Effective Date: 31 August 2026
Last Updated: 31 August 2026
1. INTRODUCTION AND SCOPE
1.1 Purpose of these Terms
These Block2Learn AI and AI Assistant Terms of Use & Risk Disclosure establish the specific contractual, educational, technological, operational, data-related, intellectual property and risk-related rules governing access to and use of the Block2Learn artificial intelligence-powered assistant, the AI Assistant known as “The Bullionaire” (hereinafter referred to solely as “The Bullionaire”), within the Block2Learn Educational Ecosystem.
The purpose of these Terms is to define the nature of The Bullionaire, the purposes for which it is made available, the limitations applicable to its artificial intelligence functionality, the responsibilities assumed by Users, the conditions applicable to Inputs and Outputs, the rules governing access to Block2Learn Content, Portfolio Hub information and Learning Path resources, and the legal protections applicable to the continued operation, development and availability of the Service.
The Bullionaire is an artificial intelligence-powered educational assistant designed to support learning, financial literacy, market education, research interpretation, portfolio understanding, study activities, content discovery, information retrieval and navigation within the Block2Learn Platform.
The Bullionaire is not a human adviser, financial adviser, investment adviser, broker, dealer, portfolio manager, asset manager, wealth manager, fiduciary, accountant, tax adviser, lawyer, regulated professional or representative of any financial institution.
The Bullionaire does not provide regulated financial services, does not execute transactions, does not manage assets, does not transmit orders, does not exercise discretion over User portfolios and does not make financial decisions on behalf of Users.
These Terms are intended to ensure that Users clearly understand both the educational purpose of The Bullionaire and the technological, financial, operational and interpretative risks associated with the use of artificial intelligence-generated information.
1.2 Specific Supplemental Terms
These Terms constitute specific supplemental terms governing The Bullionaire.
They supplement and form an integral part of the broader Block2Learn legal framework, including the Block2Learn Terms of Service, Financial Disclaimer & Risk Disclosure, Account & Acceptable Use Policy, Portfolio Hub Terms, Data & Risk Disclosure, Learning Path Policy, Intellectual Property Policy, Privacy & Cookie Policy and any other legal document applicable to the User’s access to or use of the Platform.
Where a matter specifically concerning The Bullionaire is addressed in greater detail within these Terms, these Terms shall govern that specific matter, subject always to the Block2Learn Terms of Service and to mandatory provisions of applicable law.
These Terms do not replace the Block2Learn Terms of Service.
The Terms of Service remain the master agreement governing the entire Block2Learn ecosystem, while this document establishes the specific contractual rules applicable to The Bullionaire, its artificial intelligence functionality, its Inputs, its Outputs, its integrations, its access levels, its educational functions and its associated risks.
1.3 Relationship with the Block2Learn Legal Framework
The Bullionaire shall not be interpreted or used independently from the broader Block2Learn legal framework.
Access to and use of The Bullionaire are governed collectively by all applicable Block2Learn legal documents.
The Terms of Service govern the User’s general relationship with Block2Learn. The Account & Acceptable Use Policy governs account security, authorized use, prohibited conduct and enforcement. The Financial Disclaimer & Risk Disclosure governs the educational nature of financial, investment, trading and market-related information. The Portfolio Hub Terms govern Portfolio Data, analytics, scenarios, market data and portfolio-related functionality. The Learning Path Policy governs courses, educational progression, progress information and Learning Path resources. The Intellectual Property Policy governs ownership, licenses, restrictions and proprietary systems. The Privacy & Cookie Policy governs the processing of Personal Data and related technologies.
Where access to The Bullionaire is connected with a Membership, Subscription, course purchase, Digital Product, Paid Feature or promotional entitlement, the corresponding commercial and access policies shall also apply.
The User acknowledges that no single legal document governs the relationship between the User and Block2Learn in isolation.
The Block2Learn legal framework operates as an integrated contractual system in which each document regulates a particular area while remaining connected with and complementary to the others.
