Learning Path Policy
1. INTRODUCTION AND SCOPE
1.1 Purpose of this Policy
This Learning Path Policy governs the structure, operation, administration, participation requirements and educational principles applicable to the Block2Learn Learning Path.
The purpose of this Policy is to establish a clear framework governing how the Learning Path operates within the broader Block2Learn ecosystem and to define the respective rights, responsibilities, expectations and limitations associated with participation in the Learning Path.
The Learning Path has been designed as a structured educational environment intended to assist Users in developing a more organized understanding of capital, markets, investing, risk, opportunity, decision making and related disciplines through progressive educational experiences.
This Policy forms part of the broader Block2Learn legal framework and should be interpreted together with all other applicable legal documents governing the Platform.
Nothing within this Policy shall be interpreted as creating obligations inconsistent with the Terms of Service, the Digital Products Sales Agreement, the Membership & Subscription Policy, the Refund & Withdrawal Policy or other applicable Block2Learn policies.
1.2 Relationship with the Terms of Service
This Policy supplements and forms part of the Terms of Service governing access to and use of the Block2Learn Platform.
Participation in the Learning Path remains subject to compliance with the Terms of Service and all other applicable components of the Block2Learn legal framework.
Where a matter is not specifically governed by this Policy, the applicable provisions of the Terms of Service and other governing documents shall continue to apply.
In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Service, the provisions of this Policy shall govern solely with respect to matters directly relating to the Learning Path, while all remaining provisions of the Terms of Service shall remain fully applicable.
The User acknowledges that participation in the Learning Path constitutes acceptance of both this Policy and the broader Block2Learn legal framework.
1.3 Scope of Application
This Policy applies to all Users who access, participate in, purchase, receive, utilize, interact with or otherwise engage with any component of the Learning Path.
The Policy applies regardless of whether participation occurs through free educational content, paid educational content, Memberships, Subscriptions, Learning Layers, Framework resources, Dashboards, educational tools, future educational systems or any other component incorporated into the Learning Path.
The provisions of this Policy shall apply equally to current Learning Path components and to future Learning Path components that may be introduced by Block2Learn from time to time.
The User acknowledges that the Learning Path may evolve substantially over time while remaining subject to the principles established herein.
1.4 Educational Nature of the Learning Path
The User acknowledges that the Learning Path is an educational program.
The Learning Path has been developed for educational, informational and training purposes and is intended to provide structured learning experiences, educational methodologies, analytical frameworks, conceptual models, decision making frameworks and educational resources.
The Learning Path is not intended to function as an academic institution, university program, vocational certification program, professional licensing program, regulated advisory service, investment advisory service, legal advisory service, accounting service or any other regulated professional service.
Participation in the Learning Path does not create any professional qualification, academic credential, occupational certification, regulatory approval or professional designation.
The User further acknowledges that the value derived from educational participation depends upon numerous factors beyond the reasonable control of Block2Learn, including effort, consistency, engagement, comprehension, prior experience, practical application, discipline and individual circumstances.
1.5 Future Evolution of the Learning Path
The User acknowledges that the Learning Path is intended to evolve over time.
Block2Learn reserves the right to expand, modify, restructure, reorganize, enhance, consolidate, replace or otherwise develop the Learning Path in response to educational objectives, technological developments, market developments, operational considerations, commercial considerations or strategic initiatives.
Future developments may include new educational layers, additional learning modules, expanded Framework components, new educational technologies, interactive learning systems, artificial intelligence assisted educational tools, educational assessments, progress systems, educational resources or other educational features.
Nothing in this Policy shall be interpreted as guaranteeing that the Learning Path will remain permanently identical to its current structure.
The User acknowledges that educational evolution is an intended characteristic of the Learning Path and forms part of the ongoing development of the Block2Learn ecosystem.
2. DEFINITION OF THE LEARNING PATH
2.1 What the Learning Path Is
The Learning Path is a structured educational system developed and administered by Block2Learn for the purpose of providing progressive educational experiences relating to capital, investing, markets, risk, opportunity, decision making, financial reasoning, analytical thinking and related disciplines.
The Learning Path has been designed as an integrated educational architecture intended to assist Users in developing increasingly sophisticated frameworks for understanding complex financial, economic and investment related concepts through a structured sequence of educational materials, learning experiences, practical frameworks, analytical methodologies and educational resources.
The User acknowledges that the Learning Path is not a collection of isolated educational products but rather a coordinated educational environment in which individual components contribute to a broader educational objective.
The Learning Path is intended to provide educational structure rather than isolated information and is designed to promote progressive development of understanding rather than consumption of disconnected content.
Accordingly, participation in the Learning Path should be understood as participation in an educational process rather than the acquisition of a single educational resource.
2.2 Educational Architecture
The Learning Path operates through a structured educational architecture consisting of interconnected educational components that collectively support the educational objectives of the Block2Learn ecosystem.
Such architecture may include educational layers, guides, videos, dashboards, analytical tools, Framework resources, progress systems, educational exercises, assessments, visual resources, interactive systems, educational technologies and other educational mechanisms determined by Block2Learn.
The User acknowledges that individual educational components derive part of their educational value from their relationship with other components within the Learning Path.
Accordingly, the Learning Path is intended to function as an integrated educational framework rather than a collection of unrelated materials.
Block2Learn reserves the right to determine how educational components interact, connect, complement one another and contribute to the broader educational structure of the Learning Path.
2.3 Learning Layers
The Learning Path may consist of multiple educational layers, each designed to address specific educational objectives and areas of development.
Educational layers may focus upon foundational concepts, analytical methodologies, decision making processes, investment frameworks, market analysis, wealth development, trading methodologies, digital assets, portfolio construction, behavioral considerations or other educational subjects determined by Block2Learn.
The User acknowledges that each layer may possess its own educational objectives, educational resources, progression structures, completion criteria and operational characteristics.
The existence of multiple educational layers does not imply that all Users must participate in every available layer.
Block2Learn reserves the right to add, remove, replace, consolidate, divide, reorganize or otherwise modify educational layers as part of the continuing evolution of the Learning Path.
2.4 Learning Progression
The Learning Path is based upon the principle of educational progression.
Educational progression refers to the structured development of knowledge, understanding, analytical capabilities, decision making frameworks and conceptual integration through participation in successive educational experiences.
The User acknowledges that certain educational concepts may build upon concepts introduced earlier within the Learning Path.
Accordingly, the educational architecture may recommend particular learning sequences designed to improve comprehension, retention, contextual understanding and educational effectiveness.
The existence of a recommended progression structure does not guarantee educational outcomes and does not eliminate the User’s responsibility to engage meaningfully with educational materials.
The Learning Path is intended to facilitate structured learning but cannot independently create understanding, competence, judgment or expertise.
2.5 Educational Objectives
The primary objective of the Learning Path is educational development.
The Learning Path has been designed to assist Users in developing more structured approaches to understanding capital allocation, financial decision making, investment analysis, risk evaluation, market interpretation, strategic thinking and related disciplines.
The User acknowledges that the Learning Path is intended to support the development of frameworks for thinking rather than the provision of specific financial instructions, investment recommendations, trading signals, professional advice or guaranteed outcomes.
Educational objectives may include improved analytical reasoning, improved conceptual understanding, improved decision making processes, greater awareness of risk factors, enhanced ability to evaluate opportunities and development of more structured approaches to interpreting financial information.
The achievement of such objectives depends upon numerous variables beyond the reasonable control of Block2Learn.
2.6 Relationship with Other Block2Learn Services
The Learning Path forms part of the broader Block2Learn ecosystem.
The User acknowledges that the Learning Path may interact with other educational services, Memberships, Subscriptions, Dashboards, Framework resources, research publications, market analysis resources, educational technologies, progress systems and future educational offerings developed by Block2Learn.
Such services may complement, support, extend or enhance the educational experience provided through the Learning Path.
However, participation in the Learning Path does not automatically grant access to every service available within the Block2Learn ecosystem unless such access is expressly included within the applicable Membership, Subscription or product purchased by the User.
Block2Learn reserves the right to determine the relationship between the Learning Path and other present or future services within the ecosystem and may modify such relationships as part of the continuing development of its educational platform.
The provisions of this Section shall apply equally to current Learning Path structures and to future educational architectures developed by Block2Learn as the ecosystem evolves.
3. STRUCTURE OF THE LEARNING PATH
3.1 Free Start
The Learning Path may begin with an introductory educational stage referred to as Free Start or such equivalent introductory stage as may be designated by Block2Learn from time to time.
The purpose of Free Start is to provide Users with initial exposure to the educational philosophy, learning methodology, conceptual framework and educational objectives underlying the Block2Learn ecosystem.
The User acknowledges that Free Start is intended primarily as an introductory educational experience and not as a comprehensive representation of the full Learning Path.
Educational materials provided within Free Start may include introductory guides, educational resources, progress systems, orientation materials, Framework introductions, educational videos or other resources selected by Block2Learn.
Block2Learn reserves the right to modify the scope, structure, content and educational objectives of Free Start at any time.
3.2 Foundation
The Foundation layer is intended to provide the core educational principles upon which subsequent learning experiences may be built.
