Hub environment.

2.4 User

“User” means any individual or entity accessing, registering for, configuring, viewing, interacting with or otherwise using the Portfolio Hub.

Where a User purchases a Paid Feature, the User may also qualify as a Customer under the Digital Products Sales Agreement.

2.5 Account

“Account” means the personal Block2Learn account, profile, access credential system or other authenticated environment through which the User may access and use the Portfolio Hub.

An Account remains personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable unless expressly stated otherwise by Block2Learn.

2.6 Portfolio

“Portfolio” means any collection of Assets, positions, entries, quantities, values, transactions, valuations, liabilities, notes, goals or related information created, entered, imported, displayed, calculated or organized within the Portfolio Hub.

The use of the term “Portfolio” does not establish that the relevant Assets are legally or beneficially owned by the User.

A Portfolio may represent actual information, hypothetical information, invented information, educational scenarios or any combination thereof.

2.7 Real Portfolio

“Real Portfolio” means a Portfolio that the User intends to use, in whole or in part, to represent Assets, liabilities, transactions, holdings, values or financial information that the User considers to correspond to actual circumstances.

Block2Learn does not independently verify whether a Real Portfolio accurately represents the User’s actual ownership, financial position, transaction history or overall net worth.

The User’s classification or intended use of a Portfolio as real does not convert the Portfolio Hub into a professional portfolio management, accounting, tax, financial planning or reporting service.

2.8 Hypothetical Portfolio

“Hypothetical Portfolio” means a Portfolio consisting wholly or primarily of invented, simulated, educational, model-based, theoretical, historical, prospective or otherwise non-binding information.

A Hypothetical Portfolio may be created to study allocation, price behavior, risk, diversification, portfolio construction, possible scenarios or other educational concepts.

A Hypothetical Portfolio does not represent an actual investment account unless the User independently chooses to enter information corresponding to real circumstances.

2.9 Mixed Portfolio

“Mixed Portfolio” means a Portfolio containing a combination of actual, imported, estimated, manual, hypothetical, simulated or invented information.

The Portfolio Hub may not distinguish automatically between real and hypothetical entries within a Mixed Portfolio.

The User remains solely responsible for understanding the nature, origin and meaning of each entry.

2.10 User Data

“User Data” means information submitted, entered, uploaded, configured, generated, associated or otherwise provided by or for the User in connection with the Portfolio Hub.

User Data may include portfolio names, Asset entries, quantities, acquisition costs, prices, fees, transactions, Public Addresses, watchlists, notes, Goals, Liabilities, valuations, dates, scenarios, assumptions, preferences and related information.

2.11 Private Portfolio Data

“Private Portfolio Data” means User Data that relates specifically to the User’s portfolios, holdings, financial assumptions, asset quantities, transaction history, costs, valuations, notes, Goals, Liabilities, watchlists or similar personal financial organization.

Subject to the rights necessary to operate the Portfolio Hub and to the applicable legal framework, Block2Learn does not acquire ownership of the User’s Private Portfolio Data merely because such information is entered into or processed through the Tool.

Block2Learn may process Private Portfolio Data to the extent reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, synchronize, support, improve and administer the Portfolio Hub, comply with legal obligations and protect the Platform.

2.12 Manual Data

“Manual Data” means any information entered, edited, selected, calculated or otherwise supplied directly by the User.

Manual Data may include asset quantities, prices, acquisition costs, transaction dates, fees, current values, notes, Goals, payment obligations, Liabilities, expected contributions and scenario assumptions.

Block2Learn does not independently verify Manual Data unless expressly stated otherwise.

2.13 Imported Data

“Imported Data” means information retrieved, synchronized, detected, calculated or otherwise obtained through external sources, public networks, supported integrations or Public Address monitoring.

Imported Data may be incomplete, delayed, cached, estimated, duplicated, incorrectly classified or unavailable.

Imported Data does not constitute verified evidence of ownership, value, legal title, tax treatment or accounting status.

2.14 Market Data

“Market Data” means prices, price changes, market values, volume information, market capitalization information, historical information, asset metadata, exchange-related information, currency conversion information and related market or asset information displayed through the Portfolio Hub.

Market Data may be current, near real time, delayed, cached, estimated, aggregated, converted, corrected, incomplete or unavailable depending on the Asset, source, network, technical environment and applicable data coverage.

2.15 Blockchain Data

“Blockchain Data” means information obtained from, derived from or associated with public blockchain networks, distributed ledgers, indexers, nodes, explorers, public interfaces or other blockchain infrastructure.

Blockchain Data may include Public Addresses, balances, token holdings, transaction records, asset metadata, protocol information and other publicly observable information.

Blockchain Data may be incomplete, reorganized, delayed, unavailable, misclassified or affected by technical or network conditions.

2.16 Public Address

“Public Address” means a publicly observable blockchain address, account identifier, script identifier or similar public network reference entered or selected by the User for Watch-Only Monitoring.

A Public Address does not include a private key, seed phrase, wallet password, recovery phrase, authentication credential or other secret capable of authorizing transactions.

The presence of a Public Address within the Portfolio Hub does not prove that the User owns, controls or is otherwise legally entitled to the assets associated with that address.

2.17 Watch-Only Monitoring

“Watch-Only Monitoring” means the retrieval, observation, display or organization of publicly available information associated with a Public Address without requesting, obtaining or using transactional authority.

Watch-Only Monitoring does not authorize Block2Learn to sign transactions, move funds, access private keys, control wallets, grant permissions, alter approvals, execute smart contracts or otherwise interact transactionally with assets associated with a Public Address.

2.18 Asset

“Asset” means any cryptocurrency, token, digital asset, stock, security reference, cash position, investment entry, property entry, liability-related entry, manual asset, hypothetical asset or other item represented within the Portfolio Hub.

The display of an Asset does not constitute approval, endorsement, verification, validation, recommendation or confirmation of legality, ownership, safety, liquidity or investment merit.

2.19 Unsupported Asset

“Unsupported Asset” means an Asset that cannot be fully identified, priced, classified, synchronized, displayed or processed through the current Portfolio Hub functionality.

An Asset may be unsupported because of limited data coverage, technical limitations, network limitations, missing metadata, insufficient liquidity, unusual asset structure or other circumstances.

2.20 Unpriced Asset

“Unpriced Asset” means an Asset for which the Portfolio Hub does not have access to a sufficiently reliable, supported or available market valuation.

An Unpriced Asset may be displayed without value, may be excluded from certain calculations or may require a Manual Valuation.

2.21 Manual Valuation

“Manual Valuation” means a value, estimate or price entered or selected by the User for an Asset.

A Manual Valuation reflects the User’s own assumption, estimate, methodology, source or judgment.

It is not verified, certified, audited, approved or endorsed by Block2Learn and does not constitute a professional appraisal or guarantee of realizable market value.

2.22 Transaction

“Transaction” means any purchase, sale, transfer, deposit, withdrawal, fee, reward, income entry, expense entry, manual adjustment or other event entered, imported, detected or represented within the Portfolio Hub.

A Transaction displayed through the Portfolio Hub may not correspond perfectly to the legal, economic, accounting or tax treatment of the underlying event.

2.23 Analytics

“Analytics” means any educational calculation, classification, comparison, summary, chart, indicator, metric, score, visualization, observation or output generated or displayed through the Portfolio Hub.

Analytics may include allocation, concentration, value, cost basis, performance, gain, loss, net worth, capital invested, top performers, negative performers, historical changes and other analytical information.

2.24 Performance Metric

“Performance Metric” means any calculation or representation intended to illustrate changes in value, gain, loss, return, contribution, exposure or portfolio development.

Performance Metrics depend upon the completeness, accuracy, timing and classification of the underlying information.

They are not audited performance records, certified returns, tax calculations, accounting statements or professional investment reports.

2.25 Goal

“Goal” means any target, objective, desired value, time horizon, milestone, contribution plan or educational planning assumption entered or selected by the User.

A Goal may relate to a desired portfolio value, savings objective, investment target, debt reduction target, financial commitment or other educational objective.

A Goal is an educational planning reference only and does not constitute a financial plan, forecast, professional recommendation or guarantee.

2.26 Liability

“Liability” means any debt, payment, obligation, commitment, expense, repayment, future financial burden, recurring cost or other negative financial entry recorded or simulated by the User.

Block2Learn does not verify whether a Liability is legally valid, correctly calculated, enforceable, complete, current or accurately represented.

2.27 Scenario

“Scenario” means any hypothetical educational projection, pathway, assumption set, modeled outcome, possible trajectory or simulation produced, selected, entered or displayed through the Portfolio Hub.

A Scenario does not constitute a forecast, expected result, probability assessment, financial recommendation or guarantee.

2.28 Conservative, Intermediate and Expansionary Scenarios

“Conservative Scenario,” “Intermediate Scenario” and “Expansionary Scenario” mean educational scenario categories used to illustrate different hypothetical assumptions or possible rates of change.

These labels do not constitute standardized investment risk classifications.

They do not indicate that a Scenario is safe, probable, suitable, recommended or expected.

They do not represent guaranteed returns, expected returns, investment advice or predictions of future market behavior.

2.29 Third-Party Data Source

“Third-Party Data Source” means any independent provider, public network, database, blockchain service, infrastructure service, market information source, indexer, node, interface or external technology used in connection with the Portfolio Hub.

Third-Party Data Sources operate independently from Block2Learn and may change, restrict, delay, interrupt, correct or discontinue their services or data.

2.30 Free Access

“Free Access” means access to the Portfolio Hub or a particular feature without a direct monetary charge imposed by Block2Learn for that access.

Free Access remains subject to these Terms and does not create a right to perpetual access, permanent functionality, unlimited usage or future premium features.

2.31 Paid Feature

“Paid Feature” means any future Portfolio Hub feature, functionality, access level, data service, premium tool, upgrade, subscription, add-on or related digital service requiring payment.

A Paid Feature shall be governed by the commercial terms disclosed before purchase and by the applicable Block2Learn legal documents.

2.32 Output

“Output” means any value, chart, metric, Scenario, classification, calculation, message, alert, Goal result, projection, summary, observation or other information displayed, calculated or generated through the Portfolio Hub.

All Outputs are subject to the educational nature, data limitations, risk disclosures and User responsibilities established by these Terms.

3. EDUCATIONAL, INFORMATIONAL, ORGANIZATIONAL AND SIMULATIVE NATURE

3.1 Educational Purpose of the Portfolio Hub

The User acknowledges that the Portfolio Hub is developed and made available as part of the Block2Learn Educational Ecosystem.

Its principal purpose is to support financial education, market education, portfolio literacy, analytical development, structured thinking, scenario construction, observation of price behavior, understanding of allocation and development of responsible decision-making processes.

The Portfolio Hub may assist Users in applying educational concepts discussed through the Block2Learn Learning Path, Framework, research materials, guides, videos and related resources.

The Portfolio Hub is intended to help Users organize information and examine how different variables may interact within a portfolio or financial scenario.

It is not intended to make decisions for the User.

3.2 Informational and Organizational Purpose

The Portfolio Hub may enable the User to collect, enter, arrange, compare, display and review information relating to Assets, transactions, allocations, costs, values, Public Addresses, watchlists, notes, Goals, Liabilities and Scenarios.

This functionality is intended to simplify the educational organization of information.

The availability of organized information does not transform the Portfolio Hub into an official recordkeeping, financial reporting, accounting, tax compliance, legal compliance or regulated portfolio management system.

The User remains responsible for maintaining any separate records required for legal, tax, accounting, professional or regulatory purposes.

3.3 Simulative Purpose

The Portfolio Hub may be used to create simulations involving actual Assets, hypothetical Assets, invented Assets, model portfolios, historical conditions, future assumptions, educational strategies and possible financial scenarios.

The User may use the Tool to examine the potential effects of allocation changes, price movements, contributions, expenses, liabilities, time horizons and selected assumptions.

Such simulations are educational exercises only.

A simulation does not predict what will occur.

A mathematically possible result is not necessarily probable, suitable, achievable or financially appropriate.

The Portfolio Hub does not guarantee that any simulated behavior, outcome, return, portfolio value, Goal or Scenario will occur in real life.

3.4 Real, Hypothetical and Mixed Information

The User may enter or import information that corresponds to actual circumstances.

The User may also enter entirely hypothetical, invented, model-based or educational information.

The Portfolio Hub may contain Real Portfolios, Hypothetical Portfolios and Mixed Portfolios.