Where these Terms do not expressly address a matter, the applicable provisions of the broader Block2Learn legal framework shall continue to apply.
1.4 Scope of Application
These Terms apply to every individual or entity that opens, accesses, tests, configures, views, interacts with or otherwise uses The Bullionaire.
They apply regardless of whether the User is an unregistered visitor, a registered Free User, a purchaser of one or more Block2Learn courses, a Block2Learn Pro User, a recipient of promotional access or a User accessing the Service through any present or future Membership, Subscription, Digital Product or Platform entitlement.
These Terms apply to every current and future profile, model, reasoning mode, response mode, interface, integration, application, tool, report, export, conversation, analytical function and technological environment through which The Bullionaire may be delivered.
They apply to educational questions, financial questions, market analysis, portfolio interpretation, content retrieval, course support, navigation assistance, watchlists, reading lists, projects, saved analyses, alerts, reports, PDF exports, preferences, conversation history and all other current or future functionality associated with The Bullionaire.

The User acknowledges that The Bullionaire is an evolving artificial intelligence-powered educational service.
Its models, providers, system architecture, response profiles, reasoning modes, interfaces, access permissions, usage limits, retrieval systems, safety systems, data connections, supported languages, analytical capabilities, output formats and commercial structure may change over time.
Block2Learn may develop, introduce, modify, expand, reorganize, replace, restrict, suspend or discontinue functionality where reasonably necessary or appropriate for educational, operational, technological, security, legal, regulatory, commercial or strategic reasons.
Future functionality may include additional artificial intelligence models, educational tools, portfolio analytics, research integrations, personalized study functions, additional content sources, new reporting functions, collaborative features, voice functionality, additional applications or other technologies not currently available.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all such future functionality shall automatically fall within the scope of these Terms.
The description of a possible, planned, experimental or future function does not constitute a promise, warranty or binding commitment that the function will be developed, released or permanently maintained.
1.6 Application to Free and Paid Access
These Terms apply whether The Bullionaire is provided free of charge, through a trial, through a purchased course, through a Membership or Subscription, as part of Block2Learn Pro or through another present or future commercial arrangement.
Free availability does not constitute a guarantee that The Bullionaire, any access level or any particular function will remain free indefinitely.
Block2Learn may introduce or modify usage limits, processing limits, access levels, response profiles, premium functionality, storage limits, model availability or other commercial distinctions.
No User shall be charged merely because a previously free function becomes subject to payment. Any new charge shall require a separate affirmative purchase, activation or commercial acceptance process.
Where access is provided through a paid Membership, Subscription or product, the applicable price, duration, renewal, cancellation, refund and access conditions shall be governed by the corresponding Block2Learn commercial policies.
1.7 Acceptance of these Terms
By opening, accessing, testing, configuring, submitting an Input to, receiving an Output from, exporting content from or otherwise using The Bullionaire, the User acknowledges having had a reasonable opportunity to review these Terms.
Use of The Bullionaire constitutes acceptance of these Terms and of the applicable Block2Learn legal framework.
Block2Learn may require express electronic acceptance through a checkbox, acknowledgement field, first-use notice, activation screen, account prompt or similar electronic mechanism.
Where express acceptance is required, the User may be prevented from accessing or continuing to use The Bullionaire until the required acknowledgement has been completed.
Electronic acceptance may be recorded together with information reasonably necessary to document the acceptance event, including the User account, applicable document version, date, time and relevant technical record.
A User who does not agree with these Terms must not access or use The Bullionaire.
1.8 Mandatory Rights and Legal Limitations
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, waive or limit any right, protection, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, waived or limited under mandatory applicable law.
Where a provision conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, that requirement shall prevail only to the extent legally required.
All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Every disclaimer, limitation, exclusion, allocation of responsibility and contractual protection established by these Terms shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
1.9 International Access and Local Compliance
The Bullionaire is operated as part of the Block2Learn Platform from Italy and may be accessible to Users located in multiple jurisdictions.