The User acknowledges that Foundation may introduce concepts relating to capital, markets, risk, decision making, analytical reasoning, financial thinking, opportunity evaluation and other foundational subjects considered essential to the broader educational architecture of the Learning Path.
The purpose of Foundation is not merely to transfer information but to establish conceptual structures that may support future educational development.
Accordingly, Foundation may be regarded as a core educational component within the overall Learning Path architecture.
Block2Learn reserves the right to update, expand, reorganize or otherwise develop Foundation as educational objectives evolve.
3.3 Investor Operating System
The Investor Operating System layer is intended to focus upon decision architecture, analytical processes, mental models, operational frameworks and other methodologies designed to assist Users in developing more structured approaches to financial and investment related decision making.
The User acknowledges that the Investor Operating System is intended to function as an educational framework rather than as a source of investment instructions, recommendations or guarantees.
Educational resources within this layer may emphasize methodology, process design, reasoning frameworks, decision structures and analytical discipline.
The existence of such educational resources does not guarantee the quality of future decisions made by any User.
The practical application of educational concepts remains solely the responsibility of the User.
3.4 Trading Layer
The Trading Layer is intended to provide educational resources relating to market participation, market structure, risk management, scenario construction, trade planning, execution methodologies, analytical techniques and related subjects.
The User acknowledges that educational content relating to trading activities is provided solely for educational purposes.
Nothing within the Trading Layer shall be interpreted as financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, personalized recommendations, signals, portfolio management services or guarantees of performance.
Participation in the Trading Layer does not eliminate the risks associated with trading activities and does not guarantee successful outcomes.
The User remains solely responsible for all decisions relating to actual market participation.
3.5 Crypto Layer
The Crypto Layer is intended to provide educational resources relating to digital assets, blockchain ecosystems, cryptocurrency markets, token structures, market dynamics, risk considerations and related educational subjects.
The User acknowledges that digital asset markets may involve substantial uncertainty, volatility, regulatory developments and technological complexity.
Educational materials provided through the Crypto Layer are intended to support understanding of such subjects and are not intended to encourage, discourage or direct investment activity.
Block2Learn does not guarantee the accuracy, future relevance, profitability or long term validity of any particular digital asset, market narrative, technological development or market thesis discussed within the educational materials.
The Crypto Layer remains educational in nature regardless of the subject matter addressed.
3.6 Wealth Strategy Layer
The Wealth Strategy Layer is intended to provide educational resources relating to capital management, personal financial structures, wealth preservation, strategic decision making, long term planning, asset allocation concepts, risk evaluation and related educational disciplines.
The User acknowledges that wealth related decisions depend upon highly individualized circumstances that vary significantly between individuals.
Accordingly, educational materials provided within this layer are intended to develop conceptual understanding rather than provide individualized financial planning, tax planning, legal planning, accounting advice or investment recommendations.
The Wealth Strategy Layer seeks to promote structured thinking regarding long term capital management but cannot guarantee financial outcomes or personal financial improvement.

The User remains solely responsible for all conclusions, interpretations and decisions derived from use of the Investor Framework.
Block2Learn reserves the right to modify, expand, replace or further develop Framework functionality as part of the continuing evolution of the educational ecosystem.
3.8 Future Layers and Educational Modules
The User acknowledges that the current structure of the Learning Path may evolve substantially over time.
Block2Learn reserves the right to introduce additional educational layers, specialized learning tracks, advanced educational modules, educational certifications, interactive educational systems, artificial intelligence assisted learning systems, educational assessments, practical exercises, simulations, educational technologies and other educational resources.
Future educational components may address subjects not currently included within the Learning Path and may significantly expand the scope of the educational ecosystem.
The introduction of new educational components shall not create an obligation to maintain existing structures in their current form.
The User acknowledges that educational evolution forms part of the intended long term development strategy of the Learning Path and that future educational architectures may differ substantially from those existing at the time of initial participation.
4. ACCESS AND PARTICIPATION
4.1 Eligibility
Participation in the Learning Path is available only to Users who satisfy the eligibility requirements established by Block2Learn from time to time.
Eligibility may depend upon registration status, account status, Membership status, Subscription status, purchase status, compliance with applicable policies, payment status, legal requirements, operational requirements or other criteria reasonably determined by Block2Learn.
The User acknowledges that eligibility to access one component of the Learning Path does not automatically establish eligibility to access all components of the Learning Path.
Block2Learn reserves the right to establish different eligibility requirements for different educational layers, educational modules, educational resources or future educational components.
Nothing in this Policy shall be interpreted as guaranteeing universal access to all Learning Path resources.
4.2 Account Requirement
Access to the Learning Path generally requires the creation and maintenance of a valid Block2Learn account.
The User acknowledges that the Learning Path operates through account based access systems designed to provide educational content, progress tracking, educational resources, Membership administration, Dashboard functionality and other educational services.
The User is responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding account credentials.
Access rights associated with the Learning Path are linked to the User’s account and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, sublicensed or otherwise made available to third parties except where expressly authorized by Block2Learn.
Block2Learn reserves the right to require account verification procedures where reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of the Learning Path and the broader educational ecosystem.
4.3 Membership Requirement
Certain components of the Learning Path may require an active Membership, Subscription, product purchase or other authorized access arrangement.
The User acknowledges that access to educational resources may vary depending upon the specific Membership level, Subscription level, purchased educational layer or educational product held by the User.
Block2Learn reserves the right to determine which educational resources are available under particular access arrangements.
Participation in one educational layer does not automatically grant access to all educational layers unless expressly stated by Block2Learn.
Access rights remain subject to the applicable commercial arrangements governing the relevant educational content.
4.4 Access Conditions
Access to the Learning Path is granted subject to continuing compliance with the Block2Learn legal framework.
The User acknowledges that access rights may be subject to technical requirements, operational requirements, security requirements, payment requirements and compliance requirements established by Block2Learn.
The Learning Path may utilize authentication systems, account controls, progress systems, Membership systems, Subscription systems and other operational mechanisms intended to manage educational access.
Block2Learn reserves the right to implement reasonable measures necessary to maintain the security, stability and integrity of educational services.
Failure to satisfy applicable access conditions may result in limitations, restrictions or loss of access.
4.5 Continuing Access
The User acknowledges that continuing access to the Learning Path depends upon the maintenance of eligibility and compliance with applicable requirements.
Access may be affected by Membership expiration, Subscription expiration, payment failures, account restrictions, policy violations, security investigations, legal requirements or other circumstances permitted under the Block2Learn legal framework.
Where educational content is made available through Memberships or Subscriptions, continued access may depend upon the continued existence of the applicable access arrangement.
Nothing within this Policy shall be interpreted as guaranteeing perpetual access except where expressly provided by the applicable product terms.
The scope and duration of access shall be governed by the relevant commercial arrangements applicable to the User.
4.6 Suspension and Restriction of Access
Block2Learn reserves the right to suspend, restrict, limit or otherwise control access to the Learning Path where reasonably necessary to protect the Platform, Users, educational resources, intellectual property, technological systems, commercial operations or legal interests.
Access restrictions may occur in connection with policy violations, account investigations, payment disputes, fraud prevention measures, security concerns, technical issues, legal obligations or other legitimate operational requirements.
The User acknowledges that temporary restrictions may be necessary to maintain the integrity of the educational ecosystem.
Unless prohibited by applicable law, Block2Learn shall not be liable for losses arising from access restrictions implemented in good faith for legitimate operational, legal or security reasons.
The provisions of this Section shall survive suspension, restriction, termination or expiration of access rights to the extent reasonably necessary to protect the Learning Path and the broader Block2Learn ecosystem.
5. EDUCATIONAL PROGRESSION
5.1 Recommended Progression Order
The Learning Path has been designed as a structured educational journey in which educational concepts, analytical frameworks, decision making methodologies and intellectual models may progressively build upon one another.
Accordingly, Block2Learn may recommend that Users complete educational layers, educational modules, educational guides, Framework components and related educational resources in a particular sequence.
The User acknowledges that the recommended progression order has been developed for educational purposes and is intended to promote contextual understanding, conceptual continuity, educational coherence and more effective integration of educational concepts.
The existence of a recommended progression order does not create a legal obligation to follow such sequence.
However, Block2Learn makes no representation that educational outcomes, comprehension levels or educational effectiveness will be equivalent where a User elects to deviate substantially from the recommended educational structure.
The User further acknowledges that certain educational resources may assume familiarity with concepts introduced elsewhere within the Learning Path.
5.2 Sequential Learning Principle
The Learning Path is based upon the principle that educational development frequently occurs through the progressive accumulation and integration of knowledge, reasoning frameworks, analytical methodologies and conceptual understanding.
The User acknowledges that educational content may be intentionally structured so that earlier educational experiences provide context for later educational experiences.
Accordingly, some educational concepts, Framework components, analytical models, terminology, methodologies and decision making processes may rely upon educational foundations established in earlier stages of the Learning Path.
Block2Learn does not guarantee that educational materials consumed outside their intended context will produce equivalent educational value.
The User further acknowledges that educational progression is intended to facilitate understanding but cannot independently create competence, judgment, expertise or mastery.
5.3 Non Mandatory Progression
Although the Learning Path may recommend a particular educational sequence, participation remains voluntary.