Block2Learn does not independently determine whether information entered by the User is real, hypothetical, accurate, complete, current or misleading.

Regardless of whether the underlying information is real, estimated, imported, manual, hypothetical or invented, all Analytics, visualizations, Scenarios, projections, classifications and Outputs produced by the Portfolio Hub remain educational, informational, organizational and simulative in nature.

3.5 Professional Presentation Does Not Create Professional Services

The Portfolio Hub may use professional visual design, analytical terminology, charts, dashboards, calculations, classifications, data displays and structured workflows.

The professional appearance or analytical depth of the Tool does not transform it into a professional financial service.

The Portfolio Hub shall not be interpreted as:

a professional investment platform;

a professional portfolio management system;

a regulated investment tool;

a brokerage service;

a financial planning service;

a tax preparation system;

an accounting service;

a certified valuation system;

an audit platform;

a suitability assessment;

a risk profiling service;

or any other regulated or professional service.

The educational nature of the Portfolio Hub shall prevail regardless of its technical sophistication, analytical depth, data presentation or future development.

3.6 No Regulated Financial Service

Block2Learn does not provide regulated financial services through the Portfolio Hub.

Without limitation, the Portfolio Hub does not provide:

investment advice;

financial advice;

trading advice;

asset management;

portfolio management;

wealth management;

financial planning;

brokerage;

dealing;

order routing;

custody;

exchange services;

payment services;

investment research prepared as a regulated service;

personalized investment recommendations;

suitability assessments;

appropriateness assessments;

fiduciary services;

tax advice;

accounting advice;

legal advice;

or regulatory advice.

Nothing displayed, calculated, imported, classified, suggested, projected or organized through the Portfolio Hub shall be interpreted as creating any such service or relationship.

3.7 No Personalized Advice

The Portfolio Hub may display information that is specific to data entered or imported by the User.

The fact that an Output is generated using User-specific information does not mean that the Output constitutes personalized advice.

Block2Learn does not conduct a complete assessment of the User’s income, expenses, legal obligations, tax status, family circumstances, professional circumstances, financial needs, investment experience, risk tolerance, objectives, liquidity needs or overall financial position.

The Portfolio Hub cannot determine whether an Asset, allocation, strategy, Scenario, Goal or decision is suitable or appropriate for a particular User.

All decisions remain solely the responsibility of the User.

3.8 No Connection to Financial Markets

The Portfolio Hub does not provide an operational connection to financial markets.

It does not submit, route, transmit, execute, modify or cancel orders.

It does not purchase, sell, exchange, swap, bridge, stake, lend, borrow, deposit, withdraw or otherwise transact in Assets.

It does not open or close positions.

It does not rebalance actual portfolios.

It does not manage brokerage accounts, exchange accounts or wallet accounts.

It does not exercise discretionary authority over User assets.

The Portfolio Hub may display information concerning markets and Assets, but the display of information is distinct from market execution.

3.9 Methodology Rather Than Decisions

The educational purpose of the Portfolio Hub is to support methodology, reflection, organization and analytical development rather than to provide definitive conclusions.

The Tool may assist the User in asking questions, comparing assumptions, observing allocations, examining historical changes, considering financial commitments and understanding how different variables may affect a hypothetical outcome.

The Tool does not determine what the User should do.

The Tool does not instruct the User to buy, sell, hold, allocate, rebalance, borrow, repay, invest, trade or take any other financial action.

The User shall not delegate decision-making responsibility to the Portfolio Hub, its Analytics, its Scenarios, its Goals, its Outputs or any future automated functionality.

3.10 Learning Path Integration

The Portfolio Hub may be used alongside the Block2Learn Learning Path, Framework, educational resources, research materials and related educational services.

The Tool may help Users apply educational concepts in a structured environment.

Such integration does not create any guarantee that the User will understand, apply or benefit from the relevant educational material.

It does not guarantee improved investment performance, improved financial outcomes, achievement of Goals, reduction of risk, preservation of capital or successful decision-making.

The effectiveness of any educational use depends upon factors outside the control of Block2Learn, including the User’s effort, attention, prior knowledge, consistency, interpretation, assumptions, data quality and independent judgment.

3.11 No Guaranteed Educational Outcome

Block2Learn does not guarantee that use of the Portfolio Hub will produce any particular educational result.

The User may fail to understand the data displayed.

The User may misinterpret Analytics.

The User may enter incomplete or inaccurate information.

The User may select unrealistic assumptions.

The User may construct a Scenario that is mathematically possible but economically unreasonable.

The User may fail to update information or may overlook relevant risks.

Accordingly, use of the Portfolio Hub does not guarantee improved knowledge, improved behavior, improved financial discipline, improved portfolio construction, improved risk awareness or improved decision-making.

The Portfolio Hub provides an educational opportunity and organizational environment only.

3.12 Independent Judgment and User Responsibility

The User remains solely responsible for evaluating all information displayed through the Portfolio Hub.

Before making any financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, accounting or professional decision, the User should conduct independent research and, where appropriate, consult qualified professionals.

The User agrees not to rely exclusively upon the Portfolio Hub, its Market Data, Blockchain Data, Imported Data, Manual Data, Analytics, Performance Metrics, Goals, Scenarios or Outputs.

The User assumes full responsibility for all decisions, actions, omissions, transactions, investments, trades, liabilities, commitments and financial consequences arising before, during or after use of the Portfolio Hub.

The educational and informational purpose of the Portfolio Hub shall prevail over any interpretation suggesting that Block2Learn has assumed responsibility for the User’s financial affairs.

4. REAL, HYPOTHETICAL AND MIXED PORTFOLIOS

4.1 User-Controlled Portfolio Construction

The Portfolio Hub enables the User to create one or more Portfolios and to determine independently the purpose, composition, naming, structure and intended use of each Portfolio. A Portfolio may be used to represent actual holdings, hypothetical positions, educational exercises, historical reconstructions, model allocations, future assumptions, simulated strategies or any combination thereof. Block2Learn does not determine the intended meaning of a Portfolio and does not verify whether a Portfolio corresponds to the User’s actual financial circumstances. The User remains solely responsible for identifying which information is real, estimated, hypothetical, incomplete, illustrative or invented.

4.2 No Verification of Ownership

The creation of a Portfolio, the insertion of an Asset, the recording of a Transaction or the association of a Public Address does not establish or prove legal, beneficial or economic ownership of any Asset. Block2Learn does not verify title, custody, possession, control, authority, source of funds, acquisition history or any other legal relationship between the User and an Asset displayed within the Portfolio Hub. The Portfolio Hub shall not be used as proof of ownership, proof of funds, proof of reserves, proof of solvency, proof of income, proof of wealth or evidence of entitlement to any Asset.

4.3 No Verification of Completeness

Block2Learn does not verify whether a Portfolio includes all Assets, liabilities, obligations, accounts, transactions, fees, taxes, income, expenses, transfers or other elements relevant to the User’s financial position. A Portfolio may represent only a partial view of the information selected by the User. Any calculation, allocation, net worth figure, performance result, Goal analysis or Scenario based upon incomplete information may be materially inaccurate or misleading. The User remains solely responsible for determining whether the information entered or imported is sufficiently complete for the User’s educational purpose.

4.4 Real Portfolios

A User may choose to enter information corresponding to actual Assets, actual liabilities, actual Transactions or actual financial circumstances. Such use does not transform the Portfolio Hub into a professional financial record, accounting ledger, portfolio management system, regulated financial service, tax reporting platform or official financial statement. Block2Learn does not confirm that the data entered corresponds to reality and does not assume responsibility for maintaining, reconciling, validating or auditing such information. The User remains responsible for maintaining independent records where required for legal, tax, accounting, evidentiary or professional purposes.

4.5 Hypothetical Portfolios

A User may create a Portfolio composed entirely of hypothetical, invented, simulated, model-based or educational entries. Hypothetical Portfolios may be used to study allocation, diversification, concentration, market movements, portfolio construction, cost basis, price variation, potential liabilities, contribution patterns, Goals and possible Scenarios. A Hypothetical Portfolio is an educational exercise only and shall not be interpreted as a recommendation, forecast, model approved by Block2Learn or representation that a similar result could be achieved in real markets.

4.6 Mixed Portfolios

A Portfolio may combine actual information with hypothetical, estimated, manual or invented information. The Portfolio Hub may not automatically identify, classify or separate real entries from hypothetical entries. Where the User creates a Mixed Portfolio, all Outputs may combine information of different quality, origin, reliability and meaning. The User acknowledges that any resulting metric, chart, performance figure, allocation, Goal projection or Scenario may therefore be unsuitable for any purpose beyond personal educational analysis.

4.7 Historical Reconstructions

The User may use the Portfolio Hub to reconstruct prior portfolios, historical allocations, previous Transactions or past market conditions. Historical reconstruction depends upon the quality and completeness of the information entered or available. Historical prices, exchange rates, corporate actions, token events, fees, transfers, blockchain reorganizations, market discontinuities and other relevant circumstances may be missing, incomplete or represented differently from the manner in which they occurred. Historical Outputs shall not be considered audited, certified or complete records of past performance.

4.8 Model Portfolios and Educational Strategies

The User may create model portfolios or simulated strategies for the purpose of studying how different allocations or assumptions may behave. Any model created by the User remains the User’s own educational construction. Block2Learn does not approve, endorse, validate or recommend any model merely because it can be created, stored or displayed through the Portfolio Hub. The ability to construct a model does not indicate that the model is suitable, diversified, prudent, lawful, tax-efficient, profitable or appropriate for any person.

4.9 No Certification of Portfolio Accuracy

No Portfolio, Dashboard, chart, export, report, summary, screenshot, Performance Metric or other Output generated through the Portfolio Hub shall constitute certification by Block2Learn that the Portfolio is accurate, complete, current, lawful, suitable or representative of the User’s actual circumstances. The User shall not present Portfolio Hub Outputs as independently verified statements issued or certified by Block2Learn.

4.10 User Responsibility for Portfolio Classification

The User is solely responsible for understanding whether a Portfolio is being used as a Real Portfolio, Hypothetical Portfolio or Mixed Portfolio. The User is also responsible for communicating that distinction accurately where Portfolio information is shared with another person. Block2Learn shall not be responsible where a User, third party or professional misunderstands the nature of a Portfolio or relies upon a Portfolio as though it were verified, audited or official.

4.11 No Reliance by Third Parties

The Portfolio Hub is designed for the User’s personal educational and organizational use. Banks, lenders, employers, investors, advisors, tax authorities, regulators, courts, counterparties and other third parties should not rely upon Portfolio Hub information as an official statement or verified record. The User shall be responsible for any claim, misunderstanding or consequence arising from presenting Portfolio Hub Outputs to third parties in a misleading, incomplete or unauthorized manner.

4.12 Educational Interpretation Prevails

Regardless of whether a Portfolio includes real, hypothetical or mixed information, the educational, informational, organizational and simulative interpretation of the Portfolio Hub shall prevail. The inclusion of real Assets or actual financial information does not create a professional service relationship, fiduciary duty, advisory obligation, portfolio monitoring obligation or responsibility on the part of Block2Learn to supervise the User’s financial affairs.

5. FREE ACCESS AND FUTURE PAID FEATURES

5.1 Current Free Availability

The Portfolio Hub is currently made available without a direct access charge, subject to account requirements, technical availability, usage conditions and the Block2Learn legal framework. Free availability is intended to support educational access and shall not be interpreted as a contractual promise that every current feature, data category, storage allowance, network, Asset type, analytical function or future development will remain available free of charge indefinitely.

5.2 No Perpetual Right to Free Access

The User does not acquire a perpetual, irrevocable or vested right to free access by creating an Account, using the Portfolio Hub, entering data or relying upon current availability. Block2Learn may modify the commercial structure of the Portfolio Hub, introduce access tiers, establish reasonable usage limits, reserve advanced functionality for particular Memberships or Subscriptions or offer future components as Paid Features, subject to applicable law.

5.3 No Automatic Charges

Block2Learn shall not impose a monetary charge merely because a previously free feature becomes subject to payment. The User shall not be charged for a Paid Feature without a separate affirmative purchase, activation, authorization or other legally valid acceptance mechanism. Continued use of free functionality shall not by itself authorize payment for future premium functionality.