Block2Learn makes no representation that The Bullionaire, its functionality, terminology, content, Outputs or educational applications are lawful, appropriate or suitable for every jurisdiction.
The User is responsible for determining whether access to and use of The Bullionaire are lawful in the User’s location and personal circumstances.
The User remains responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, sanctions, tax obligations, professional restrictions, financial rules, market conduct requirements and data protection obligations applicable to the User.
International access shall not alter the governing law, official language or jurisdiction provisions established by the Block2Learn legal framework.
1.10 Interpretation and Hierarchy
These Terms shall be interpreted consistently with the Block2Learn Terms of Service and the broader Block2Learn legal framework.
Where reasonably possible, all applicable documents shall be interpreted harmoniously.
Mandatory provisions of applicable law shall prevail where legally required. The Terms of Service shall remain the master agreement governing the Platform. These Terms shall govern matters specifically concerning The Bullionaire. Other applicable policies shall govern the subject matters specifically assigned to them.
Product descriptions, support communications, marketing materials, public statements, demonstrations, social media posts and informal explanations shall not override the applicable legal framework.
Headings are included for convenience and shall not limit the interpretation of any provision. References to examples, functions or categories are illustrative and shall not restrict the broader scope of these Terms.

3. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE NATURE AND TRANSPARENCY
3.1 Artificial Intelligence Disclosure
The User is expressly informed that The Bullionaire is an artificial intelligence system.
The User is not communicating exclusively with a human being when interacting with The Bullionaire.
The Bullionaire may use automated systems to interpret Inputs, retrieve information, select context, generate reasoning, formulate responses, perform calculations, produce summaries and create other Outputs.
3.2 No Human Identity
The Bullionaire is not a natural person and shall not be interpreted as an employee personally communicating with the User, a licensed professional, a human tutor assigned to the User, a financial expert responsible for the User, an authorized representative of a financial institution or a person capable of assuming professional or fiduciary responsibility.
The use of conversational language, first-person expressions, personality, tone, confidence, apparent empathy, visual identity or human-like interaction does not alter the artificial nature of the system.
3.3 Automated Generation
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Outputs are generated automatically and are not individually reviewed, approved, certified or verified by a human before being displayed to the User.
The presence of detailed reasoning, technical terminology, professional formatting, citations, Block2Learn branding or a generated PDF shall not be interpreted as evidence that an Output has received human, professional, legal, financial or regulatory review.
3.4 No Human Judgment
The Bullionaire does not possess consciousness, intention, belief, personal experience, emotional understanding or independent professional judgment.
Any language suggesting certainty, preference, concern, confidence or personal opinion is part of the generated conversational format and shall not be interpreted as a human assessment.
3.5 AI-Generated Content
The User must not intentionally misrepresent an Output as independently researched, exclusively human-authored, professionally reviewed, certified or approved where such representation would be false or misleading.
Where an Output is published, distributed or used in a context in which its artificial intelligence origin is material, the User is responsible for providing any disclosure required by applicable law.
The User shall not remove, obscure or alter artificial intelligence disclosures, warnings, labels, metadata or risk notices for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.
4. EDUCATIONAL, INFORMATIONAL AND SUPPORTIVE NATURE
4.1 Educational Purpose
The Bullionaire is designed to support financial education, investment education, economic and market education, cryptocurrency education, analytical learning, research interpretation, portfolio understanding, course participation and structured navigation within the Block2Learn Platform.
The Bullionaire may explain concepts, describe analytical methods, summarize authorized materials, identify relevant factors, compare educational scenarios, assist with study activities and help Users organize information.
These functions remain educational and informational in nature.
4.2 Informational Purpose
The Bullionaire may provide general information concerning markets, financial instruments, crypto-assets, portfolio concepts, economic conditions, risk, performance, taxation, regulation or other subjects.
The provision of information does not constitute a determination of what a particular User should do.