The User retains discretion regarding which educational resources to access, which educational layers to complete and the manner in which educational content is consumed.
Nothing within this Policy shall be interpreted as requiring completion of any specific educational layer as a condition for participation in other educational activities unless expressly stated by Block2Learn.
The User acknowledges that educational freedom may result in educational outcomes that differ from those anticipated by the recommended structure.
Block2Learn shall not be responsible for educational consequences arising from a User’s decision to depart from recommended progression pathways.
5.4 Independent Learning Decisions
The User acknowledges that participation in the Learning Path requires active personal engagement and independent educational decision making.
Educational materials provided through the Learning Path are intended to support the development of structured thinking rather than passive consumption of information.
The User remains solely responsible for determining how educational concepts are interpreted, evaluated, integrated and applied.
Block2Learn does not supervise individual learning behavior, study habits, educational discipline, implementation practices, note taking methodologies, revision practices or educational engagement levels.
Accordingly, the effectiveness of participation depends substantially upon factors that remain under the control of the User.
5.5 Learning Responsibility
The User acknowledges that educational progress cannot be guaranteed.
The Learning Path provides educational resources, educational structures, Frameworks, methodologies and learning opportunities, but the responsibility for learning remains with the User.
Educational development may be influenced by prior knowledge, intellectual effort, consistency, practical application, critical thinking, personal circumstances, educational background, available time and numerous other variables beyond the reasonable control of Block2Learn.
The User further acknowledges that access to educational materials does not guarantee understanding, retention, implementation, competence, expertise or successful application.
Block2Learn provides educational opportunities rather than guaranteed educational outcomes.
5.6 Completion of Educational Content
Completion of educational content within the Learning Path indicates only that a User has accessed, reviewed, marked, tracked or otherwise completed educational resources according to the operational criteria established by Block2Learn.
The User acknowledges that completion status does not necessarily demonstrate comprehension, mastery, expertise, competence, professional qualification or successful implementation of educational concepts.
Educational completion indicators are intended primarily as organizational and motivational tools designed to assist Users in navigating educational content.
Accordingly, completion of an educational layer, educational guide, educational module, educational track or the Learning Path as a whole shall not be interpreted as evidence of professional competence, academic achievement, investment capability, trading capability or financial expertise.
The User further acknowledges that educational completion does not constitute certification, accreditation, licensing, qualification or endorsement by Block2Learn or any third party institution.
6. LEARNING PROGRESS DASHBOARD
6.1 Purpose of the Dashboard
The Learning Progress Dashboard is an educational support tool developed by Block2Learn to assist Users in monitoring, organizing and managing their participation within the Learning Path.
The Dashboard is intended to provide a centralized environment through which Users may view educational progress, track participation, monitor educational milestones, review completed resources, identify remaining educational activities and engage with the broader educational structure of the Learning Path.
The User acknowledges that the Dashboard is intended primarily as an organizational and educational assistance mechanism.
The Dashboard does not constitute an assessment system, examination system, accreditation system, certification authority, professional evaluation service or academic institution.
Its primary purpose is to facilitate educational navigation and support continued engagement with educational resources.
6.2 Progress Tracking Features
The Dashboard may include progress tracking functionality designed to record, display and organize educational activity occurring within the Learning Path.
Such functionality may include completed resources, completed guides, completed modules, educational milestones, educational achievements, participation indicators, learning statistics, educational summaries, progress visualizations, educational pathways and other educational tracking mechanisms determined by Block2Learn.
The User acknowledges that progress tracking systems are intended to support educational engagement and provide informational insight into participation activity.
Progress tracking should not be interpreted as a measurement of intelligence, competence, expertise, educational achievement, professional capability or mastery of educational concepts.
Block2Learn reserves the right to modify progress tracking methodologies as educational systems evolve.
6.3 Completion Indicators
The Dashboard may display completion indicators reflecting participation within educational resources, educational modules, educational guides, educational layers or other components of the Learning Path.
The User acknowledges that completion indicators are based upon operational criteria established by Block2Learn and may rely upon interactions such as content access, content review, educational activity tracking, manual completion actions or other participation mechanisms.
Completion indicators are intended solely to assist Users in understanding their educational journey.
Accordingly, completion indicators should not be interpreted as evidence of educational mastery, intellectual proficiency, analytical competence, professional readiness or successful implementation of educational concepts.
The existence of a completion indicator merely reflects satisfaction of the applicable operational criteria established within the educational system.
6.4 Educational Statistics
The Dashboard may provide educational statistics relating to participation within the Learning Path.
Such statistics may include progress percentages, completed resources, completed layers, educational milestones, participation metrics, learning activity summaries, educational achievements and similar informational data.
The User acknowledges that educational statistics are intended to provide informational feedback and motivational support.
Educational statistics do not constitute academic evaluations, performance ratings, professional assessments, competency scores or measures of expertise.
The educational value of participation cannot reasonably be reduced to numerical statistics alone.
Accordingly, educational statistics should be interpreted as informational indicators rather than definitive measurements of educational achievement.
6.5 Progress Data Accuracy
Block2Learn shall make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate educational tracking systems.
However, the User acknowledges that progress tracking systems may occasionally be affected by technical limitations, synchronization delays, software updates, account changes, system modifications, connectivity issues, user actions or other circumstances affecting educational records.
Accordingly, Block2Learn does not guarantee that Dashboard information will always be perfectly complete, current or error free.
Minor discrepancies in educational tracking data shall not constitute non delivery of educational services, loss of educational rights or grounds for refunds, compensation or damages.
Where appropriate, Block2Learn may correct educational records, update progress data or modify tracking information to maintain the integrity of the educational system.
6.6 Informational Nature of Progress Tracking
The User acknowledges that all progress tracking information displayed through the Dashboard is informational in nature.
Progress indicators, completion percentages, educational statistics, milestone records, participation summaries and similar data are intended solely to assist Users in navigating the Learning Path.
Such information should not be interpreted as proof of educational competence, proof of educational achievement, proof of expertise, proof of qualification or proof of professional capability.
The Dashboard is designed to support educational organization rather than educational certification.
Accordingly, participation data displayed within the Dashboard shall not be interpreted as creating academic, professional, regulatory or occupational rights.
6.7 Educational Records and Historical Data
The User acknowledges that educational records maintained through the Dashboard may evolve over time as educational systems are updated, expanded, modified or improved.

Such modifications are intended to improve educational functionality and shall not be interpreted as altering the educational nature of the Learning Path or creating new rights for Users.
6.8 Dashboard Evolution and Future Features
The User acknowledges that the Learning Progress Dashboard is intended to evolve as part of the continuing development of the Block2Learn ecosystem.
Future versions of the Dashboard may include additional educational tools, educational analytics, progress systems, achievement systems, educational recommendations, artificial intelligence assisted learning features, educational planning tools, interactive educational components and other educational technologies.
Block2Learn reserves the right to introduce, modify, replace, remove or reorganize Dashboard functionality as educational objectives and technological capabilities evolve.
The existence of a current Dashboard feature shall not create an obligation to maintain that feature indefinitely.
The Dashboard remains an educational support system whose functionality may continue to develop over time in accordance with the broader educational goals of the Learning Path.
7. MEDALS, COMPLETION STATUS AND RECOGNITION
7.1 Educational Achievement System
The Learning Path may incorporate an educational achievement system designed to recognize participation, educational progression, completion of educational milestones and engagement with educational resources.
Such achievement systems may include medals, badges, progress indicators, completion markers, educational distinctions, recognition systems or other symbolic educational acknowledgements determined by Block2Learn.
The User acknowledges that educational achievement systems are intended to encourage engagement, provide organizational structure and support participation within the Learning Path.
Educational achievement systems are motivational and informational tools and should not be interpreted as academic credentials, professional qualifications, regulatory approvals, occupational certifications or evidence of expertise.
Block2Learn reserves the right to modify achievement systems as the Learning Path evolves.
7.2 Learning Medals
The Learning Path may utilize medals as symbolic representations of educational participation and educational progression.
Medals may be associated with educational layers, educational milestones, educational achievements, educational completion events or other participation criteria established by Block2Learn.
The User acknowledges that medals are intended solely as internal educational recognition mechanisms within the Block2Learn ecosystem.
The issuance of a medal indicates only that the applicable participation criteria established by Block2Learn have been satisfied.
A medal does not represent independent verification of competence, mastery, expertise, judgment, professional capability, investment capability, trading capability or educational excellence.
Accordingly, medals should be understood as symbolic educational acknowledgements rather than professional credentials.
7.3 Progress Milestones
The Learning Path may include educational milestones intended to assist Users in understanding their educational progression through the educational architecture.
Educational milestones may correspond to completed guides, completed modules, completed layers, Framework milestones, Dashboard achievements, participation benchmarks or other educational events determined by Block2Learn.
The User acknowledges that educational milestones are intended to support educational organization and provide visibility into participation within the Learning Path.
Educational milestones do not establish academic standing, professional standing, regulatory standing or occupational status.
The achievement of an educational milestone indicates only that the applicable participation criteria have been satisfied within the Block2Learn educational environment.
7.4 Completion Status
The Learning Path may display completion status information relating to educational resources, educational modules, educational layers or the Learning Path as a whole.