5.4 Future Paid Features

Future Paid Features may include, without limitation, increased storage, additional Portfolios, enhanced Analytics, expanded historical data, advanced reporting, premium data access, additional networks, additional account functionality, automation, collaborative functionality, enhanced exports, specialized educational Scenarios, premium support or other advanced services. The existence of a future Paid Feature shall not create an obligation for Block2Learn to offer that feature permanently, at a particular price or under a particular commercial model.

5.5 Applicable Commercial Terms

Before the purchase of a Paid Feature, Block2Learn shall make available the essential commercial information applicable to the transaction, including the price, billing method, duration, renewal conditions where applicable, access conditions and any relevant cancellation, withdrawal or refund information. Paid Features shall be governed by these Terms together with the Digital Products Sales Agreement, Membership & Subscription Policy, Refund & Withdrawal Policy and any feature-specific terms presented before purchase.

5.6 Free Access Does Not Transfer Ownership

The fact that the Portfolio Hub is available free of charge does not place the Tool, its code, interface, design, databases, structures, formulas, workflows, Analytics, educational models, documentation or other intellectual property in the public domain. Free access grants only a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-commercial right to use authorized functionality in accordance with the Block2Learn legal framework.

5.7 Usage Limits

Block2Learn may implement reasonable technical, operational or security limits applicable to free or paid access. Such limits may concern the number of Portfolios, Public Addresses, Assets, Transactions, synchronizations, data requests, exports, storage capacity, refresh frequency, historical depth or other usage categories. Attempts to evade, bypass or manipulate such limits may result in restriction, suspension or termination.

5.8 Promotional or Trial Access

Block2Learn may provide promotional, trial, temporary, introductory or limited access to features that are ordinarily restricted or paid. Such access may expire, be withdrawn or be subject to specific conditions. Promotional access does not create a right to permanent access, future renewal, continued free use or compensation when the promotional period ends.

5.9 Modification of Access Structure

Block2Learn may reorganize, rename, consolidate, divide, replace or migrate free and paid access levels. A change in access structure shall not transfer ownership, create entitlement to future functionality or guarantee preservation of the exact feature configuration previously available. Where mandatory law requires notice or specific remedies in connection with a material change to a paid digital service, Block2Learn shall comply to the extent required.

5.10 Separate Acceptance for Paid Functionality

Where a Paid Feature introduces materially different data processing, functionality, risk, access rights or commercial conditions, Block2Learn may require the User to accept additional terms before activation. Failure to accept such additional terms may prevent access to the relevant Paid Feature without affecting access to other functionality that remains available under the existing legal framework.

6. NO CONNECTION TO FINANCIAL MARKETS OR TRANSACTION EXECUTION

6.1 Informational Display Only

The Portfolio Hub may display Market Data, Blockchain Data, Asset information, values, price changes, historical information and other financial or market-related information. Such display is informational and educational only. The Portfolio Hub does not create an operational execution connection between the User and any financial market, securities market, cryptocurrency market, exchange, broker, dealer, trading venue, liquidity provider, issuer, protocol or other transaction environment.

6.2 No Order Execution

The Portfolio Hub does not submit, transmit, route, execute, modify or cancel orders. It does not execute purchases, sales, exchanges, swaps, redemptions, subscriptions, transfers, conversions, deposits, withdrawals, loans, repayments, staking transactions, bridging operations or any other transaction involving Assets or funds.

6.3 No Brokerage or Exchange Functionality

Block2Learn does not operate the Portfolio Hub as a broker, dealer, exchange, trading venue, multilateral system, order matching system, investment firm or financial intermediary. No interaction with the Portfolio Hub constitutes the opening of a brokerage account, exchange account, investment account, custody account or regulated financial relationship.

6.4 No Discretionary Authority

Block2Learn does not exercise discretion over User capital, Assets, Portfolios, allocations or Transactions. Block2Learn cannot decide whether the User should purchase, sell, hold, transfer, allocate, rebalance, hedge, borrow, lend or otherwise interact with an Asset. All decisions and actions remain exclusively under the control and responsibility of the User.

6.5 No Automatic Rebalancing

Any allocation, concentration, performance or risk-related information displayed through the Portfolio Hub shall not be interpreted as an instruction or authorization to rebalance an actual Portfolio. The Portfolio Hub does not automatically modify real holdings or perform rebalancing transactions. Where the User independently changes an actual investment position after reviewing Portfolio Hub information, that action is undertaken entirely outside the Tool and at the User’s sole risk.

6.6 No Trading Signals

Charts, price movements, classifications, watchlists, positive or negative performance indicators, Goal projections, Scenarios and other Outputs do not constitute trading signals. The display of an Asset as a top performer, negative performer, concentrated position or watchlist item does not constitute a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, increase, reduce or avoid that Asset.

6.7 No Investment Recommendations

The Portfolio Hub does not recommend particular Assets, markets, sectors, strategies, allocations or Transactions. The availability of an Asset within search, display, import, watchlist or analytical functionality does not constitute endorsement, approval, validation or expression of investment merit by Block2Learn.

6.8 No Suitability or Appropriateness Assessment

The Portfolio Hub does not assess whether an Asset, allocation, strategy, Scenario or Goal is suitable or appropriate for the User. It does not evaluate the User’s knowledge, experience, financial situation, objectives, risk tolerance, liquidity needs, time horizon, tax position or capacity to bear loss. Any apparent personalization results solely from the data selected or entered by the User and does not constitute a regulated suitability or appropriateness assessment.

6.9 No Monitoring Obligation

Block2Learn does not undertake to monitor the User’s actual financial positions, market exposure, losses, gains, liabilities, liquidity, risk, legal obligations or investment decisions. The Portfolio Hub may display information when accessed or synchronized, but Block2Learn has no duty to alert the User to losses, concentration, market events, missed Goals, expiring obligations, unusual activity or other developments.

6.10 No Duty to Prevent Loss

The Portfolio Hub cannot prevent the User from making an unprofitable, unsuitable, unlawful, imprudent or high-risk decision. Block2Learn does not assume responsibility for intervening in, supervising or correcting the User’s financial conduct. The User remains solely responsible for determining whether professional advice is necessary before taking action outside the Portfolio Hub.

6.11 External Transactions Remain Independent

Any transaction performed by the User through a bank, broker, exchange, wallet, protocol, payment provider, trading platform or other external service is independent from Block2Learn. Block2Learn does not control execution price, order type, fees, slippage, liquidity, settlement, custody, counterparty performance, tax treatment, regulatory compliance or any other aspect of an external transaction.

6.12 Market Information Does Not Create Execution Responsibility

The display of Market Data or Blockchain Data does not make Block2Learn responsible for a transaction subsequently performed by the User. The User agrees not to attribute external investment, trading, custody or transaction outcomes to Block2Learn merely because the User reviewed information or Outputs through the Portfolio Hub before acting.

7. WATCH-ONLY MONITORING, NO CUSTODY AND NO WALLET CONTROL

7.1 Watch-Only Architecture

The Portfolio Hub may permit the User to enter a supported Public Address for Watch-Only Monitoring. Watch-Only Monitoring is intended to simplify the educational observation and organization of publicly available blockchain information without establishing transactional authority over the relevant address or Assets.

7.2 No Wallet Connection

In its current configuration, the Portfolio Hub does not require the User to connect a wallet through MetaMask, Phantom, WalletConnect or any similar wallet connection mechanism. It does not request approval to access a wallet account, establish a wallet session, sign a message or authorize a transaction. The User interacts with the watch-only functionality by entering or selecting a Public Address.

7.3 No Private Keys or Seed Phrases

The Portfolio Hub does not require and shall never require the User to enter a private key, seed phrase, recovery phrase, wallet password, authentication code or other secret capable of authorizing access to or movement of digital assets, unless the fundamental nature of the Tool is changed in the future and separately governed by new express terms and legally compliant functionality. Under the current service, the User must never enter such information into any Portfolio Hub field.

7.4 No Transaction Signing

Block2Learn cannot sign transactions through the Portfolio Hub. The Tool does not possess or control cryptographic credentials, private keys, signing authority or wallet permissions. It cannot authorize transfers, approve smart contracts, alter allowances, interact with decentralized applications, execute swaps, bridge Assets, stake tokens or otherwise perform blockchain transactions.

7.5 No Custody

Block2Learn does not hold, receive, safeguard, administer or control digital assets through the Portfolio Hub. The Portfolio Hub is not a custodial wallet, wallet provider, digital asset custodian, exchange, deposit account or safekeeping service. No Asset is transferred to Block2Learn merely because information relating to that Asset is displayed within the Portfolio Hub.

7.6 No Ability to Move Funds

The Portfolio Hub cannot move, freeze, recover, reverse, block, seize, withdraw, deposit or transfer funds. Block2Learn cannot prevent or reverse unauthorized blockchain transactions, recover lost private keys, restore wallet access, cancel smart contract interactions or retrieve digital assets sent to an incorrect address.

7.7 No Verification of Wallet Ownership

The entry of a Public Address does not prove that the User owns or controls that address. Block2Learn does not require a cryptographic signature to verify ownership under the current watch-only model and does not independently confirm the User’s legal relationship with the address. The User remains responsible for ensuring that the address is used lawfully and consistently with these Terms.

7.8 User Authorization Representation

By entering a Public Address, the User represents and warrants that the User’s use of that address through the Portfolio Hub is lawful, legitimate and does not violate the rights, privacy, confidentiality, contractual interests or legal protections of another person. The User shall not use Watch-Only Monitoring for unlawful surveillance, stalking, harassment, intimidation, unauthorized profiling, abusive deanonymization, fraud, extortion or any other prohibited purpose.

7.9 Public Nature of Blockchain Information

Blockchain records may be publicly observable, but public accessibility does not eliminate all legal, privacy or ethical obligations. Information associated with a Public Address may become personal data when it can be linked directly or indirectly to an identifiable person. The User remains responsible for using Public Address information lawfully and shall not assume that public availability authorizes every form of collection, interpretation, combination, disclosure or monitoring.

7.10 Removal Does Not Delete Blockchain Data

Removing a Public Address from the Portfolio Hub may stop or limit its display within the User’s Account, but it does not delete, alter or remove information recorded on a public blockchain or maintained by external infrastructure. Block2Learn has no authority to erase public blockchain records.

7.11 No Guarantee of Address Accuracy

The User is responsible for entering the correct Public Address and selecting the correct network where applicable. An incorrect address, unsupported network, malformed identifier, address reuse, chain ambiguity or other input error may produce no data, incorrect data or information relating to a different address. Block2Learn shall not be responsible for consequences arising from the User’s incorrect entry or interpretation of a Public Address.

7.12 No Security Guarantee

The watch-only architecture materially limits transactional capability because the Portfolio Hub does not possess signing authority or private credentials. However, Watch-Only Monitoring shall not be described or interpreted as providing absolute security. Account compromise, unauthorized access, phishing, malware, device compromise, credential theft, data exposure, service vulnerabilities and other risks may still affect the confidentiality or integrity of Portfolio Hub information.

7.13 User Security Obligations

The User is responsible for protecting the Block2Learn Account, email account, password, authentication methods, devices, browsers, network environment and any other means used to access the Portfolio Hub. The User must promptly notify Block2Learn through designated channels upon becoming aware of unauthorized access or suspected compromise involving the Portfolio Hub.

7.14 No Wallet Recovery or Support Obligation

Block2Learn does not provide wallet recovery, blockchain transaction recovery, seed phrase recovery, custody support, exchange account recovery or asset tracing services. Any wallet, exchange, protocol or blockchain issue must be addressed through the relevant external service, qualified professional or lawful authority.

7.15 Future Changes to Wallet Functionality

Block2Learn may introduce additional watch-only networks, address types or import methods. No transactional wallet functionality shall be deemed included merely because additional blockchain features are introduced. Any future feature involving wallet connection, authorization, signing, execution, custody or transactional capability would constitute a material change and may require separate technical safeguards, legal terms, user consent and regulatory analysis before activation.

8. PUBLIC ADDRESS DATA, BLOCKCHAIN DATA AND LAWFUL USE

8.1 Nature of Blockchain Data

Blockchain Data is obtained from public networks or infrastructure designed to interpret, index, organize or display public network information. Blockchain Data may include balances, token holdings, transaction history, metadata, asset identifiers, contract information and related public records. Such data may be technically complex and may not correspond perfectly to the legal, economic, accounting or tax meaning attributed to an event.