The fact that information may be adapted to the User’s language, level, interests, course history, watchlist or Portfolio Data does not automatically transform the information into professional advice.
4.3 Supportive Purpose
The Bullionaire may support the User’s independent understanding and decision-making process by organizing information, explaining terminology, identifying assumptions or presenting alternative educational perspectives.
The Bullionaire does not replace the User’s judgment and does not assume responsibility for decisions made by the User.
4.4 Methodology Rather Than Decisions
The Bullionaire may describe analytical frameworks, risk factors, scenario methods, portfolio metrics and decision-making principles.
Such information is intended to demonstrate methodology rather than dictate conclusions.
The User remains responsible for determining whether, how and to what extent any educational method is relevant to the User’s circumstances.
4.5 No Regulated Financial Service
The Bullionaire does not provide regulated financial services.
Block2Learn does not act through The Bullionaire as an investment firm, broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, portfolio manager, asset manager, wealth manager, financial planner, investment adviser or other regulated financial intermediary.
4.6 No Professional Relationship
Use of The Bullionaire does not create a professional, fiduciary, advisory, agency, trustee, accountant-client, lawyer-client or other regulated relationship between the User and Block2Learn.
No Output creates a duty of care equivalent to that owed by a licensed professional acting under a professional engagement.
4.7 Educational Purpose Prevails
Where any ambiguity exists concerning the nature of an Output or function, the interpretation most consistent with the educational, informational and supportive purpose of The Bullionaire shall prevail to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
5. GENERAL FUNCTIONALITY
5.1 Educational Questions and Explanations
The Bullionaire may respond to questions concerning economics, finance, investments, financial markets, portfolio construction, risk, cryptocurrencies, blockchain, trading concepts, research and related Block2Learn educational subjects.
The Bullionaire may adapt the length, structure, tone, language and complexity of a response according to available preferences and the apparent level of the User.
Such adaptation is intended to improve educational usability and does not constitute a professional evaluation of the User’s competence, financial experience or suitability.
5.2 Response Profiles and Processing Modes
The Bullionaire may offer different response profiles, reasoning modes, processing levels or performance configurations.
Different profiles or modes may use different models, context limits, processing methods, response lengths or computational resources and may therefore produce different Outputs from the same or similar Input.
No particular profile or processing mode guarantees greater accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability.
5.3 Conversational Context
The Bullionaire may maintain contextual information within a Conversation in order to generate more coherent responses.
Conversational context may be incomplete, may be lost, may be incorrectly interpreted or may include assumptions derived from previous Inputs.
The User is responsible for correcting misunderstandings and restating material information where necessary.
5.4 Language Functions
The Bullionaire may respond in the language used by the User or in another selected language.
Translations and multilingual responses may contain grammatical, terminological, legal, financial or substantive errors.
Where accuracy is material, the User must consult the authoritative original-language source.
5.5 Navigation Functions
The Bullionaire may identify, suggest or open Block2Learn pages, articles, Research, Portfolio Hub, Learning Path, courses or other authorized Platform areas.
Opening or identifying a page does not establish that the User possesses the right to access all content contained within that page.
5.6 Export and Reporting Functions
The Bullionaire may allow Users to copy, export, print or save Conversations and Outputs, including through PDF functionality.
Such functions are provided for personal educational convenience and remain subject to the limitations established in these Terms.
5.7 Interface and Accessibility Functions
The Bullionaire may be available in lateral, full-screen, desktop, tablet or mobile formats and may include light and dark themes, text-size preferences, animations, accessibility settings and automatic interface adaptation.
Block2Learn does not guarantee identical functionality, presentation or performance across all devices, browsers or screen configurations.
6. ACCESS LEVELS AND PERMISSIONS
6.1 Permission-Based Access
Access to The Bullionaire may depend upon account status, Membership, Subscription, course ownership, promotional entitlement, technical availability and other conditions established by Block2Learn.
The Bullionaire may verify applicable permissions before retrieving Protected Content, Portfolio Data, Learning Path information or other account-specific resources.