The User acknowledges that completion status reflects educational participation according to operational criteria established by Block2Learn.
Completion status does not constitute evidence that a User has mastered educational concepts, achieved professional competence, developed investment expertise, developed trading expertise, acquired professional qualifications or achieved any particular educational objective.
The educational significance of completion status is limited to participation within the Learning Path.
Accordingly, completion status should not be interpreted as a guarantee of capability, understanding, judgment, implementation quality or future performance.
7.5 Participation Recognition Only
The User acknowledges that any recognition provided through the Learning Path is intended solely to acknowledge participation within the educational ecosystem.
Such recognition may indicate completion of educational activities, participation in educational experiences, engagement with educational resources or satisfaction of educational progression criteria.
Participation recognition is not intended to certify knowledge, verify competence, validate professional skills or confirm educational mastery.
The Learning Path recognizes educational participation rather than professional qualification.
Accordingly, any recognition granted by Block2Learn should be interpreted exclusively within the context of participation in the Learning Path.
7.6 No Professional Certification
The User expressly acknowledges that the Learning Path does not provide professional certification.
Completion of educational resources, completion of educational layers, completion of the Learning Path, achievement of educational milestones, receipt of medals, receipt of badges or participation in educational activities shall not result in the issuance of professional certifications unless expressly stated otherwise by Block2Learn in a separate written program.
Nothing within the Learning Path shall be interpreted as authorizing a User to represent themselves as professionally certified by Block2Learn.
The User further acknowledges that educational participation does not establish professional competence and should not be represented to third parties as evidence of professional qualification.
7.7 No Academic Accreditation
The Learning Path is not accredited by any academic institution unless expressly stated otherwise by Block2Learn.
The User acknowledges that participation in the Learning Path does not result in academic credits, academic qualifications, academic degrees, university recognition, college recognition, educational accreditation or equivalent academic status.
Completion of educational activities shall not be interpreted as satisfying requirements established by universities, colleges, schools, educational authorities or academic accreditation bodies.
The Learning Path is intended as an independent educational environment and not as an accredited academic program.
7.8 No Regulatory Recognition
The User acknowledges that participation in the Learning Path does not create regulatory recognition, regulatory approval, regulatory licensing or regulatory authorization.
Nothing within the Learning Path should be interpreted as satisfying licensing requirements, registration requirements, professional authorization requirements or other regulatory requirements applicable to regulated professions, regulated activities or regulated industries.
Educational participation remains distinct from regulatory qualification.
The User remains solely responsible for complying with any regulatory requirements applicable to their activities.
7.9 No Employment Qualification
The User acknowledges that completion of the Learning Path does not create employment qualifications, hiring qualifications, occupational credentials or professional eligibility recognized by employers.
Block2Learn makes no representation that participation in the Learning Path will improve employment prospects, guarantee employment opportunities, qualify a User for employment or satisfy employment requirements established by third parties.
Any educational benefits derived from participation remain educational in nature and do not constitute formal occupational qualifications.
The User further acknowledges that employers, institutions and third parties remain solely responsible for evaluating qualifications according to their own standards.
7.10 Future Recognition Systems
Block2Learn reserves the right to introduce additional recognition systems, educational achievement systems, educational distinctions, educational acknowledgements, participation records, educational certificates of participation, educational transcripts, educational summaries or similar educational tools in the future.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, any future recognition system shall remain educational in nature and shall not be interpreted as creating academic accreditation, professional certification, regulatory authorization or occupational qualification.
The introduction of future recognition systems shall not alter the educational character of the Learning Path unless expressly provided through separate written terms issued by Block2Learn.
The provisions of this Section shall survive completion of the Learning Path, termination of access, expiration of Memberships, expiration of Subscriptions and discontinuation of educational participation.
8. EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS AND RESOURCES
8.1 Guides
The Learning Path may include educational guides designed to present educational concepts, analytical methodologies, decision making frameworks, structured learning experiences and related educational content.
Guides may be delivered in written form, digital form, interactive form or through other educational formats determined by Block2Learn.
The User acknowledges that guides are educational resources intended to facilitate learning and conceptual development.
The existence of a guide does not imply that the guide is exhaustive, permanently complete, permanently current or universally applicable to every circumstance.
Block2Learn reserves the right to revise, expand, update, consolidate, reorganize, replace or retire guides as educational objectives evolve.
The User further acknowledges that educational guides represent educational resources rather than professional advice, regulated services or guaranteed methodologies.
8.2 Videos
The Learning Path may incorporate educational video content intended to complement, reinforce or expand upon educational concepts presented elsewhere within the educational ecosystem.
Educational videos may include instructional content, conceptual discussions, Framework explanations, demonstrations, visual learning resources, educational presentations, interviews, analyses or other educational formats determined by Block2Learn.
The User acknowledges that educational videos are provided solely for educational purposes.
The educational value of video content depends upon the User’s interpretation, engagement, comprehension and application of the material.
Block2Learn does not guarantee that educational videos alone will produce understanding, competence, expertise or successful implementation of educational concepts.
Video content remains subject to modification, replacement, expansion, updating or removal as part of the continuing development of the Learning Path.
8.3 Dashboards
The Learning Path may include educational dashboards designed to assist Users in organizing, visualizing, monitoring and interacting with educational information.
Dashboards may provide progress tracking, educational summaries, Framework functionality, educational records, participation metrics, organizational tools or other educational features.
The User acknowledges that dashboards function as educational support systems and not as decision making systems, advisory systems, portfolio management systems, investment systems or professional services.
Dashboard functionality is intended to facilitate educational engagement and should not be interpreted as providing recommendations, conclusions, predictions or professional guidance.
Block2Learn reserves the right to modify Dashboard functionality as educational technologies and educational objectives evolve.
8.4 Framework Resources
The Learning Path may include Framework resources designed to assist Users in organizing thought processes, analytical methodologies, decision structures, research processes, risk evaluation procedures and related educational activities.
The User acknowledges that Framework resources are educational tools intended to support structured thinking.
Framework resources do not make decisions on behalf of Users and do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, effectiveness or success of decisions made by Users.
The educational purpose of Framework resources is to provide structure rather than conclusions.
Accordingly, responsibility for interpretation, judgment and implementation remains exclusively with the User.
The existence of Framework resources does not alter the educational nature of the Learning Path.
8.5 Educational Tools
The Learning Path may include various educational tools intended to support learning activities.
Such tools may include calculators, visualizations, simulations, worksheets, exercises, templates, planning systems, educational prompts, analytical systems, interactive components or other educational mechanisms developed by Block2Learn.
The User acknowledges that educational tools are designed to facilitate learning and educational engagement rather than provide professional services or professional advice.
Educational tools may simplify, illustrate or organize concepts but cannot eliminate uncertainty, risk, complexity or the need for independent judgment.
Block2Learn reserves the right to determine the functionality, availability and scope of educational tools made available within the Learning Path.
8.6 Future Educational Resources
The User acknowledges that the educational resources currently available within the Learning Path may represent only a portion of the educational ecosystem that may exist in the future.
Block2Learn reserves the right to introduce additional educational resources including advanced guides, specialized educational modules, research libraries, educational databases, interactive educational systems, simulations, educational communities, workshops, live educational sessions, artificial intelligence assisted learning systems, adaptive learning technologies and other educational innovations.
Future educational resources may differ substantially from current educational resources in both form and functionality.
The introduction of future educational resources shall not create an obligation to maintain existing resources in their current form.
Educational innovation forms part of the intended long term development of the Learning Path.
8.7 Resource Availability
The User acknowledges that educational resources may be subject to maintenance, updates, revisions, technological limitations, platform development, content improvements, legal requirements, licensing considerations or operational requirements.
Accordingly, Block2Learn does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every educational resource at all times.
Temporary interruptions, updates, migrations, redesigns, replacements or modifications of educational resources shall not constitute non delivery of educational services where Block2Learn continues to provide substantially equivalent educational functionality.
Block2Learn reserves the right to determine how educational resources are maintained, organized and delivered within the educational ecosystem.
8.8 Educational Nature of All Resources
Regardless of format, delivery method, presentation style, technological implementation or future development, all resources provided through the Learning Path shall be considered educational resources unless expressly stated otherwise by Block2Learn.
The User acknowledges that guides, videos, dashboards, Framework resources, educational tools, artificial intelligence systems, simulations, educational exercises, progress systems and all other Learning Path resources are intended to support education and structured learning.
Nothing within the Learning Path should be interpreted as creating advisory relationships, fiduciary relationships, professional service relationships, investment management relationships or regulated service relationships.
The educational character of the Learning Path shall apply equally to current resources and to future resources introduced as part of the continuing evolution of the Block2Learn ecosystem.
9. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
9.1 Personal Study Responsibility
The User acknowledges that participation in the Learning Path requires personal responsibility, active engagement, independent study and consistent educational effort.
Block2Learn may provide educational structure, learning resources, guides, videos, Dashboards, Framework resources, educational tools and progression systems, but the actual process of learning remains dependent upon the User’s conduct.
The User is responsible for allocating time, reviewing educational materials, reflecting upon concepts, revisiting difficult topics, maintaining discipline, applying critical thinking and engaging with the Learning Path in a manner consistent with the User’s own educational objectives.