8.2 Data May Be Incomplete or Delayed

Blockchain Data may be incomplete, delayed, cached, unavailable, duplicated, reorganized, incorrectly indexed or affected by network congestion, node limitations, indexing delays, software errors, protocol changes, chain reorganizations, forks, contract migrations or infrastructure interruptions. Block2Learn does not guarantee that all Assets or Transactions associated with a Public Address will be detected, classified or displayed.

8.3 Asset Detection Does Not Constitute Verification

The detection or display of a token, NFT, compressed NFT, inscription, Rune, wrapped Asset, bridged Asset, liquidity position, protocol position or other blockchain-related item does not constitute verification of authenticity, legitimacy, ownership, value, liquidity, security or legal status. The Portfolio Hub may display spam tokens, scam tokens, malicious assets, abandoned assets, dust balances, misleading metadata or other unwanted items present on public networks.

8.4 No Endorsement of Detected Assets

Block2Learn does not endorse an Asset merely because it appears within Imported Data. The presence of an Asset does not mean that Block2Learn has reviewed the issuer, protocol, contract, metadata, market, legality, security, liquidity or investment merit of that Asset. The User must independently verify any Asset before taking action outside the Portfolio Hub.

8.5 Address Association Risk

A Public Address may be associated with an individual, business, exchange, protocol, contract, organization, pooled account, custodial system or unrelated third party. The Portfolio Hub may not accurately identify the person or entity connected with an address. The User shall not infer legal ownership, identity, control or beneficial interest solely from the information displayed.

8.6 Prohibited Monitoring of Third Parties

The User shall not use the Portfolio Hub to monitor another person’s financial activity in a manner that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, intrusive or inconsistent with legitimate educational use. Prohibited conduct includes harassment, stalking, coercion, extortion, unauthorized employee monitoring, abusive customer profiling, discriminatory profiling, doxxing, deanonymization, public shaming or creation of unauthorized financial dossiers.

8.7 No Law-Enforcement or Compliance Function

The Portfolio Hub is not designed as an anti-money laundering system, sanctions screening system, forensic blockchain platform, law-enforcement tool, regulatory reporting platform, transaction monitoring service or compliance product. The absence of a warning does not indicate that an address, Asset or Transaction is lawful, compliant, unrestricted or free from risk.

8.8 No Determination of Source of Funds

Block2Learn does not determine the source, legality, ownership history, tax status, regulatory treatment or origin of funds associated with a Public Address. The User shall not rely upon Portfolio Hub information to establish that funds are lawful, clean, verified, unrestricted or suitable for any transaction.

8.9 Network and Protocol Changes

Blockchain networks and protocols may change through upgrades, forks, reorganizations, governance decisions, contract migrations, token replacements, redenominations, network failures or other developments. Such changes may affect balances, identifiers, metadata, historical interpretation and Portfolio Hub functionality. Block2Learn is not required to support every network event, historical version, fork, token migration or protocol change.

8.10 Unsupported Networks and Assets

The Portfolio Hub may support only selected networks, address formats and Asset categories. An unsupported network or Asset may not appear, may appear incompletely or may require Manual Data. The absence of support does not indicate that an Asset does not exist or that an address has no holdings.

8.11 User Verification Responsibility

The User is responsible for independently verifying Public Addresses, balances, Transactions, token contracts, Asset metadata and other Blockchain Data through appropriate primary sources or qualified professionals where accuracy is material. The Portfolio Hub shall not be treated as the sole authoritative source for blockchain information.

8.12 Privacy and Data Protection

Processing of Public Addresses and associated information shall be governed by the Privacy & Cookie Policy and applicable data protection law. Block2Learn may process such information where reasonably necessary to provide Watch-Only Monitoring, maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot technical issues, comply with legal obligations and administer the Portfolio Hub. The User acknowledges that the lawful processing basis, retention period and scope of processing may depend upon the nature of the information and the purpose for which it is used.

8.13 User Responsibility for Disclosure

The User shall not publicly disclose or share Portfolio Hub information relating to a third party in a manner that violates privacy rights, confidentiality obligations, contractual duties or applicable law. The User remains solely responsible for any disclosure, publication, screenshot, export or communication involving Public Address information.

8.14 Cooperation with Legal Requirements

Block2Learn may restrict access to Public Address functionality, preserve relevant records or cooperate with lawful authorities where required or permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms shall prevent Block2Learn from responding to valid legal requests, judicial orders, regulatory obligations, security incidents or investigations concerning misuse of the Portfolio Hub.

9. MARKET DATA, THIRD-PARTY DATA SOURCES AND DATA LIMITATIONS

9.1 Nature of Market Data

The Portfolio Hub may display Market Data relating to supported Assets, currencies, exchanges, markets, sectors, networks or other financial and digital asset categories. Market Data may include current prices, historical prices, percentage changes, market capitalization, trading volume, exchange rates, valuation references, asset metadata and other market-related information. Market Data is provided solely for educational, informational, organizational and simulative purposes and shall not be interpreted as an official quotation, executable price, valuation opinion, transaction confirmation or guaranteed representation of current market conditions.

9.2 Current, Near Real-Time, Delayed, Cached or Estimated Data

Market Data displayed through the Portfolio Hub may be current, near real-time, delayed, cached, estimated, aggregated, converted, interpolated, corrected, rounded or temporarily unavailable. The frequency and quality of updates may vary depending upon the Asset, market, source, network, technical conditions, service availability, account level and data coverage. The use of terms such as “current,” “live,” “real-time,” “market value” or similar interface language shall not be interpreted as a guarantee that the displayed information corresponds precisely to an executable market price at the moment of viewing.

9.3 Independent Third-Party Data Sources

The Portfolio Hub may obtain, calculate, normalize, combine, display or enrich information through independent Third-Party Data Sources, public networks, blockchain infrastructure, databases, software services, market information services and other external technologies. Third-Party Data Sources operate independently from Block2Learn and may establish their own methodologies, coverage, update frequencies, limitations, access requirements and operational rules. Block2Learn does not control the continued availability, completeness, methodology, correction practices, security, reliability or performance of Third-Party Data Sources.

9.4 No Guarantee of Data Accuracy

Block2Learn may take reasonable measures to support the usefulness and technical operation of the Portfolio Hub, but does not guarantee that Market Data, Blockchain Data, Imported Data, metadata, exchange rates, prices, classifications or other externally sourced information will be accurate, complete, current, consistent, uninterrupted or free from error. Data may differ from information displayed by exchanges, brokers, issuers, custodians, wallets, financial institutions, public records or other platforms.

9.5 Differences Between Sources

Different data sources may report different prices, volumes, market capitalizations, historical values, circulating supplies, asset classifications, currency conversions or other information. Such differences may arise from varying methodologies, exchange coverage, liquidity conditions, pricing models, update times, excluded markets, data cleaning procedures, network delays or other technical factors. The Portfolio Hub may select, aggregate or normalize information according to internal technical or educational methodologies, but such selection shall not constitute certification that one source is superior, definitive or appropriate for a particular purpose.

9.6 No Executable Price

A price displayed through the Portfolio Hub may not be available to the User in an actual transaction. Executable prices may differ because of bid and ask spreads, market depth, slippage, fees, liquidity, order size, exchange conditions, regional restrictions, settlement requirements, market volatility, network costs, taxes or other factors. The User shall not assume that an Asset can be purchased, sold, transferred or liquidated at the price displayed within the Portfolio Hub.

9.7 Historical Data Limitations

Historical Market Data may contain gaps, corrections, missing periods, changed methodologies, redenominations, split adjustments, token migrations, delistings, discontinued markets, exchange closures, corporate actions, forks, protocol changes or other events affecting historical interpretation. Historical prices may be adjusted or unadjusted depending upon available information. The Portfolio Hub does not guarantee that historical data accurately reconstructs the conditions that existed at a particular time.

9.8 Currency Conversion Limitations

Portfolio values may be converted into a selected base currency. Currency conversions may depend upon current, delayed, estimated or historical exchange rates and may involve rounding or aggregation. Conversion values may differ from rates available through banks, payment providers, foreign exchange markets, brokers or other institutions. Block2Learn does not guarantee that any converted amount could be obtained in an actual currency exchange.

9.9 Data Corrections and Retroactive Changes

Third-Party Data Sources, public networks and Block2Learn may correct, replace, revise, remove or reclassify information after it has been displayed. Such corrections may retroactively affect Portfolio values, historical charts, Performance Metrics, allocations, gains, losses, Goals, Scenarios and other Outputs. The User acknowledges that prior Outputs may change when underlying data is corrected or updated.

9.10 Data Unavailability

Market Data or Blockchain Data may become temporarily or permanently unavailable because of maintenance, provider restrictions, licensing changes, rate limits, technical failures, network interruptions, data source discontinuation, changes in law, commercial decisions or other circumstances. Block2Learn may display stale, partial or previously cached information where appropriate, but is not required to provide substitute data for every unavailable source, Asset or period.

9.11 No Obligation to Maintain a Particular Data Source

Block2Learn may add, replace, modify, suspend or remove any Third-Party Data Source at any time. The User does not acquire any right to the continued use of a specific provider, methodology, market feed, blockchain infrastructure service or data source. A change of data source may result in changes to displayed values, historical information, metadata, update frequency, coverage or calculation results.

9.12 Data Coverage Limitations

The Portfolio Hub may not cover every Asset, market, currency, blockchain network, exchange, security, corporate action, protocol position, derivative instrument, token standard, NFT category, real-world asset, liability or financial event. Coverage may vary over time. The absence of information shall not be interpreted as confirmation that an Asset, Transaction, risk or obligation does not exist.

9.13 User Verification Requirement

The User is responsible for independently verifying material Market Data, Blockchain Data, exchange rates, Asset classifications, historical values and other information before relying upon it. Where accuracy may affect financial, tax, legal, accounting or professional obligations, the User should consult primary records, official documentation, regulated service providers or qualified professionals.

9.14 No Liability for Data-Based Decisions

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Block2Learn shall not be responsible for any decision, action, omission, transaction, loss, missed opportunity, tax consequence, accounting error, reporting error or other outcome arising from the User’s reliance upon Market Data, Blockchain Data, Imported Data or Third-Party Data Sources displayed through the Portfolio Hub.

10. ASSET IDENTIFICATION, CLASSIFICATION AND SUPPORT LIMITATIONS

10.1 Asset Identification

The Portfolio Hub may attempt to identify Assets using names, symbols, contract addresses, network identifiers, issuer information, market references, metadata or other available information. Asset identification may be incomplete or incorrect, particularly where multiple Assets share similar names, symbols or identifiers.

10.2 Duplicate Symbols and Similar Names

Different Assets may use identical or similar symbols, names or branding. A symbol displayed through the Portfolio Hub does not by itself uniquely identify an Asset. The User remains responsible for verifying the relevant issuer, contract address, network, share class, token standard, security identifier or other distinguishing information.

10.3 Wrapped, Bridged and Derivative Assets

Wrapped Assets, bridged Assets, synthetic Assets, liquid staking tokens, receipt tokens, derivative tokens, protocol positions and similar instruments may differ materially from the underlying Asset they reference. The Portfolio Hub may classify or display such instruments using simplified labels for educational convenience. Such display shall not be interpreted as confirmation that the instrument is economically, legally, technically or operationally identical to the underlying Asset.

10.4 Token Migrations and Redenominations

Digital Assets may migrate to new contracts, change token standards, undergo redenominations, merge, split, rebrand or otherwise alter their technical structure. The Portfolio Hub may not automatically detect every migration or reflect the correct conversion, historical treatment or successor relationship. The User remains responsible for verifying whether an Asset has changed and whether manual adjustment is required.

10.5 Spam, Scam and Malicious Assets

Public blockchain addresses may receive unsolicited, spam, scam, fraudulent, malicious or deceptive tokens and NFTs. The Portfolio Hub may detect or display such Assets because they are present in public network data. Detection does not constitute approval, legitimacy, safety, value, liquidity or endorsement. The User shall not interact with any suspicious Asset solely because it appears within the Portfolio Hub.

10.6 Illiquid and Non-Transferable Assets

An Asset may have a displayed price despite limited or nonexistent liquidity. An Asset may also be restricted, frozen, non-transferable, subject to lockups, unavailable on supported markets or impossible to sell at the displayed value. Block2Learn does not guarantee that any Asset is transferable, redeemable, liquid or capable of being converted into cash or another Asset.