Access rights remain personal, limited, conditional, revocable and non-transferable.
6.2 Visitors
An unregistered visitor may be permitted to open The Bullionaire, submit a limited number of trial questions, receive basic educational explanations, search public Block2Learn content and receive navigation assistance concerning public areas of the Platform.
The number of trial questions, available profiles, response limits and public functions may be modified, restricted or discontinued.
Trial access does not create a permanent entitlement and must not be circumvented through multiple identities, devices, sessions, accounts or technical methods.
6.3 Registered Free Users
A registered Free User may access the functions expressly assigned to the applicable Free Access Level.
Such functions may include educational responses, access to permitted registered content, authorized Research and Market Focus materials, read-only Portfolio Hub information, Learning Path progress information, assistance concerning purchased courses, local organizational functions, conversation exports and contextual educational suggestions.
The availability of a function at one time does not guarantee that the function will remain available in the same form indefinitely.
6.4 Users With Purchased Courses
A User who has purchased a Block2Learn course may receive assistance concerning the content of that course, subject to the Learning Path Policy and applicable access conditions.
Course-related assistance may include explanations, reviews, quizzes, exercises, summaries, study plans and support in resuming authorized learning activities.
The purchase of a course does not automatically grant access to Block2Learn Pro functionality and does not grant access to other courses not purchased by the User.
6.5 Block2Learn Pro Users
A Block2Learn Pro User may receive access to advanced functions assigned to the Pro Access Level.
Such functions may include advanced portfolio analytics, volatility and drawdown analysis, concentration and diversification analysis, correlations, contribution-to-risk analysis, exposure analysis, educational stress tests, read-only what-if simulations, scenario comparisons, benchmark comparisons, performance attribution, customized reports, Pro Research summaries, synchronized watchlists, advanced alerts, projects, saved analyses and advanced course tutoring.
The actual availability of advanced functions depends upon data availability, technical capacity, model availability, account permissions, applicable Subscription conditions and the current configuration of the Platform.
6.6 No Expansion of Entitlements Through Output
The Bullionaire cannot independently create, modify, restore, extend or transfer an access right.
An incorrect Output suggesting that a User possesses a particular Membership, Subscription, course or entitlement does not create that entitlement.
Official account, purchase and Membership records shall determine the User’s actual access rights.
6.7 Separation of Access Levels
The Bullionaire may maintain distinctions between visitor, Free, course-specific and Pro functionality.
A course purchase does not create Pro rights. A Pro Subscription does not automatically create ownership of separately sold courses. Free registration does not create access to Protected Content.
The User must not attempt to defeat these distinctions through prompts, technical manipulation, account sharing, content extraction or other circumvention methods.
7. BLOCK2LEARN CONTENT ACCESS
7.1 Authorized Content Retrieval
Subject to permissions and technical availability, The Bullionaire may search, retrieve, organize, summarize and explain Block2Learn articles, Research, newsletters, course materials and other authorized content.
Content access remains limited to materials that are public or available under the User’s current entitlements.
7.2 No Guaranteed Retrieval
The Bullionaire does not guarantee that every relevant Block2Learn resource will be indexed, discovered, retrieved, opened or correctly summarized.
Search and retrieval systems may omit materials, select incomplete context, retrieve outdated versions or fail to identify the most relevant resource.
7.3 Protected Content
Protected Content remains subject to the applicable access conditions and intellectual property protections regardless of whether it is displayed directly, summarized or referenced by The Bullionaire.
The generation of a summary does not grant the User the right to reproduce, redistribute, commercialize, reconstruct or otherwise exploit the underlying Protected Content.
7.4 Content Suggestions
The Bullionaire may recommend that the User read a particular Block2Learn article, Research item, course, lesson or other educational resource.
A content suggestion is a navigation and educational recommendation and does not constitute an investment recommendation, product suitability assessment or guarantee of educational results.