The User acknowledges that access to educational resources alone cannot guarantee learning.
Educational development requires individual participation, effort, interpretation and repetition.
Block2Learn shall not be responsible where the User fails to engage meaningfully with the Learning Path, fails to study consistently, fails to complete educational materials, fails to revisit complex concepts or fails to apply sufficient effort to the educational process.
9.2 Independent Application of Knowledge
The User acknowledges that all knowledge, frameworks, methodologies, analytical structures, educational concepts and decision making models presented through the Learning Path must be evaluated and applied independently by the User.
Block2Learn does not supervise how the User applies educational concepts outside the Platform.
The User remains solely responsible for determining whether, how, when and to what extent educational concepts are used in personal, professional, business, financial, investment or other decision making contexts.
The User further acknowledges that educational concepts may require adaptation to individual circumstances and that no educational resource can account for every personal situation, market condition, financial condition, legal condition, tax condition, business condition or risk profile.
Accordingly, the User must exercise independent judgment and, where appropriate, seek qualified professional advice before making decisions that may have financial, legal, tax, professional or personal consequences.
9.3 No Guaranteed Results
The User acknowledges that the Learning Path does not guarantee educational results, professional results, financial results, investment results, trading results, business results, personal transformation or any other specific outcome.
Educational outcomes may vary substantially among Users.
Such variation may depend upon prior knowledge, experience, attention, discipline, available time, consistency, comprehension, emotional control, practical application, external circumstances and other factors beyond the reasonable control of Block2Learn.
The User further acknowledges that even diligent participation in the Learning Path does not guarantee mastery, competence, profitability, improved decision making or successful application in real world contexts.
Block2Learn provides educational opportunity, structure and resources, but does not guarantee the result produced by the User’s engagement with such resources.
9.4 Educational Use Only
The User agrees to use the Learning Path solely for lawful educational and informational purposes.
The Learning Path is intended to support learning, structured thinking, analytical development and educational progression.
The User shall not use the Learning Path, its materials, Framework resources, Dashboards, guides, videos, systems or educational tools for unlawful purposes, unauthorized commercial purposes, misleading representations, unauthorized advisory activity, redistribution, resale, sublicensing, content extraction, competitive copying or any purpose inconsistent with the Block2Learn legal framework.
The User acknowledges that access to the Learning Path is granted as a limited educational access right and not as permission to commercially exploit the Learning Path or represent Block2Learn materials as the User’s own educational system.
Any use inconsistent with the educational purpose of the Learning Path may result in suspension, restriction, termination or other enforcement measures permitted under the applicable legal documents.
9.5 Compliance with Platform Policies
Participation in the Learning Path remains subject to compliance with all applicable Block2Learn policies.
Such policies may include the Terms of Service, the Digital Products Sales Agreement, the Refund & Withdrawal Policy, the Membership & Subscription Policy, the Account & Acceptable Use Policy, the Intellectual Property Policy, the Financial Disclaimer, the Privacy Policy, promotional rules and any other applicable documents forming part of the Block2Learn legal framework.
The User acknowledges that violation of any applicable policy may affect access to the Learning Path.
Such violations may include unauthorized account sharing, unauthorized redistribution of educational materials, attempted copying of proprietary methodologies, misuse of Dashboards, scraping, automated extraction, abuse of Platform systems, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, fraud, security violations or other conduct inconsistent with the legal framework.
Block2Learn reserves the right to take reasonable enforcement action where necessary to protect the Learning Path, its intellectual property, its educational systems, other Users and the broader Platform.
9.6 Responsibility for Technical Access
The User is responsible for maintaining the technical means reasonably necessary to access the Learning Path.
Such means may include a compatible device, stable internet connection, current browser, functioning email address, active account credentials, appropriate security settings and the ability to access the account environment through which the Learning Path is delivered.
The User acknowledges that inability to access the Learning Path due to personal technical limitations, forgotten credentials, lost email access, outdated software, device issues, browser restrictions, internet connectivity problems, local security settings or failure to follow access instructions shall not automatically constitute non delivery by Block2Learn.
Where technical assistance is required, the User is responsible for contacting Block2Learn through the designated support channels and cooperating with reasonable verification and troubleshooting procedures.
Block2Learn shall not be responsible for access difficulties caused by factors outside its reasonable control.
9.7 Responsibility for Account Security
The User is responsible for protecting the account through which the Learning Path is accessed.
This responsibility includes safeguarding passwords, maintaining control of associated email addresses, preventing unauthorized access, avoiding credential sharing, monitoring account activity and promptly notifying Block2Learn of suspected unauthorized use.
The User acknowledges that Learning Path access is personal and account based.
Unauthorized sharing of account credentials may compromise intellectual property, progress records, Membership status, access rights and Platform security.
Block2Learn reserves the right to suspend or restrict access where account security concerns arise.
The User further acknowledges that Block2Learn may require verification procedures before restoring access where account ownership, account integrity or access legitimacy is reasonably questioned.
9.8 Responsibility for Interpretation
The User acknowledges that educational materials within the Learning Path may discuss complex subjects involving markets, capital, risk, decision making, investing, trading, digital assets, macroeconomics, business and financial systems.
Such subjects may be uncertain, evolving, interpretative and context dependent.
The User remains solely responsible for interpreting educational materials responsibly and avoiding unreasonable, excessive, literal, isolated or out of context reliance upon any individual statement, example, model, framework, chart, scenario or educational explanation.
The User further acknowledges that educational frameworks are intended to support structured thinking rather than replace judgment.
Block2Learn shall not be responsible for consequences arising from the User’s misinterpretation, overextension, selective use or improper application of educational content.
9.9 Responsibility for Real World Decisions
The User acknowledges that any real world decision made after participation in the Learning Path remains solely the responsibility of the User.
Such decisions may include financial decisions, investment decisions, trading decisions, business decisions, career decisions, tax decisions, legal decisions, strategic decisions, personal decisions or any other action influenced by educational materials.
The Learning Path does not make decisions for the User.
The User remains solely responsible for evaluating risks, obtaining professional advice where appropriate, considering personal circumstances and determining whether any action is suitable.
Block2Learn shall not be liable for decisions, losses, missed opportunities, financial consequences, professional consequences, business consequences or personal consequences arising from how the User chooses to apply educational concepts outside the Platform.
9.10 Continuing Responsibility
The User acknowledges that responsibility for learning, interpretation, application, account security, technical access and compliance continues throughout the entire period of participation in the Learning Path.
Such responsibility does not end upon completion of a guide, completion of a layer, receipt of a medal, display of completion status or access to a Dashboard.
The User remains responsible for maintaining appropriate conduct, respecting intellectual property, complying with Platform policies and applying educational materials responsibly even after completing portions of the Learning Path.
The provisions of this Section shall survive completion of educational content, expiration of access, suspension of access, termination of access and termination of the contractual relationship between the User and Block2Learn.
10. MODIFICATIONS AND UPDATES
10.1 Evolution of Educational Content
The User acknowledges that the Learning Path is intended to function as a living educational system rather than a static collection of educational materials.
Financial markets, economic environments, technological systems, regulatory frameworks, digital assets, investment methodologies, educational technologies and decision making frameworks evolve continuously over time.
Accordingly, Block2Learn reserves the right to revise, expand, update, reorganize, replace, consolidate or otherwise modify educational content where such modifications are reasonably considered beneficial to the educational objectives of the Learning Path.
The User acknowledges that educational evolution is an intended characteristic of the Learning Path and forms part of the ongoing commitment to maintaining educational relevance within a changing environment.
Nothing within this Policy shall be interpreted as guaranteeing that educational materials will remain permanently identical to the versions available at the time of purchase or access.
10.2 Updates to Learning Materials
Block2Learn may update guides, videos, Framework resources, Dashboards, educational tools, educational exercises, visual resources, educational methodologies, educational examples, case studies and other Learning Path materials from time to time.
Such updates may be implemented to improve clarity, improve educational effectiveness, correct inaccuracies, reflect new developments, incorporate additional educational insights or enhance the overall educational experience.
The User acknowledges that educational updates are intended to improve the quality and relevance of the Learning Path.
Block2Learn shall not be obligated to maintain legacy versions of educational materials following the release of updated versions.
The User further acknowledges that educational updates may alter, replace or supersede earlier educational content.
10.3 Structural Changes
Block2Learn reserves the right to modify the structure of the Learning Path.
Such modifications may include changes to educational layers, educational tracks, educational sequences, educational pathways, progress systems, Dashboard structures, Framework structures, educational categories, educational groupings and related organizational elements.
The User acknowledges that structural changes may occur as educational methodologies evolve and as Block2Learn develops new approaches to delivering educational experiences.
The implementation of structural changes shall not constitute non delivery of educational services provided that substantially equivalent educational value continues to be made available.
Educational structures may therefore differ significantly over time without altering the fundamental educational purpose of the Learning Path.
10.4 Addition of New Modules
The User acknowledges that Block2Learn may introduce new educational modules, educational layers, educational tracks, specialized educational pathways, advanced educational resources, supplementary educational materials or additional educational experiences.
Such additions may address subjects that are not currently included within the Learning Path and may expand the educational scope of the ecosystem.