10.7 Unsupported Assets

An Unsupported Asset may be omitted, partially displayed, misclassified, represented without a value or require Manual Data. Block2Learn is not obligated to add support for a requested Asset, market, network, token standard, security, instrument or other category.

10.8 Unpriced Assets

An Unpriced Asset may be excluded from total Portfolio value, Performance Metrics, allocations, Goals, Scenarios or other calculations unless the User provides a Manual Valuation or the Portfolio Hub applies an available estimate. The exclusion of an Unpriced Asset may materially understate Portfolio value, while an inaccurate Manual Valuation may materially overstate or understate Portfolio value.

10.9 NFTs and Unique Digital Assets

NFTs, compressed NFTs, inscriptions, collectibles, art-related digital assets and other unique items may not have a continuous, objective or reliable market price. Floor prices, last sale prices, collection references, marketplace listings and estimated values may not represent the value obtainable for a specific item. The Portfolio Hub does not provide professional valuation of unique digital assets.

10.10 Ordinals, Runes and Emerging Asset Standards

Emerging blockchain asset standards may be technically complex, rapidly evolving or inconsistently indexed. Detection, classification, balances, metadata and valuation may be incomplete or inaccurate. Block2Learn does not guarantee full support for Ordinals, Runes or any other emerging standard and may modify or discontinue related functionality.

10.11 Traditional Assets and Corporate Actions

Where the Portfolio Hub supports stocks, securities or other traditional Asset references, displayed quantities and values may be affected by dividends, splits, reverse splits, mergers, spin-offs, rights issues, delistings, ticker changes, share-class changes, corporate reorganizations and other corporate actions. The Portfolio Hub may not automatically process every corporate action or may process it using simplified educational logic.

10.12 Asset Classification Is Not Legal Classification

The classification of an Asset as cryptocurrency, token, stock, cash, property, liability, alternative Asset or another category is an organizational label only. It does not determine the legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or financial classification of the Asset in any jurisdiction.

10.13 No Asset Approval Process

The availability of an Asset within search, import, display or monitoring functionality does not mean that Block2Learn has conducted due diligence, legal review, technical review, security review, financial analysis, issuer verification or regulatory assessment. The User must perform independent evaluation before interacting with any Asset outside the Portfolio Hub.

10.14 Asset Support May Change

Block2Learn may add, modify, merge, reclassify, restrict or remove Asset support. An Asset previously supported may become unsupported because of technical, legal, operational, commercial, security, data quality or provider-related considerations. Such changes may affect historical information, Portfolio values and future synchronization.

11. MANUAL DATA, USER INPUTS AND MANUAL VALUATIONS

11.1 User Responsibility for Manual Data

The User may enter, modify, delete or otherwise manage Manual Data within the Portfolio Hub. The User remains solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, relevance and continued updating of such information. Block2Learn does not independently verify Manual Data unless expressly stated otherwise.

11.2 Types of Manual Data

Manual Data may include Asset names, quantities, acquisition dates, acquisition costs, current values, transaction types, fees, exchange rates, Public Addresses, notes, Goals, Liabilities, payment obligations, recurring expenses, valuation sources, Scenario assumptions, expected contributions and other information selected by the User.

11.3 No Validation of Economic Reality

The Portfolio Hub may accept Manual Data that is unrealistic, contradictory, incomplete or economically impossible. Technical acceptance of an entry does not constitute validation that the entry reflects reality, complies with applicable law or is suitable for any purpose.

11.4 Manual Valuation Is a User Estimate

A Manual Valuation represents an estimate or assumption selected by the User. It may be based on a recent sale, appraisal, marketplace listing, personal judgment, model, third-party source or any other methodology chosen by the User. Block2Learn does not verify the methodology, source, independence, accuracy, currency or reliability of a Manual Valuation.

11.5 No Professional Appraisal

A Manual Valuation does not constitute a professional appraisal, fairness opinion, audited valuation, certified market value, accounting valuation, tax valuation, collateral valuation or guarantee of realizable price. The User shall not represent a Manual Valuation as having been issued, reviewed or certified by Block2Learn.

11.6 Cost Basis Inputs

The User may enter purchase price, acquisition cost, fees, taxes, transaction costs or other cost basis information. The Portfolio Hub may use such information to produce educational cost calculations. Block2Learn does not determine whether the entered amounts are complete, legally correct, tax-deductible, capitalizable or appropriate under any accounting or tax methodology.

11.7 Transaction Classification

The User may classify an event as a purchase, sale, deposit, withdrawal, transfer, reward, income, fee or other Transaction type. A selected classification may not correspond to the legal, tax, economic or accounting treatment of the underlying event. The User is responsible for selecting and verifying the appropriate classification for any external purpose.

11.8 Notes and Descriptions

Notes, labels, descriptions and comments entered by the User are private organizational content unless voluntarily shared. Block2Learn does not approve, endorse or verify such content. The presence of a note within the Portfolio Hub does not transform it into a Block2Learn opinion, recommendation or verified statement.

11.9 Goals and Liabilities as Manual Inputs

Goals, Liabilities, payment obligations, deadlines, recurring expenses and future commitments may depend entirely upon information supplied by the User. The Portfolio Hub does not verify whether such obligations are legally enforceable, accurately calculated, current, complete or likely to occur.

11.10 User Duty to Update

The User is responsible for updating Manual Data when circumstances change. Block2Learn has no obligation to determine that information has become outdated, inaccurate or incomplete. Failure to update Manual Data may materially distort Portfolio values, allocations, Performance Metrics, Goals, Scenarios and other Outputs.

11.11 Deletion and Modification

The User may be able to modify or delete Manual Data through available functionality. Deletion may affect historical records, calculations, Goals, charts and Scenarios. Block2Learn is not responsible for consequences arising from the User’s deletion, alteration, duplication or incorrect entry of data.

11.12 No Reliance on Automatic Validation

Input controls, error messages, format checks or validation rules are technical aids only. They do not verify ownership, legal status, tax treatment, financial correctness, economic reasonableness or professional suitability. The absence of an error message does not mean that an entry is correct.

11.13 Data Conflicts

Manual Data may conflict with Imported Data or other entries. The Portfolio Hub may prioritize, merge, retain, separate or display conflicting information according to technical logic. The User remains responsible for reviewing conflicts and determining which information should be used.

11.14 User Assumption of Input Risk

The User acknowledges that Outputs are dependent upon inputs. Inaccurate, incomplete, duplicated, outdated, misclassified or hypothetical inputs may produce inaccurate or misleading Outputs. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Block2Learn shall not be responsible for outcomes arising from the User’s Manual Data or Manual Valuations.

12. CALCULATIONS, COST BASIS, PERFORMANCE AND NET WORTH METRICS

12.1 Educational Nature of Calculations

The Portfolio Hub may calculate or display acquisition cost, average cost, current value, invested capital, gain, loss, percentage return, allocation, net worth, performance contribution and related metrics. Such calculations are educational and informational estimates only.

12.2 Dependence on Underlying Data

All calculations depend upon the availability, accuracy, classification, timing and completeness of Manual Data, Imported Data, Market Data and Blockchain Data. Missing or incorrect information may materially affect every Output.

12.3 Average Cost and Cost Basis

Average cost and cost basis calculations may vary depending upon methodology, jurisdiction, transaction ordering, fees, transfers, tax lots, currency conversion, corporate actions, blockchain events and other factors. The Portfolio Hub may use simplified or internally selected methodologies for educational purposes. Such methodologies shall not be interpreted as tax, accounting or legal determinations.

12.4 Transfers Between Accounts or Wallets

Transfers between accounts, exchanges, brokers or wallets may be incorrectly interpreted as deposits, withdrawals, acquisitions, disposals, gains or losses where complete transaction history is unavailable. The User may need to classify or adjust transfers manually. Block2Learn does not guarantee automatic reconciliation across accounts or Public Addresses.

12.5 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals may affect Portfolio value without representing investment performance. If external cash flows are missing, duplicated or incorrectly classified, performance calculations may be distorted. The User remains responsible for reviewing whether cash flows are treated appropriately.

12.6 Fees and Transaction Costs

Fees, commissions, spreads, network costs, gas costs, custody fees, management fees, taxes and other expenses may be missing, estimated or entered manually. Where fees are not included, gains may be overstated and losses may be understated. Block2Learn does not guarantee complete fee capture.

12.7 Rewards, Airdrops and Income

Staking rewards, mining rewards, airdrops, dividends, interest, yield, protocol incentives and other income events may be classified differently depending upon source, timing and jurisdiction. The Portfolio Hub may not detect or treat every event consistently. Displayed treatment does not constitute tax or accounting advice.

12.8 Forks, Migrations and Corporate Actions

Forks, token migrations, redenominations, splits, reverse splits, mergers, spin-offs and other structural events may alter quantity, cost basis, price history and performance. The Portfolio Hub may not automatically reflect the legally or economically correct treatment of such events.

12.9 Currency Effects

Performance may be affected by changes in the base currency or by currency conversion. An Asset may increase in its local currency while decreasing in the User’s selected base currency, or vice versa. The Portfolio Hub may not separate investment performance from currency effects in every Output.

12.10 Rounding and Precision

Values may be rounded for display or calculation. Small differences may accumulate across Assets, Transactions, currencies or time periods. Display precision does not guarantee mathematical or economic exactness.

12.11 Net Worth

Any value identified as “Net Worth” represents only the net amount calculated from information available within the Portfolio Hub. It may exclude Assets, liabilities, taxes, contingent obligations, jointly owned property, pensions, insurance, business interests, debts, guarantees or other components of the User’s actual financial position. It shall not be interpreted as the User’s certified, complete or legally established net worth.

12.12 Invested Capital

“Invested Capital” or similar terminology may be calculated using selected transaction and cost information. It may not reflect all capital contributions, withdrawals, reinvestments, fees, taxes, transferred positions, inherited Assets, gifted Assets or other relevant events. It is an educational metric only.

12.13 Gains and Losses

Displayed gains and losses may be realized, unrealized, estimated, combined or calculated according to simplified logic. The Portfolio Hub may not distinguish every legally or tax-relevant category. A positive value does not constitute confirmation that the User has earned or can realize a profit. A negative value does not necessarily represent the User’s legally recognized loss.

12.14 Performance Periods

Performance may vary depending upon the selected start date, transaction history, first recorded value, synchronization date, data availability, cash flows and calculation methodology. Different time periods may produce substantially different results.

12.15 No Audited Performance

No Performance Metric constitutes audited, verified, certified or independently reviewed performance. Portfolio Hub Outputs shall not be presented as compliant performance reporting, institutional reporting, regulated investment reporting or a professional track record.

12.16 No Tax Reporting

The Portfolio Hub is not a tax reporting system and does not determine taxable events, tax residence, tax basis, deductible costs, capital gains, ordinary income, wealth taxes, reporting obligations or other tax treatment. The User must maintain appropriate records and consult qualified tax professionals where necessary.

12.17 No Accounting Record

The Portfolio Hub is not a bookkeeping, accounting, reconciliation or financial statement system. Outputs shall not be treated as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, ledgers, audit records, official valuations or accounting documentation.

12.18 No Proof of Funds or Solvency

Portfolio values, net worth calculations, Public Address balances, screenshots, exports and reports shall not be used as authoritative proof of funds, source of wealth, source of funds, solvency, creditworthiness or financial capacity. Block2Learn does not certify such Outputs.

12.19 Independent Reconciliation

The User is responsible for reconciling Portfolio Hub information with official records from banks, brokers, exchanges, custodians, wallets, issuers, accountants, tax professionals or other authoritative sources where accuracy is material.

12.20 Calculation Methodology May Change

Block2Learn may modify calculation methods, data treatment, classification logic, charting logic, performance methodologies or display conventions. Such changes may alter current and historical Outputs. Previous Outputs may not remain reproducible after a methodology change.

13. ANALYTICS, ALLOCATION AND EDUCATIONAL INTERPRETATION

13.1 Nature of Analytics

Analytics are designed to support educational observation, comparison, organization and reflection. They may include allocation, concentration, diversification, exposure, performance contribution, historical change, Asset ranking, positive and negative performers, Portfolio composition and related educational views.

13.2 No Portfolio Diagnosis

Analytics do not constitute a professional diagnosis of the User’s Portfolio. The Portfolio Hub does not determine whether a Portfolio is healthy, balanced, efficient, optimized, diversified, under-diversified, overexposed, suitable or inappropriate.