7.5 Canonical Content
Where an Output conflicts with an official Block2Learn article, course, guide, policy, Research publication or other canonical Platform resource, the canonical resource shall prevail.
The User must consult the original material before relying on an AI-generated explanation or summary.
7.6 No Unauthorized Unlocking
The Bullionaire does not unlock or grant access to content not owned or authorized for the User.
Attempts to obtain Protected Content through prompt manipulation, indirect requests, progressive extraction, reconstruction, system circumvention or similar methods are prohibited.
8. PORTFOLIO HUB FUNCTIONS
8.1 Relationship with the Portfolio Hub Terms
All Portfolio Hub information accessed, displayed, interpreted or used through The Bullionaire remains governed by the Portfolio Hub Terms, Data & Risk Disclosure.
These Terms supplement those Portfolio Hub Terms by establishing the additional limitations applicable when Portfolio Data is interpreted or processed through artificial intelligence.
8.2 Read-Only Nature
Portfolio Hub access through The Bullionaire is read-only unless Block2Learn expressly introduces and separately governs additional functionality in the future.
The Bullionaire does not modify portfolios, positions, transactions, watchlists, goals, liabilities, account permissions or official Platform records.
It does not place or transmit orders, purchase or sell assets, rebalance portfolios, transfer funds, sign transactions, connect to wallets for transaction execution, exercise custody or control financial accounts.
8.3 Portfolio Interpretation
The Bullionaire may describe portfolios, positions, allocation, concentration, diversification, performance, goals and other available Portfolio Data in natural language.
The use of personal Portfolio Data or personalized language does not create a professional portfolio review, suitability assessment, appropriateness assessment, regulated personal recommendation or portfolio management service.
8.4 No Personalized Investment Recommendation
The Bullionaire is not authorized to instruct a User personally to buy, sell, hold, trade, stake, lend, borrow, leverage, hedge or allocate capital to a particular asset, security, crypto-asset, financial instrument or strategy.
It is not authorized to prescribe a personalized target allocation or transaction based upon the User’s Portfolio Data, age, financial position, objectives, knowledge, experience, risk tolerance or personal circumstances.
Where an Output appears to contain such a direction, the User must treat the Output as an erroneous and unauthorized AI-generated response, must not rely upon it and should independently verify the matter through an appropriately qualified professional.
8.5 No Suitability or Appropriateness Assessment
The Bullionaire does not collect, verify or evaluate all information required to perform a regulated suitability or appropriateness assessment.
It does not determine whether a financial instrument, crypto-asset, transaction, strategy, risk level or portfolio structure is suitable or appropriate for the User.
No reference to risk tolerance, objectives, time horizon or personal preferences shall be interpreted as a completed professional assessment.
8.6 Portfolio Data Limitations
Portfolio Data may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, duplicated, incorrectly classified, manually entered, based on delayed information or affected by unsupported assets, missing transactions, incorrect wallet addresses, currency conversions, fees, taxes, corporate actions or other factors.
The Bullionaire does not independently verify ownership, control, authenticity, completeness, source of funds, net worth, solvency or the economic reality represented by Portfolio Data.
8.7 Market Data
Prices and market information used within Portfolio-related Outputs may be current, near real-time, delayed, cached, estimated, incomplete, incorrect or obtained from independent Third-Party Providers.
Displayed prices are not executable prices and may differ materially from prices available through an exchange, broker, trading venue or liquidity provider.
The User must independently verify all market data before making any financial decision.
8.8 Analytics and Metrics
The Bullionaire may explain or process metrics relating to performance, allocation, concentration, diversification, volatility, drawdown, correlation, benchmark comparison, attribution or contribution to risk.
Such metrics are mathematical and educational representations that depend upon the underlying data, time period, currency, benchmark, methodology, frequency, assumptions and calculation rules.
No metric guarantees future performance, future risk, diversification, capital preservation or achievement of any financial objective.
8.9 Correlation and Diversification
Correlation and diversification information may change materially over time and under different market conditions.