The introduction of new educational content shall not create entitlement to access such content unless access is expressly included within the User’s applicable Membership, Subscription, purchase arrangement or access rights.
Block2Learn reserves the right to determine the eligibility requirements, pricing structures, access conditions and educational positioning applicable to newly introduced educational resources.
The existence of future educational resources shall not diminish the educational value of previously delivered educational materials.
10.5 Retirement of Educational Content
The User acknowledges that certain educational resources may eventually become outdated, redundant, technologically incompatible, educationally obsolete or otherwise unsuitable for continued inclusion within the Learning Path.
Accordingly, Block2Learn reserves the right to retire, discontinue, archive, consolidate, replace or remove educational content where reasonably necessary to maintain the integrity, relevance and effectiveness of the educational ecosystem.
Retirement of educational content may occur due to technological developments, educational improvements, strategic considerations, legal requirements, operational considerations, market developments or other legitimate reasons.
The retirement of specific educational resources shall not create entitlement to refunds, compensation, damages or continued access to such resources where substantially equivalent educational value remains available within the Learning Path.
The User further acknowledges that educational evolution may require the replacement of older materials with newer educational approaches.
10.6 Educational Improvements
Block2Learn reserves the right to implement improvements across all aspects of the Learning Path.
Such improvements may include enhanced educational methodologies, improved educational design, improved user experience, expanded educational resources, improved Framework functionality, improved Dashboard functionality, improved educational technologies, artificial intelligence assisted learning features, enhanced progress systems, improved educational analytics and other developments intended to support educational effectiveness.
The User acknowledges that educational improvement is an ongoing process and that future versions of the Learning Path may differ substantially from earlier versions.
Block2Learn shall retain sole discretion regarding the nature, timing, scope and implementation of educational improvements.
Nothing within this Policy shall require Block2Learn to preserve historical educational structures where educational improvements are reasonably considered beneficial to the long term development of the Learning Path.
10.7 No Right to Static Content
The User expressly acknowledges that participation in the Learning Path does not create a right to a permanently static educational environment.
The Learning Path has been designed as a continuously evolving educational ecosystem.
Accordingly, educational content, educational structures, Framework resources, Dashboards, progress systems, recognition systems, educational technologies and related educational components may change over time.
The User agrees that reasonable modifications, updates, improvements, reorganizations and educational developments are consistent with the nature of the Learning Path.
Nothing within this Policy shall be interpreted as creating an obligation requiring Block2Learn to freeze, preserve or indefinitely maintain any specific educational version, educational structure, educational methodology or educational resource.
10.8 Future Educational Vision
The User acknowledges that the long term vision of the Learning Path may extend beyond its current structure.
Block2Learn may develop additional educational ecosystems, educational technologies, educational communities, educational tools, artificial intelligence assisted learning systems, advanced Framework components, simulations, assessments, specialized learning tracks, educational recognition systems and other educational innovations.
Such developments may significantly expand the educational capabilities of the Learning Path beyond those existing at the time of participation.
The User acknowledges that participation in the Learning Path occurs within an educational ecosystem that is expected to evolve over many years.
The provisions of this Section shall survive updates, modifications, restructurings, expansions, consolidations, replacements and future developments affecting the Learning Path and the broader Block2Learn ecosystem.
11. LIMITATIONS OF THE LEARNING PATH
11.1 No Financial Advice
The User acknowledges that the Learning Path is an educational program and not a financial advisory service.
Nothing contained within the Learning Path, including guides, videos, Dashboards, Framework resources, educational tools, examples, illustrations, discussions, research materials, analytical content or educational methodologies, shall be interpreted as financial advice.
The Learning Path is intended to assist Users in developing structured approaches to understanding financial concepts and decision making processes.

The User acknowledges that the Learning Path does not provide investment recommendations.
References to markets, assets, securities, digital assets, cryptocurrencies, commodities, investment strategies, allocation methodologies, macroeconomic developments, market structures, historical examples, hypothetical scenarios or analytical frameworks are provided solely for educational purposes.
Nothing within the Learning Path should be interpreted as a recommendation to purchase, sell, hold, avoid or otherwise transact in any asset, security, financial instrument, cryptocurrency, investment vehicle or investment strategy.
The User remains solely responsible for conducting independent research, evaluating risks and determining whether any investment activity is appropriate for their individual circumstances.
Block2Learn does not guarantee the future performance of any asset, market, sector, investment strategy or investment thesis discussed within educational materials.
11.3 No Trading Advice
The User acknowledges that educational discussions relating to trading activities are intended solely to explain concepts, methodologies, risk management frameworks, market structures, analytical techniques and decision making processes.
Nothing within the Learning Path shall be interpreted as trading advice, trading signals, trade recommendations, execution instructions, portfolio management services or market timing guidance.
Examples, illustrations, scenarios, charts, analytical discussions and educational demonstrations are provided exclusively for educational purposes.
The User remains solely responsible for evaluating market conditions, assessing risks, determining position sizes, managing capital and making all trading related decisions.
Participation in the Learning Path does not reduce the risks associated with trading activities and does not guarantee profitable outcomes.
11.4 No Professional Advice
The User acknowledges that the Learning Path does not provide legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, regulatory advice, business consulting services, professional consulting services or other regulated professional services.
Educational materials may discuss topics that overlap with professional disciplines.
However, such discussions are intended solely to support educational understanding and should not be relied upon as substitutes for advice provided by qualified professionals familiar with the User’s specific circumstances.
The User acknowledges that many decisions involving financial, legal, tax, regulatory, business or professional consequences require individualized analysis that cannot reasonably be provided through a general educational program.
Where professional guidance is required, the User remains responsible for consulting appropriately qualified professionals.
11.5 No Guaranteed Competence
The User acknowledges that completion of educational materials does not guarantee competence.
Participation in educational activities, completion of guides, completion of layers, achievement of educational milestones, receipt of medals, use of Framework resources, access to Dashboards or completion of the Learning Path as a whole does not establish expertise, mastery, professional capability, analytical competence or decision making proficiency.
Educational development depends upon numerous variables beyond the reasonable control of Block2Learn.
The User further acknowledges that competence is developed through a combination of learning, experience, application, repetition, reflection and continuous improvement.
The Learning Path may support such development but cannot guarantee its achievement.
11.6 No Guaranteed Outcomes
The User acknowledges that the Learning Path does not guarantee outcomes of any kind.
Such outcomes may include educational outcomes, professional outcomes, business outcomes, investment outcomes, trading outcomes, personal outcomes, strategic outcomes, decision making outcomes or any other measurable result.
Educational resources may improve understanding, provide structure, introduce frameworks and facilitate learning.
However, the application of educational concepts occurs in complex real world environments influenced by uncertainty, risk, changing conditions, external variables and individual circumstances.
Block2Learn therefore makes no representation that participation in the Learning Path will produce specific outcomes or measurable improvements.
11.7 No Guaranteed Financial Results
The User expressly acknowledges that the Learning Path does not guarantee financial success.
Participation in the Learning Path does not guarantee profitability, wealth creation, investment returns, trading profits, preservation of capital, income generation, financial independence, portfolio growth or achievement of financial objectives.
Markets are inherently uncertain and financial outcomes are influenced by numerous factors beyond the reasonable control of Block2Learn.
The User remains solely responsible for all financial decisions and assumes all risks associated with those decisions.
Block2Learn shall not be liable for financial losses, missed opportunities, unrealized gains, adverse market outcomes, investment losses, trading losses or other financial consequences arising from decisions made by the User.
11.8 Educational Purpose Prevails
The User acknowledges that the educational purpose of the Learning Path prevails over all other interpretations.
Regardless of subject matter, presentation format, technology used, Framework functionality, Dashboard functionality, educational tools, artificial intelligence systems, simulations, examples or educational methodologies, the Learning Path remains an educational environment.
Nothing within the Learning Path shall be interpreted as creating advisory relationships, fiduciary relationships, professional service relationships, agency relationships, investment management relationships or other regulated relationships.
The User further acknowledges that all participation occurs within the context of an educational program intended to support learning and structured thinking.
The provisions of this Section shall survive completion of the Learning Path, termination of access, expiration of Memberships, expiration of Subscriptions and termination of the relationship between the User and Block2Learn.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE LEARNING PATH
12.1 Protected Educational Content
The User acknowledges that the Learning Path contains proprietary educational content developed, licensed, acquired, commissioned, organized, structured or otherwise made available by Block2Learn.
Such content may include guides, educational texts, videos, Framework resources, Dashboards, methodologies, educational systems, learning architectures, educational pathways, visual materials, diagrams, graphics, illustrations, exercises, templates, worksheets, progress systems, educational technologies, artificial intelligence assisted educational features, educational databases and all related educational resources.
The User further acknowledges that intellectual property protection extends not only to individual educational materials but also to the overall structure, organization, sequence, methodology, educational architecture and conceptual framework of the Learning Path.
The Learning Path represents a substantial investment of educational development, intellectual effort, research, design, organization and creative work.
Accordingly, all rights not expressly granted to the User remain reserved by Block2Learn and its licensors.
12.2 Limited Personal License
Subject to compliance with the Block2Learn legal framework, Block2Learn grants the User a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, non sublicensable, revocable license to access and use Learning Path materials solely for personal educational purposes.