13.3 Allocation Displays

Allocation percentages depend upon the values included in the calculation. Unsupported, Unpriced or omitted Assets may be excluded. Manual Valuations may materially alter allocation. An allocation chart may therefore provide only a partial or estimated representation.

13.4 Concentration Indicators

A concentration indicator, warning, classification or visualization is an educational observation only. It does not constitute advice to reduce, increase, sell, hedge or otherwise change a position. Block2Learn does not determine the appropriate concentration level for any User.

13.5 Diversification Indicators

Diversification information may rely upon simplified categories, Asset labels, sectors, networks or other classifications. Assets categorized separately may still be highly correlated, while Assets categorized together may involve different risks. No diversification Output guarantees risk reduction or capital protection.

13.6 Top and Negative Performers

An Asset identified as a top performer, positive performer or negative performer is classified using selected data and periods. Such classification does not indicate future performance, investment merit or suitability. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

13.7 Exposure Metrics

Exposure metrics may represent market value, allocation, Asset category, network, currency or another selected dimension. They may not reflect derivatives, leverage, hedges, contingent liabilities, off-platform positions, tax exposure, counterparty exposure or broader economic risk.

13.8 Risk-Related Indicators

Any risk-related visualization, label or educational observation is not a regulated risk assessment. The Portfolio Hub does not calculate the User’s complete capacity for loss, risk tolerance, investment horizon, liquidity requirements or personal suitability.

13.9 Scores and Classifications

Future Portfolio Hub functionality may include educational scores, categories, labels, rankings or classifications. Such Outputs shall remain educational abstractions based upon selected assumptions and data. They shall not be interpreted as professional ratings, credit scores, suitability determinations, regulated classifications or guarantees.

13.10 Suggestions and Educational Prompts

The Portfolio Hub may display educational prompts, questions, observations or suggestions intended to stimulate reflection. Such content may invite the User to review concentration, liquidity, Goals, liabilities, assumptions or other factors. Educational prompts are not instructions, recommendations or individualized advice.

13.11 No Asset Allocation Advice

Use of Analytics does not guarantee that the User will identify every risk, reduce losses, improve performance, avoid concentration, achieve diversification or make better decisions. Analytics may be incomplete, simplified, delayed or misunderstood.

13.13 User Interpretation Responsibility

The User remains solely responsible for interpreting Analytics and deciding whether they are relevant. Block2Learn shall not be responsible for the User’s assumptions, conclusions, decisions or actions based upon an analytical Output.

13.14 Analytics May Change

Analytics may change because of data updates, methodology changes, provider changes, reclassification, corrections, interface redesign, new functionality or modified educational objectives. Block2Learn does not guarantee permanent availability or reproducibility of any specific analytical view.

14. GOALS, LIABILITIES, PAYMENTS AND PERSONAL FINANCIAL COMMITMENTS

14.1 Educational Purpose of Goals

The Goals section is an educational planning and simulation environment that may allow the User to define targets, time horizons, contribution assumptions, desired values, liabilities, payments, deadlines and other personal financial variables. Goals are intended to help the User examine the relationship between capital, time, assumptions, obligations and possible outcomes.

14.2 No Financial Plan

A Goal does not constitute a financial plan, investment plan, retirement plan, savings plan, debt-management plan, budget, wealth-management strategy or personalized professional recommendation. Block2Learn does not evaluate whether a Goal is suitable, realistic, affordable, lawful or appropriate for the User.

14.3 User-Selected Assumptions

Goal Outputs depend upon assumptions selected or entered by the User, including initial capital, future contributions, time horizon, expected changes, liabilities, payments and Scenario categories. Block2Learn does not verify whether those assumptions are reasonable, complete or likely to occur.

14.4 Goal Targets

A target value or date entered by the User is a personal educational reference only. The Portfolio Hub does not guarantee that the target can or will be achieved. A mathematically calculated path does not establish economic feasibility, suitability or probability.

14.5 Time Horizons

Time-based calculations may assume regular periods, uninterrupted contributions, stable data and continuous access. Actual life circumstances, markets, income, expenses, inflation, taxes, emergencies, health events, employment changes, family obligations and other developments may materially alter the User’s ability to pursue a Goal.

14.6 Contributions and Savings Assumptions

The User may enter expected periodic contributions or savings. The Portfolio Hub does not verify the User’s income, disposable resources, future earnings, employment stability, expenses or capacity to make those contributions. Display of a contribution path does not mean that the contribution level is affordable or advisable.

14.7 Liabilities

The User may record debts, loans, mortgages, recurring obligations, future payments, expenses, commitments or other Liabilities. Block2Learn does not verify the existence, legal enforceability, balance, interest rate, payment schedule, priority, tax treatment or completeness of any Liability.

14.8 Payments and Deadlines

The Portfolio Hub may allow the User to record payment dates, deadlines, maturities or recurring obligations. Such functionality is educational and organizational only. It is not a guaranteed reminder, calendar, payment processing system, debt servicing system or legal notification service.

14.9 No Guarantee of Alerts

Where reminders, notifications, status indicators or alerts are available, Block2Learn does not guarantee their delivery, timing, accuracy or continued availability. The User remains solely responsible for monitoring and satisfying all real-world obligations, payments and deadlines independently.

14.10 Missed Obligations

Block2Learn shall not be responsible for missed payments, penalties, interest, defaults, tax consequences, contractual breaches, loss of rights, credit damage or other consequences arising from the User’s reliance upon the Goals section, reminders, dates, liabilities or related Outputs.

14.11 Incomplete Financial Picture

The Goals section may not account for every Asset, debt, expense, tax, insurance need, family obligation, legal commitment, emergency reserve, inflation effect, currency risk, market risk or personal circumstance. A Goal calculation may therefore represent only a partial educational model.

14.12 No Budgeting or Cash-Flow Certification

Any cash-flow, contribution, payment or liability view is an educational estimate only. It does not constitute certified budgeting, professional cash-flow analysis, credit counseling, debt advice, accounting or financial planning.

14.13 No Retirement or Pension Advice

Where a Goal relates to retirement, financial independence, income generation or long-term wealth, the Portfolio Hub does not evaluate pension rights, social security, longevity, healthcare costs, taxation, inflation, estate planning, inheritance or other factors required for professional retirement planning.

14.14 No Debt Advice

The Portfolio Hub does not advise the User whether to borrow, repay, refinance, consolidate, accelerate payments, use leverage or prioritize one Liability over another. Any displayed comparison or Scenario remains educational only.

14.15 No Legal or Contractual Verification

The Portfolio Hub does not review loan agreements, mortgage contracts, payment obligations, guarantees, tax notices, court orders or other legal documents. The User must consult appropriate professionals regarding the legal effect of any obligation.

14.16 Goal Progress

Displayed Goal progress depends upon the data available within the Portfolio Hub. It may be overstated or understated because of missing Assets, incorrect prices, incomplete liabilities, Manual Valuations, currency changes, missing Transactions or outdated assumptions.

14.17 Goal Completion Does Not Establish Financial Success

Reaching a simulated or displayed Goal does not establish that the User has achieved financial security, solvency, independence, suitability or any professional standard. A Goal may be reached mathematically while other financial risks remain unrepresented.

14.18 Goal Failure Does Not Establish Professional Judgment

Failure to reach a simulated Goal does not constitute a professional determination that the User’s objective is impossible, unsuitable or financially irresponsible. It may result from selected assumptions, incomplete data, market changes or limitations of the educational model.

14.19 Independent Professional Advice

Where a Goal involves material financial commitments, debt, taxation, retirement, estate planning, insurance, legal obligations or significant investment decisions, the User should seek advice from appropriately qualified professionals.

14.20 User Responsibility for Real-World Actions

Any real-world action taken by the User in pursuit of a Goal remains entirely outside the Portfolio Hub and at the User’s sole responsibility. Block2Learn does not supervise, approve or assume responsibility for such actions.

15. EDUCATIONAL SCENARIOS, PROJECTIONS AND ASSUMPTION-BASED OUTPUTS

15.1 Nature of Scenario Functionality

The Portfolio Hub may permit the User to select, enter, compare or review hypothetical Scenarios intended to illustrate how different assumptions may affect a Portfolio, Goal, liability structure, contribution plan, time horizon or other educational objective. Scenario functionality is provided solely as an educational and simulative tool. It is designed to facilitate reflection upon uncertainty, compounding, time, contribution patterns, market variability and the relationship between assumptions and possible outcomes.

15.2 Hypothetical Nature of Scenarios

Every Scenario is hypothetical. A Scenario does not represent a promise, forecast, projection prepared as a professional financial service, probability assessment, expected return, recommended strategy or statement regarding what is likely to occur. The existence of a Scenario does not indicate that the Scenario is realistic, achievable, suitable, financially prudent or appropriate for the User.

15.3 Conservative Scenario

A Conservative Scenario is an educational category based upon assumptions selected or defined for the purpose of illustrating a comparatively restrained hypothetical pathway. The term “Conservative” does not mean safe, guaranteed, low risk, legally suitable, professionally recommended or likely to occur. A Conservative Scenario may still produce inaccurate, unfavorable or materially misleading results and may fail to account for inflation, taxation, fees, market losses, personal emergencies, reduced contributions, liabilities or other relevant factors.

15.4 Intermediate Scenario

An Intermediate Scenario is an educational category intended to illustrate a hypothetical pathway between other assumption sets. The term “Intermediate” does not mean average, expected, probable, statistically central, suitable or recommended. It does not indicate that the relevant outcome is more likely than any other Scenario.

15.5 Expansionary Scenario

An Expansionary Scenario is an educational category based upon assumptions intended to illustrate a comparatively stronger hypothetical pathway. The term “Expansionary” does not constitute a prediction of market growth, portfolio appreciation, economic expansion, income growth or future investment performance. It does not indicate that the relevant return, value or Goal is achievable or reasonably expected.

15.6 Labels Are Not Standardized Risk Classifications

Conservative, Intermediate and Expansionary labels are internal educational classifications only. They do not correspond to standardized regulatory classifications, professional risk categories, investment product labels, suitability categories, credit classifications, actuarial assessments or legally recognized probability ranges.

15.7 Assumption-Based Calculations

Scenario Outputs depend upon assumptions concerning future values, returns, contributions, liabilities, time, inflation, expenses, cash flows, price changes or other variables. Such assumptions may be selected by the User, predefined for educational convenience or calculated using available information. No assumption shall be interpreted as a factual statement concerning future conditions.

15.8 No Expected Return

Any percentage, growth rate, annualized figure, contribution rate, compounding rate or other value used within a Scenario is an educational mathematical input only. It does not constitute an expected return, forward-looking estimate, investment target, professional forecast or representation that any Asset or Portfolio will produce that result.

15.9 No Probability Assessment

The Portfolio Hub does not necessarily assign statistical probability to Scenarios. The display of multiple Scenarios does not indicate that each Scenario has an equal probability, any identifiable probability or any probability capable of professional reliance. The User shall not interpret the position, color, name, order or visual prominence of a Scenario as an indication of likelihood.

15.10 No Monte Carlo or Professional Forecasting Representation

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Scenario functionality shall not be interpreted as a Monte Carlo analysis, actuarial model, institutional portfolio model, professional forecasting service, econometric projection, regulated financial planning tool or validated risk simulation. Even where advanced calculations are used, all Outputs remain subject to the educational nature and limitations established by these Terms.

15.11 Market Uncertainty

Markets, economies, interest rates, currencies, inflation, regulation, taxation, employment, income, expenses, technology, personal circumstances and geopolitical conditions may change unpredictably. No Scenario can incorporate every variable, shock, behavioral response, legal change, market disruption or personal event that may affect actual outcomes.

15.12 Sequence of Returns Risk

Where Scenarios involve repeated returns over time, actual outcomes may differ substantially because the order of gains and losses can materially affect Portfolio development. A simplified average return does not represent the effect of real market volatility, sequence risk, withdrawals, contributions, taxation or changing allocation.

15.13 Inflation and Purchasing Power

A Scenario may display nominal values without fully accounting for inflation or changes in purchasing power. Even where an inflation assumption is available, actual inflation may differ materially across time, jurisdiction, household, Asset category or expense type. Achievement of a nominal Goal does not guarantee achievement of the intended real-world purchasing power.

15.14 Taxes, Fees and Costs

Scenario Outputs may exclude or simplify taxes, commissions, spreads, transaction costs, custody costs, management fees, financing costs, insurance costs, network fees and other expenses. The exclusion or understatement of such costs may materially overstate a simulated outcome.

15.15 Behavioral and Personal Factors

Scenarios cannot predict whether the User will maintain contributions, avoid withdrawals, follow a plan, retain employment, control expenses, respond rationally to volatility, comply with legal obligations or experience personal circumstances affecting the Goal. The User’s conduct and life circumstances remain outside the control of Block2Learn.

15.16 No Guarantee of Goal Achievement

A Scenario showing that a Goal may be reached by a particular date does not guarantee achievement. It merely illustrates a mathematical relationship based upon selected assumptions. Actual results may be substantially lower, higher or otherwise different.

15.17 No Guarantee of Capital Preservation

No Scenario, including a Conservative Scenario, guarantees preservation of capital, purchasing power, liquidity, income, solvency or financial security. Losses, including substantial or total loss of capital, may occur in actual financial activity.

15.18 Scenario Comparisons

Comparisons between Scenarios are educational demonstrations of how different assumptions produce different Outputs. They do not determine which Scenario the User should select or which real-world strategy the User should pursue. Block2Learn does not recommend one Scenario over another.

15.19 User Responsibility for Assumptions

The User remains responsible for reviewing, understanding and challenging all assumptions used in a Scenario. The User shall not rely upon default assumptions merely because they are technically available within the Portfolio Hub. Default availability does not constitute endorsement, suitability or recommendation.

15.20 Modification of Scenario Methodologies

Block2Learn may modify Scenario labels, assumptions, formulas, calculation methodologies, interfaces, educational explanations or available parameters. Such modifications may alter current and historical Outputs. The User does not acquire a right to permanent availability or reproducibility of a particular Scenario methodology.

15.21 No Reliance for Material Decisions

The User agrees not to rely exclusively upon Scenario Outputs when making material financial, investment, debt, retirement, tax, legal, business or personal decisions. Qualified professional advice should be obtained where appropriate.

15.22 Scenario Risk Remains with the User

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Block2Learn shall not be responsible for losses, missed opportunities, unmet Goals, excessive contributions, insufficient reserves, inappropriate borrowing, tax consequences, investment decisions or other outcomes arising from reliance upon a Scenario or assumption-based Output.

16. WATCHLISTS, NOTES, OBSERVATIONS AND USER-GENERATED PORTFOLIO CONTENT

16.1 Educational Purpose of Watchlists

The Portfolio Hub may allow the User to create watchlists for the purpose of organizing Assets, research interests, market observations, hypothetical opportunities or subjects for further study. Watchlists are personal educational and organizational tools only.

16.2 No Recommendation Through Watchlist Availability

The inclusion of an Asset within a watchlist does not constitute endorsement, recommendation, approval, validation or expression of investment merit by Block2Learn. The availability of an Asset for selection does not indicate that the Asset is lawful, safe, liquid, suitable or appropriate.

16.3 User-Controlled Watchlists

The User determines which Assets are added to or removed from a watchlist. Block2Learn does not evaluate whether the selection reflects a prudent, diversified or suitable research process. The User remains responsible for all conclusions drawn from watchlist information.

16.4 Watchlist Data Limitations

Prices, changes, metadata and other information displayed within a watchlist remain subject to all Market Data, Third-Party Data Source, Asset identification and availability limitations established by these Terms.

16.5 Notes

The User may enter notes, observations, assumptions, hypotheses, reminders, descriptions or other personal content within the Portfolio Hub. Such notes are created by the User and do not constitute content authored, approved, verified or endorsed by Block2Learn.

16.6 No Verification of Notes

Block2Learn does not independently verify the accuracy, legality, completeness, originality or reliability of notes. The User shall not interpret the continued storage or display of a note as approval of its contents.

16.7 No Professional Status of Notes

A note does not become investment research, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, accounting advice, professional analysis or an official record merely because it is stored within the Portfolio Hub.

16.8 User Responsibility for Sensitive Information

The User should not enter unnecessary sensitive information, confidential third-party information, private keys, seed phrases, passwords, authentication codes, protected health information, government identification data or other information inappropriate for the Portfolio Hub. The User remains responsible for determining whether information should be entered.

16.9 Third-Party Rights

The User represents and warrants that information entered into notes, descriptions or other User-controlled fields does not unlawfully infringe intellectual property rights, privacy rights, confidentiality duties, contractual obligations or other rights of third parties.

16.10 Prohibited Content

The User shall not use notes or other Portfolio Hub fields to store, transmit or organize unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, malicious, infringing or otherwise prohibited content. The Account & Acceptable Use Policy shall apply to all such content.

16.11 No Monitoring Obligation

Block2Learn does not undertake to review every note, watchlist, description or User entry. The absence of review does not limit Block2Learn’s right to investigate, restrict, preserve or remove content where permitted or required by the legal framework or applicable law.

16.12 User Content and Platform Operation

The User retains such rights as the User lawfully holds in Private Portfolio Data, notes and other User-created content, subject to the limited rights reasonably necessary for Block2Learn to host, process, store, display, secure, synchronize, back up, troubleshoot, export and administer the Portfolio Hub.

16.13 No Transfer of Portfolio Ownership

The processing of User content does not transfer ownership of the User’s underlying Assets, financial accounts, Public Addresses or external records to Block2Learn. Conversely, the User does not acquire ownership of the Portfolio Hub, its structure, software, workflows or intellectual property by entering data.

16.14 Feedback Distinguished from Private Portfolio Data

Feedback, feature requests, suggestions, improvement proposals and comments concerning the Portfolio Hub are distinct from Private Portfolio Data. Block2Learn may use feedback to develop, improve, modify, commercialize or expand the Portfolio Hub without compensation, attribution, approval rights or ownership claims in favor of the User, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

16.15 No Guarantee of Storage

Block2Learn does not guarantee permanent, uninterrupted or error-free storage of watchlists, notes, labels, descriptions or other User content. The User should maintain independent copies of information that is important for legal, financial, tax, accounting, evidentiary or personal purposes.

16.16 Deletion and Loss

Notes, watchlists or other User content may be deleted, lost, corrupted, modified or rendered inaccessible because of User action, account changes, technical failures, migrations, service modifications, security measures, data retention rules or other circumstances. Restoration may not always be possible.

16.17 Sharing and Exports

Where the User shares, exports, screenshots, publishes or otherwise discloses watchlists, notes or Portfolio information, the User assumes responsibility for the disclosure and its consequences. Block2Learn does not control information after it has been exported or shared outside the Platform.

16.18 No Reliance Upon Personal Notes as Block2Learn Content

The User shall not represent personal notes, watchlists, labels, assumptions or other User-generated content as having been created, reviewed, approved or recommended by Block2Learn.

17. NO FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, TRADING, TAX, LEGAL OR ACCOUNTING ADVICE

17.1 No Financial Advice

The Portfolio Hub does not provide financial advice. No value, metric, chart, classification, Goal, Scenario, allocation, observation, prompt, message or Output shall be interpreted as individualized financial guidance.

17.2 No Investment Advice

The Portfolio Hub does not recommend the purchase, sale, holding, disposal, weighting, timing or selection of any Asset, security, cryptocurrency, token, financial instrument, market, sector or strategy.

17.3 No Trading Advice

The Portfolio Hub does not provide entry points, exit points, stop-loss levels, take-profit levels, leverage recommendations, position sizing instructions, trading signals, timing recommendations or execution guidance.

17.4 No Portfolio Management

The Portfolio Hub does not construct, manage, supervise, rebalance, administer or monitor investment Portfolios on behalf of Users. The organization of portfolio information does not create a portfolio management relationship.

17.5 No Asset Management

Block2Learn does not accept discretionary authority over Assets and does not manage capital, custody Assets, allocate funds, select investments or perform transactions for the User.

17.6 No Wealth Management

The Portfolio Hub does not provide wealth management, family office services, private banking, estate planning, retirement planning, inheritance planning or comprehensive financial supervision.

17.7 No Financial Planning

Goals, Liabilities, payment entries and Scenarios do not constitute a personalized financial plan. Block2Learn does not prepare plans based upon a complete assessment of the User’s circumstances.

17.8 No Tax Advice

The Portfolio Hub does not determine tax residence, taxable events, cost basis, capital gains, income classification, wealth taxes, reporting obligations, deductible expenses, tax rates, filing requirements or any other tax treatment.

17.9 No Accounting Advice

The Portfolio Hub does not provide bookkeeping, accounting, reconciliation, audit, financial statement preparation, valuation certification or professional accounting services.

17.10 No Legal Advice

The Portfolio Hub does not evaluate contracts, ownership rights, regulatory obligations, legal capacity, enforceability of Liabilities, estate rights, asset title, privacy obligations or other legal matters.

17.11 No Regulatory or Compliance Advice

The Portfolio Hub does not determine whether the User, an Asset, a Transaction, a Public Address, a Portfolio or an external activity complies with financial regulation, securities laws, tax laws, sanctions, anti-money laundering obligations, reporting requirements or any other legal framework.

17.12 No Fiduciary Relationship

Use of the Portfolio Hub does not create a fiduciary, advisory, trustee, agency, representative, partnership, joint venture, client, portfolio management or professional services relationship between the User and Block2Learn.

17.13 No Suitability Assessment

Block2Learn does not assess the User’s financial knowledge, experience, objectives, income, liabilities, tax status, time horizon, liquidity needs, capacity for loss or risk tolerance. No Output constitutes a determination that an Asset, strategy or Scenario is suitable.

17.14 No Appropriateness Assessment

Block2Learn does not determine whether a particular financial instrument, digital asset, strategy, transaction or market activity is appropriate for the User’s experience or knowledge.

17.15 No Personalized Recommendation Through User Data

The use of User-specific data to generate a calculation or display does not create personalized advice. The Output remains an automated or structured educational representation based upon incomplete information selected or provided by the User.

17.16 No Duty of Best Interest

Block2Learn does not undertake a duty to act in the User’s best financial interest, identify the most favorable strategy, minimize taxes, maximize returns, preserve capital, reduce risk or monitor changes in the User’s circumstances.

17.17 Independent Professional Advice

The User should consult appropriately qualified professionals before making decisions involving material financial, investment, trading, tax, legal, accounting, regulatory, retirement, debt or estate consequences.

17.18 Independent Verification

The User remains responsible for verifying information, considering alternative sources, reviewing official records and evaluating whether an Output is relevant to the User’s circumstances.

17.19 No Delegation of Responsibility

The User shall not delegate personal judgment or decision-making responsibility to the Portfolio Hub, its data, calculations, Scenarios, Analytics, Goals, prompts or future automated functionality.

17.20 All Decisions Remain with the User

Every decision and action undertaken outside the Portfolio Hub remains exclusively the User’s responsibility. Block2Learn does not control or approve such conduct.

18. NO OFFICIAL RECORD, CERTIFICATION OR EVIDENTIARY STATUS

18.1 Educational Records Only

Portfolio Hub records are educational and organizational records maintained within a digital tool. They are not official statements issued by a bank, broker, exchange, custodian, accountant, auditor, tax authority, regulator, court, issuer or licensed professional.

18.2 No Proof of Ownership

A Portfolio entry, Public Address balance, transaction record, screenshot, chart, report or export does not establish legal or beneficial ownership of an Asset.

18.3 No Proof of Control

The display of a Public Address does not prove that the User controls the corresponding private key or has authority to transact.

18.4 No Proof of Funds

Portfolio values and balances shall not be treated as authoritative proof that funds are available, transferable, unrestricted, liquid or owned by the User.

18.5 No Proof of Source of Funds or Wealth

The Portfolio Hub does not establish the lawful origin of Assets, source of funds, source of wealth, acquisition history, tax status or regulatory compliance of a Portfolio or Public Address.

18.6 No Certified Net Worth

Any net worth figure is an educational calculation based upon selected data and shall not be treated as a certified or complete statement of the User’s financial position.

18.7 No Solvency or Creditworthiness Assessment

The Portfolio Hub does not determine solvency, liquidity, creditworthiness, affordability, borrowing capacity or ability to satisfy obligations.

18.8 No Financial Statement

No Portfolio Hub Output constitutes a balance sheet, income statement, cash-flow statement, capital account, official ledger, account statement or other formal financial statement.

18.9 No Tax Record

Portfolio Hub calculations, Transactions, gains, losses and cost information do not constitute tax returns, tax reports, tax ledgers, statutory records or evidence that tax obligations have been correctly calculated or satisfied.