This license is granted exclusively for the User’s individual educational participation within the Learning Path.
The license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property and does not create any proprietary rights in favor of the User.
The User acknowledges that access rights and ownership rights are fundamentally different concepts.
Access to educational materials shall not be interpreted as acquisition of ownership, intellectual property rights, publication rights, reproduction rights or distribution rights.
All intellectual property rights remain exclusively vested in Block2Learn and its licensors.
12.3 Prohibition of Redistribution
The User shall not reproduce, redistribute, publish, transmit, disclose, share, upload, repost, broadcast, circulate, distribute or otherwise make Learning Path materials available to third parties without the prior written authorization of Block2Learn.
This restriction applies regardless of whether redistribution occurs for commercial purposes, non commercial purposes, educational purposes, community purposes or personal purposes.
The User acknowledges that unauthorized redistribution may substantially undermine the value, integrity and sustainability of the Learning Path.
Accordingly, Block2Learn reserves the right to pursue all remedies available under applicable law and the broader Block2Learn legal framework in response to unauthorized redistribution.
The prohibition on redistribution applies both during and after participation in the Learning Path.
12.4 Prohibition of Sharing Access
The User acknowledges that Learning Path access is personal.
Access credentials, Membership benefits, Subscription benefits, Dashboard access, Framework access and educational resources may not be shared with third parties unless expressly authorized by Block2Learn.
Unauthorized sharing may include credential sharing, account sharing, household sharing, organizational sharing, group sharing, educational sharing, community sharing or any arrangement through which unauthorized individuals gain access to Learning Path resources.
The User acknowledges that access sharing may compromise intellectual property protection, educational integrity, Platform security and the commercial viability of the Learning Path.
Block2Learn reserves the right to investigate suspected access sharing and to implement reasonable enforcement measures where appropriate.
12.5 Protection of Educational Systems
The User acknowledges that intellectual property protection extends beyond individual documents and educational materials.
The educational architecture, educational progression methodology, Framework structure, Dashboard structure, learning systems, educational workflows, educational organization, educational models, educational processes and educational design of the Learning Path may constitute proprietary educational systems belonging to Block2Learn.
Accordingly, the User shall not copy, replicate, reverse engineer, deconstruct, reproduce, recreate, imitate or commercially exploit the Learning Path as a whole or any substantial component thereof.
The User further acknowledges that intellectual property rights may exist in the combination, arrangement and organization of educational concepts even where individual concepts may be publicly known.
The Learning Path shall therefore be protected both as a collection of individual educational resources and as an integrated educational system.
12.6 No Creation of Derivative Educational Programs
The User shall not use the Learning Path or substantial portions thereof as the basis for creating competing educational programs, educational frameworks, courses, training systems, coaching programs, consulting methodologies, membership programs or similar educational offerings.
The User acknowledges that educational participation does not grant rights to reproduce the Learning Path in modified form.
This restriction applies regardless of whether such derivative activities are conducted commercially, non commercially, publicly or privately.
Nothing in this Section shall restrict the User from applying educational concepts for personal use, provided that such use does not result in unauthorized reproduction of the Learning Path or its proprietary systems.
12.7 Monitoring and Enforcement
Block2Learn reserves the right to implement reasonable measures intended to protect the intellectual property contained within the Learning Path.
Such measures may include access controls, account controls, monitoring systems, technological protection measures, watermarking systems, educational tracking systems, usage reviews, security investigations and other protective mechanisms reasonably necessary to safeguard educational resources.
The User acknowledges that such measures are intended to preserve the integrity and sustainability of the Learning Path.
Where Block2Learn reasonably believes that intellectual property rights have been violated, Block2Learn may investigate the matter and take appropriate action under the applicable legal framework.
12.8 Survival of Intellectual Property Rights
The User acknowledges that intellectual property rights relating to the Learning Path survive completion of educational materials, expiration of Memberships, expiration of Subscriptions, termination of access and termination of the relationship between the User and Block2Learn.
The expiration of access rights shall not create any right to retain, reproduce, distribute, publish, commercialize or otherwise exploit Learning Path materials beyond the scope expressly permitted by applicable law.
All restrictions, protections, reservations of rights and intellectual property provisions contained within this Policy shall continue in full force and effect following termination of participation in the Learning Path.
The provisions of this Section shall be interpreted broadly in order to protect the intellectual property, educational systems and proprietary educational architecture developed by Block2Learn.
13. TERMINATION OF ACCESS
13.1 Loss of Membership Access
The User acknowledges that access to certain components of the Learning Path may depend upon the existence of an active Membership, Subscription, product entitlement or other authorized access arrangement.
Where such access arrangements expire, are cancelled, lapse, terminate or otherwise cease to exist, access to the associated educational resources may also cease in accordance with the applicable Membership terms, Subscription terms, product terms and broader Block2Learn legal framework.
The User acknowledges that termination of access rights does not invalidate the educational services previously provided.
Educational participation occurring before termination shall remain valid regardless of the subsequent loss of access.
Nothing within this Policy shall be interpreted as guaranteeing continued access to educational resources beyond the scope of the applicable access arrangement.
The scope and duration of access shall always be determined by the specific rights granted to the User at the time of acquisition.
13.2 Policy Violations
Block2Learn reserves the right to suspend, restrict, limit or terminate access to the Learning Path where the User violates this Policy or any other component of the Block2Learn legal framework.
Such violations may include unauthorized redistribution of educational materials, account sharing, credential sharing, intellectual property violations, payment abuse, fraudulent activity, misuse of educational systems, abuse of Platform resources, security violations, attempts to circumvent access controls or other conduct inconsistent with the intended operation of the Learning Path.
The User acknowledges that educational access is conditioned upon continued compliance with applicable rules.
Violation of such rules may result in enforcement measures designed to protect educational resources, intellectual property, other Users and the broader Block2Learn ecosystem.
The implementation of enforcement measures shall not constitute non delivery of educational services where the User’s own conduct gave rise to the restriction.
13.3 Account Suspension
The User acknowledges that access to the Learning Path may be affected by suspension, restriction or termination of the User’s account.
Account actions may occur for operational reasons, security reasons, fraud prevention purposes, legal compliance purposes, policy enforcement purposes, payment disputes, account investigations or other legitimate reasons determined by Block2Learn.
Where account access is suspended, Learning Path access may also be suspended for the duration of the relevant account action.
Block2Learn reserves the right to investigate circumstances giving rise to account restrictions and to determine appropriate measures based upon the information reasonably available at the time.
Temporary suspension shall not necessarily constitute permanent termination and may be lifted where circumstances warrant restoration of access.
13.4 Effect of Termination
Upon termination of access, the User’s right to access affected Learning Path resources shall cease to the extent provided by the applicable access arrangement and the broader Block2Learn legal framework.
Termination of access does not transfer ownership of educational materials to the User and does not create rights to retain, distribute, reproduce, publish, commercialize or otherwise exploit protected educational content.
The User acknowledges that intellectual property protections continue to apply following termination.
Termination of access shall not affect provisions of this Policy that are intended by their nature to survive termination, including intellectual property provisions, limitations of liability, recognition provisions, compliance obligations, dispute provisions and related protective clauses.
The termination of access also shall not create entitlement to refunds, compensation, damages or continued educational services except where expressly required by applicable law or expressly provided under the relevant contractual framework.
13.5 Educational Records Following Termination
The User acknowledges that Block2Learn may retain educational records, participation records, completion records, progress information, transaction records, Membership records and related operational records following termination of access where reasonably necessary for legitimate business, legal, compliance, security, accounting, dispute resolution or record keeping purposes.
Retention of such records does not imply continuing access rights.
Educational records may continue to exist within Platform systems even after educational access has ended.
The User further acknowledges that retention practices shall be governed by applicable law, the Privacy Policy and operational requirements of the Block2Learn ecosystem.
13.6 Termination of Individual Components
Block2Learn reserves the right to terminate, retire, replace or discontinue individual educational resources, educational modules, educational layers, Framework components, Dashboard features, educational tools or technological systems without necessarily terminating the Learning Path as a whole.
The User acknowledges that educational ecosystems evolve and that individual components may occasionally be retired as part of broader educational development.
Where educational components are replaced, Block2Learn may provide alternative educational resources, revised educational structures or substantially equivalent educational functionality as determined appropriate.
The retirement of specific components shall not automatically constitute termination of the Learning Path itself.
13.7 No Obligation to Maintain Legacy Access
The User acknowledges that Block2Learn is not obligated to maintain historical versions, legacy structures, obsolete educational systems, retired Framework components, discontinued educational technologies or superseded educational materials indefinitely.
As the Learning Path evolves, older components may be replaced by newer educational approaches.
The User agrees that educational evolution is consistent with the intended nature of the Learning Path.
Accordingly, termination of legacy educational components shall not create entitlement to perpetual maintenance of historical versions of the educational ecosystem.
13.8 Survival
The provisions of this Section shall survive expiration of Memberships, expiration of Subscriptions, termination of access, account closure, discontinuation of educational participation and termination of the contractual relationship between the User and Block2Learn to the extent reasonably necessary to preserve the rights, protections and obligations established herein.
14. FUTURE DEVELOPMENT OF THE LEARNING PATH
14.1 Educational Expansion
The User acknowledges that the Learning Path is intended to evolve as a long term educational ecosystem.