18.10 No Accounting Record

The Portfolio Hub is not designed to satisfy professional or statutory accounting standards. Entries may not comply with accounting principles, record-retention rules, audit requirements or jurisdiction-specific obligations.

18.11 No Audit or Assurance

Block2Learn does not audit, review, certify, attest to or provide assurance concerning Portfolio Hub information. No Output has been independently examined merely because it is generated by the Tool.

18.12 No Professional Valuation

Market values, Manual Valuations and net worth calculations do not constitute professional valuations, appraisals, fairness opinions, collateral valuations or certified estimates.

18.13 No Regulatory Report

The Portfolio Hub does not produce regulatory filings, compliance reports, suspicious activity reports, anti-money laundering reports, sanctions reports or other official submissions.

18.14 No Court or Contractual Evidence Guarantee

Block2Learn does not represent that Portfolio Hub information will be accepted by a court, authority, lender, counterparty, insurer, employer or other third party as reliable or admissible evidence.

18.15 Exports and Screenshots

Exports, screenshots, printouts and downloaded reports remain subject to all limitations applicable to the underlying data. Exporting information does not improve its accuracy, completeness, legal status or evidentiary value.

18.16 User Modification Risk

Portfolio Hub information may be manually entered, edited, deleted or combined by the User. Third parties should not assume that an Output is immutable, independently sourced or protected against modification.

18.17 No Digital Signature or Certification

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Portfolio Hub reports and exports are not digitally signed, certified, notarized or authenticated by Block2Learn for evidentiary purposes.

18.18 Third-Party Reliance Prohibited

The User shall not encourage or permit a third party to rely upon Portfolio Hub information as though it were verified or official. The User remains responsible for clearly communicating the educational and non-certified nature of any shared Output.

18.19 Independent Records Required

The User must maintain independent official records necessary for tax, accounting, legal, compliance, investment, lending, insurance, estate or professional purposes.

18.20 No Liability for Third-Party Rejection

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Block2Learn shall not be responsible where a third party refuses, rejects, discounts or disputes Portfolio Hub information or an Output.

19. PRIVATE PORTFOLIO DATA, PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY

19.1 Relationship with Privacy & Cookie Policy

The collection, processing, storage, protection, disclosure, retention and deletion of personal data connected with the Portfolio Hub are governed by the Block2Learn Privacy & Cookie Policy and applicable data protection law. This Section provides Portfolio Hub-specific information and does not replace the Privacy & Cookie Policy.

19.2 Categories of Portfolio Hub Data

Data processed in connection with the Portfolio Hub may include Account information, Portfolio names, Asset entries, quantities, costs, prices, Transactions, Public Addresses, Blockchain Data, watchlists, notes, Goals, Liabilities, payment assumptions, Scenario selections, Manual Valuations, preferences, activity records, synchronization information, technical logs, security information and legal acceptance records.

19.3 Public Data May Become Personal Data

A Public Address or public blockchain record may constitute personal data where it is directly or indirectly linked or linkable to an identifiable individual. Public availability does not automatically remove the application of data protection law.

19.4 Purpose Limitation

Block2Learn may process Portfolio Hub data for purposes reasonably connected with providing, operating, securing, maintaining, synchronizing, troubleshooting, supporting, improving and administering the Service, preventing abuse, enforcing the legal framework, complying with legal obligations and protecting legitimate interests.

19.5 No Ownership Acquisition of Private Portfolio Data

Block2Learn does not acquire ownership of the User’s underlying financial information, Assets, Public Addresses or Private Portfolio Data merely because such information is entered into or processed through the Portfolio Hub.

19.6 Limited Operational Rights

The User grants Block2Learn the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, store, process, calculate, organize, display, synchronize, back up, secure, transmit, export, migrate, troubleshoot and otherwise operate the Portfolio Hub in accordance with the legal framework and Privacy & Cookie Policy.

19.7 Data Minimization by the User

The User should enter only information reasonably necessary for the intended educational use. The Portfolio Hub is not intended to store secret cryptographic credentials, unnecessary sensitive data or confidential third-party information.

19.8 Prohibition on Secret Credentials

The User must not enter private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, wallet passwords, exchange passwords, authentication codes or similar credentials. Block2Learn shall not be responsible for consequences arising from the User’s violation of this prohibition, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

19.9 Data Relating to Third Parties

Where the User enters information relating to another person, the User represents and warrants that the collection, entry and use of that information are lawful and that any required authorization, notice or legal basis exists.

19.10 No Unlawful Profiling

The User shall not use the Portfolio Hub to create unlawful financial profiles, behavioral dossiers, monitoring records or other datasets concerning identifiable third parties.

19.11 Technical and Security Logs

Block2Learn may process technical, diagnostic, access, activity, synchronization and security information where reasonably necessary to maintain the Portfolio Hub, investigate incidents, prevent abuse, enforce policies and protect Users and the Platform.

19.12 Legal Acceptance Records

Block2Learn may maintain records documenting acceptance of these Terms and other legal documents, including the document version, Account identifier, date, time and relevant technical information.

19.13 Data Retention

Retention periods may vary depending upon the category of data, purpose of processing, Account status, technical requirements, legal obligations, dispute needs, security considerations and applicable law. The Portfolio Hub does not guarantee indefinite retention of User data.

19.14 Data Deletion

The User may have rights or functionality permitting deletion of certain Portfolio Hub data. Deletion from the Account does not necessarily result in immediate deletion from backups, security records, legal records, external public blockchains or data that must be retained for lawful purposes.

19.15 Account Termination

Termination or deletion of an Account may result in loss of access to Portfolio Hub data. The User should export or preserve information required for independent purposes before requesting deletion, where export functionality is available.

19.16 Backups

Block2Learn may maintain backups for security, continuity, restoration or operational purposes but does not guarantee that every item of User data will be backed up or recoverable.

19.17 Data Portability and Export

Where export functionality is available or legally required, Block2Learn may permit the User to obtain certain data in an available format. Export functionality may not include every category, historical version, technical record or derived Output.

19.18 Third-Party Processing

The Portfolio Hub may rely upon service providers or infrastructure providers for hosting, security, data processing, blockchain access, communications, analytics or other technical functions. Such processing shall be governed by applicable data protection requirements and the Privacy & Cookie Policy.

19.19 International Data Transfers

Where data is processed or accessed across jurisdictions, applicable transfer mechanisms and safeguards shall be addressed through the Privacy & Cookie Policy and relevant legal requirements.

19.20 User Rights

Users may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or other data protection matters, subject to applicable law and lawful limitations. Requests must be submitted through designated Block2Learn channels.

19.21 No Absolute Confidentiality Guarantee

Block2Learn may implement reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute confidentiality or security. The User acknowledges the inherent risks associated with storing personal financial organization data in an online environment.

19.22 Disclosure Required by Law

Block2Learn may preserve or disclose data where required or permitted by applicable law, judicial process, regulatory request, security investigation, fraud prevention need or protection of legal rights.

19.23 Aggregated or Anonymized Information

To the extent permitted by applicable law and consistent with the Privacy & Cookie Policy, Block2Learn may use aggregated or effectively anonymized information for security, analytics, product improvement, service development, educational research and operational purposes.

19.24 Feedback and Product Development

Feedback concerning Portfolio Hub functionality may be used to improve or develop the Service. Feedback should not contain unnecessary Private Portfolio Data or confidential information.

19.25 User Responsibility for Privacy Settings

The User is responsible for controlling Account access, protecting credentials, managing devices and reviewing information before sharing or exporting it.

19.26 No Sale, Advertising Use or AI Training of Private Portfolio Data

Block2Learn does not sell or rent Private Portfolio Data, use it for third-party advertising, create unrelated commercial profiles from it, or use it to train or fine-tune artificial intelligence models. Private Portfolio Data is processed only as reasonably necessary to provide, calculate, display, synchronize, secure, support and lawfully administer the Portfolio Hub, comply with legal obligations, or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Aggregated or effectively anonymized information may be used for security, reliability, analytics and service improvement where it cannot reasonably identify the User.

19.27 The Bullionaire and Official MCP Access

The Bullionaire may receive relevant Portfolio Data as read-only context only when the User requests an authorized portfolio function. An optional official MCP connection may make Portfolio Hub holdings, metrics, goals and educational scenarios available to an external AI client within the scope expressly approved by an eligible User. The external client applies its own terms and privacy practices. Disconnecting or revoking the connection prevents future access through Block2Learn after revocation takes effect but cannot delete copies already received or retained by the client. Neither access path authorizes trading, transfers, portfolio edits or account changes.

20. SECURITY, ACCOUNT PROTECTION AND USER RESPONSIBILITIES

20.1 Reasonable Security Measures

Block2Learn may implement technical, administrative and organizational measures intended to protect the Portfolio Hub, Accounts, infrastructure and data. Such measures may evolve according to risk, technology, operational needs and applicable law.

20.2 No Absolute Security

Block2Learn does not guarantee that the Portfolio Hub will be immune from cyberattacks, unauthorized access, malware, vulnerabilities, data corruption, credential theft, phishing, service disruption, infrastructure failure or other security events.

20.3 Account Credentials

The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of passwords, authentication methods, email accounts, devices and other credentials used to access the Portfolio Hub.

20.4 Personal Account Use

Unless expressly authorized otherwise, an Account is personal and non-transferable. The User shall not share credentials, permit unauthorized use or provide access to Portfolio Hub data to another person through the User’s Account.

20.5 Responsibility for Account Activity

Activity occurring through the User’s Account may be treated as activity performed by the User, subject to applicable law and evidence of unauthorized access. The User must promptly report suspected compromise.

20.6 Device Security

The User is responsible for maintaining secure devices, current software, appropriate malware protection, secure network connections and reasonable operating practices.

20.7 Phishing and Impersonation

The User must independently verify communications requesting credentials or sensitive information. Block2Learn shall never require private keys or seed phrases for the current watch-only functionality.

20.8 Public and Shared Devices

The User should not leave an authenticated Portfolio Hub session open on a public, shared or unsecured device. The User is responsible for logging out and protecting information displayed on screen.

20.9 Unauthorized Access Notification

The User must notify Block2Learn promptly upon becoming aware of unauthorized Account access, suspicious activity, data exposure or misuse of the Portfolio Hub.

20.10 Cooperation with Security Investigations

The User agrees to cooperate reasonably with security, fraud, abuse, account ownership and incident investigations. Block2Learn may request information necessary to verify the User, secure the Account or investigate the event.

20.11 Temporary Restrictions

Block2Learn may temporarily restrict Accounts, Public Address synchronization, exports, data entry or other functionality where reasonably necessary to investigate or contain security risks.

20.12 No Security Testing Without Authorization

The User shall not perform penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, endpoint probing, load testing, code analysis, authentication testing or other security testing without prior written authorization.

20.13 Reporting Security Concerns

Suspected vulnerabilities must be reported privately through designated channels. The User shall not exploit, publicly disclose, sell or use a vulnerability to access data, disrupt the Service or obtain unauthorized benefit.

20.14 No Circumvention

The User shall not disable, bypass, manipulate or interfere with authentication, access controls, usage limits, rate limits, monitoring, logging, anti-abuse systems or other security measures.

20.15 Export Security

The User assumes responsibility for protecting exported files, screenshots, reports and locally stored Portfolio information after they leave the Platform.

20.16 Third-Party Service Security

The Portfolio Hub may rely upon external infrastructure or service providers. Block2Learn does not control every security decision, incident or operational practice of independent third parties.

20.17 Watch-Only Security Limitation

The absence of signing authority prevents the Portfolio Hub from moving funds through the current watch-only model, but it does not prevent unauthorized persons from viewing Portfolio data if the Account or device is compromised.

20.18 User Backup Responsibility

The User should maintain independent records of information that cannot reasonably be replaced. Block2Learn does not guarantee recovery of deleted, corrupted or inaccessible data.

20.19 Security Measures May Affect Availability

Security controls may delay synchronization, restrict access, require verification or temporarily disable functionality. Such measures may be implemented without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

20.20 No Liability for User Security Failures

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Block2Learn shall not be responsible for losses, disclosure, unauthorized access or other consequences caused by the User’s failure to protect credentials, devices, sessions, exported files or sensitive information.

20.21 Continuing Security Obligations

The User’s obligations concerning credentials, prohibited access, data protection, confidentiality and security cooperation shall continue for as long as[Truncated]