Block2Learn may expand the Learning Path through the introduction of additional educational resources, educational layers, educational tracks, educational modules, educational technologies, educational communities, research environments, Framework enhancements and other educational initiatives designed to support the mission of the Platform.
Such expansion may occur gradually over time and may significantly increase the scope, complexity and educational capabilities of the Learning Path.
The User acknowledges that future expansion forms part of the intended vision of the Learning Path and does not constitute a departure from its educational purpose.
Nothing within this Policy shall be interpreted as limiting Block2Learn’s ability to pursue educational growth and innovation.
14.2 New Layers
Block2Learn reserves the right to introduce additional educational layers beyond those currently existing within the Learning Path.
Future layers may address financial subjects, investment disciplines, decision making frameworks, economic analysis, business strategy, capital allocation, entrepreneurship, technology, behavioral finance, portfolio construction, macroeconomic analysis, risk management or any other educational subjects deemed relevant to the educational objectives of Block2Learn.
The User acknowledges that future educational layers may differ substantially from existing educational layers in structure, complexity, duration, educational methodology and access requirements.
The introduction of new layers shall not create entitlement to access such layers unless expressly included within the User’s applicable Membership, Subscription, purchase arrangement or access rights.
Block2Learn retains sole discretion regarding the structure and implementation of future educational layers.
14.3 New Framework Components
The User acknowledges that the Investor Framework and related educational systems may continue to develop over time.
Future developments may include additional Framework modules, enhanced analytical structures, decision support tools, educational workflows, organizational systems, research systems, educational planning systems and other educational functionality designed to support structured thinking.
Such developments may significantly expand the capabilities of the educational ecosystem beyond those available at the time of participation.
The User further acknowledges that Framework evolution may require modification, replacement or retirement of existing Framework components.
Block2Learn reserves the right to determine how Framework systems evolve in order to support long term educational objectives.
14.4 New Technologies
The Learning Path may incorporate new technologies as educational methodologies and technological capabilities evolve.
Such technologies may include advanced educational platforms, interactive learning environments, adaptive educational systems, educational analytics, simulation environments, visualization technologies, collaborative educational systems, educational automation systems and other technological innovations.
The User acknowledges that technological evolution may affect how educational content is delivered, organized, accessed, experienced and managed.
Block2Learn reserves the right to implement new technologies where such implementation is reasonably considered beneficial to educational effectiveness, user experience, operational efficiency or long term platform development.
The existence of current technological systems shall not create an obligation to maintain those systems indefinitely.
14.5 Artificial Intelligence Assisted Educational Features
The User acknowledges that future versions of the Learning Path may incorporate artificial intelligence assisted educational features.
Such features may include educational assistants, educational guidance systems, personalized learning support tools, educational search systems, educational recommendation systems, educational analysis tools, interactive educational environments and other artificial intelligence assisted technologies.
The User acknowledges that any such systems shall remain educational tools and shall not constitute financial advisors, investment advisors, legal advisors, tax advisors, professional consultants, fiduciaries or regulated service providers.
Artificial intelligence assisted features shall be intended solely to support educational participation and structured learning.
Block2Learn reserves the right to determine the functionality, scope, availability, limitations and operational structure of any artificial intelligence assisted educational systems introduced into the Learning Path.
14.6 Future Educational Recognition Systems
Block2Learn reserves the right to develop future participation recognition systems, educational achievement systems, educational records, educational transcripts, certificates of participation, educational summaries, milestone systems or other educational recognition mechanisms.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in separate written terms, any such recognition systems shall remain educational in nature and shall not constitute academic accreditation, professional certification, occupational qualification, regulatory authorization or professional licensing.
The User acknowledges that recognition of participation is fundamentally different from certification of competence.
Accordingly, future recognition systems shall not alter the educational character of the Learning Path unless expressly stated otherwise by Block2Learn.
14.7 Long Term Educational Vision
The User acknowledges that the Learning Path may ultimately evolve into a substantially larger educational ecosystem than that existing at the time of participation.
Future developments may include new educational methodologies, expanded educational architectures, specialized learning pathways, advanced educational technologies, educational communities, research environments, practical learning environments and additional educational experiences designed to support the broader mission of Block2Learn.
The User further acknowledges that participation occurs within an educational ecosystem intended for long term development and continuous improvement.
Nothing within this Policy shall be interpreted as limiting Block2Learn’s ability to pursue its educational vision, expand its educational capabilities or develop future educational opportunities consistent with its mission of helping individuals build more structured frameworks for thinking about capital, risk, opportunity and decision making.
The provisions of this Section shall survive modifications, expansions, restructurings, technological developments and future evolution of the Learning Path and the broader Block2Learn ecosystem.
15. FINAL PROVISIONS
15.1 Relationship with Other Legal Documents
This Learning Path Policy forms part of the broader Block2Learn legal framework and shall be interpreted together with all other applicable legal documents governing the Platform.
Such documents may include the Terms of Service, the Digital Products Sales Agreement, the Refund & Withdrawal Policy, the Membership & Subscription Policy, the Financial Disclaimer, the Intellectual Property Policy, the Account & Acceptable Use Policy, the Privacy Policy, Promotional Rules and any other applicable policies adopted by Block2Learn.
The User acknowledges that participation in the Learning Path occurs within an integrated legal framework and that no single document should be interpreted in isolation from the others.
Where a matter is not expressly addressed within this Policy, the applicable provisions of the broader Block2Learn legal framework shall continue to apply.
The User further acknowledges that acceptance of the Learning Path necessarily includes acceptance of all applicable legal documents governing access to the Platform.
15.2 Severability
If any provision of this Policy is determined by a court, regulator or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, unenforceable or ineffective, such provision shall be modified only to the minimum extent necessary to achieve compliance with applicable law.
The remaining provisions of this Policy shall remain valid, enforceable and effective to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The User acknowledges that the invalidity of a particular provision shall not affect the validity, enforceability or effectiveness of the Learning Path Policy as a whole.
The Parties further acknowledge that each provision of this Policy has been drafted independently and should be interpreted accordingly.
15.3 Survival
The User acknowledges that certain provisions of this Policy are intended by their nature to survive completion of educational content, expiration of Memberships, expiration of Subscriptions, suspension of access, termination of access, account closure and termination of the relationship between the User and Block2Learn.
Such provisions include, without limitation, intellectual property protections, educational limitations, recognition provisions, compliance obligations, confidentiality obligations, limitation of liability provisions, dispute related provisions, enforcement provisions and all provisions reasonably necessary to preserve the rights and protections established by this Policy.
The expiration of educational access shall not extinguish obligations that are intended to continue beyond participation in the Learning Path.
Accordingly, the surviving provisions of this Policy shall remain fully enforceable following termination of access.
15.4 Governing Law
This Learning Path Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Italy.
The User acknowledges that Block2Learn operates within an Italian legal framework and that Italian law shall govern the interpretation, validity, administration and enforcement of this Policy except to the extent that mandatory provisions of applicable law require otherwise.
Nothing within this Policy shall deprive consumers of rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under mandatory consumer protection legislation.
The provisions of this Policy shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with applicable law while preserving the educational objectives and legal protections intended by Block2Learn.
15.5 Jurisdiction
Subject to mandatory consumer protection laws and mandatory jurisdictional rights that cannot lawfully be waived, disputes arising out of or relating to the Learning Path shall be subject to the jurisdiction provisions contained within the Block2Learn Terms of Service.
The User acknowledges that disputes relating to educational participation, educational resources, Framework resources, Dashboards, educational technologies, educational recognition systems, access rights and related matters shall be governed by the dispute resolution framework established within the Block2Learn legal ecosystem.
The jurisdiction provisions applicable to the Platform shall apply equally to matters arising under this Policy.
15.6 Entire Learning Path Policy
This Policy constitutes the complete and authoritative statement governing the Learning Path unless supplemented by additional written terms expressly issued by Block2Learn.
The User acknowledges that no marketing material, educational presentation, promotional communication, informal statement, expectation, assumption or prior practice shall modify the provisions of this Policy unless expressly authorized by Block2Learn in writing.
This Policy is intended to provide a comprehensive framework governing the operation, structure, administration, participation and educational nature of the Learning Path.
Accordingly, the provisions contained herein shall prevail with respect to Learning Path matters except where superseded by mandatory applicable law.
15.7 Final Acknowledgement
By accessing, participating in, purchasing, utilizing, progressing through or otherwise engaging with the Learning Path, the User acknowledges that the User has had the opportunity to review this Policy in its entirety.
The User further acknowledges that the Learning Path is an educational program designed to support structured learning, analytical development and decision making frameworks rather than provide professional services, professional qualifications, financial advice, investment recommendations, trading advice or guaranteed outcomes.
The User understands that educational progress depends substantially upon individual effort, interpretation, engagement and application.
The User further acknowledges that participation recognition, completion indicators, medals, milestones, progress tracking systems and future educational recognition systems are intended solely to recognize participation within the educational ecosystem and do not constitute academic accreditation, professional certification, regulatory authorization or occupational qualification.
The User agrees to participate in the Learning Path subject to the provisions of this Policy and the broader Block2Learn legal framework.