Historical correlation does not guarantee future correlation. Apparent diversification does not guarantee protection against loss, liquidity events, systemic risk or simultaneous market declines.
8.10 Performance and Attribution
Performance and attribution information may not fully account for taxes, fees, transaction costs, timing differences, deposits, withdrawals, illiquid assets, missing transactions or currency effects.
Such information is not an audited performance record and must not be represented as verified investment performance.
8.11 Scenarios and What-If Simulations
The Bullionaire may generate or explain educational scenarios, stress tests and read-only what-if simulations.
Every scenario is hypothetical and dependent upon assumptions. It is not a forecast, prediction, probability assessment, expected return or guarantee.
Labels such as conservative, intermediate, expansionary, adverse, optimistic or similar are educational labels and do not constitute standardized regulatory classifications.
8.12 Goals and Liabilities
The Bullionaire may explain available goals, liabilities, contribution assumptions, deadlines or related Portfolio Hub information.
Such functionality does not constitute financial planning, debt advice, retirement advice, pension advice, budgeting certification or professional cash-flow analysis.
The User remains responsible for verifying obligations, payment dates, amounts, contractual terms and financial commitments through official records.
8.13 No Continuous Monitoring
The Bullionaire does not continuously monitor the User’s Portfolio, markets, obligations, deadlines, risks, wallet addresses or financial circumstances.
No duty to warn, intervene, update, rebalance, prevent loss or notify the User of a relevant event is created.
9. LEARNING PATH AND COURSE FUNCTIONS
9.1 Relationship with the Learning Path Policy
All Learning Path, course, progress and certificate functionality accessed through The Bullionaire remains governed by the Learning Path Policy.
These Terms establish the additional limitations applicable to artificial intelligence-generated explanations and educational support.
9.2 Course Assistance
The Bullionaire may explain authorized course content, answer study questions, generate quizzes, prepare reviews, create exercises and assist the User in organizing a study plan.
Such functions are intended to support learning and do not replace the original course materials, instructional sequence or independent study responsibilities of the User.
9.3 Access Restrictions
The Bullionaire may provide course-related assistance only where the User possesses the required access entitlement.
Ownership of one course does not authorize access to another course. Free registration does not authorize access to paid Learning Path materials. A Pro Subscription does not automatically create ownership of separately sold educational products.
9.4 Progress Information
The Bullionaire may display or explain available learning progress, recent activity, completion information, medals or certificates.
Progress information may be delayed, incomplete or affected by technical synchronization errors.
An Output does not modify official progress records or create a completion status, medal or certificate.
9.5 No Academic or Professional Accreditation
Explanations, quizzes, exercises, progress records, medals and certificates associated with The Bullionaire or the Learning Path do not constitute academic accreditation, professional licensing, regulatory authorization, employment qualification or proof of professional competence unless expressly stated otherwise in an authorized Block2Learn document.
9.6 Educational Output Errors
AI-generated explanations may misunderstand, simplify, distort or incorrectly summarize course content.
Where an Output conflicts with canonical course material, the canonical course material shall control.
9.7 No Guaranteed Educational Outcome
Use of The Bullionaire does not guarantee mastery, competence, course completion, examination success, professional development, improved performance or any other educational result.
The User remains responsible for active study, independent verification and application of knowledge.
10. ORGANIZATIONAL AND LOCAL FUNCTIONS
10.1 Conversations
The Bullionaire may allow Users to create, reopen, continue, search, organize or delete Conversations.
Conversation history is an organizational convenience and is not an official educational, financial, legal or accounting record.
10.2 Projects and Saved Analyses
The Bullionaire may allow Users to organize Conversations or Outputs into projects, folders, pinned items or saved analyses.
The existence of a project or saved analysis does not create professional status, certification, verification or permanent storage rights.
10.3 Reading Lists and Watchlists
The Bullionaire may allow Users to create reading lists, watchlists or collections of interests.
The inclusion of a subject, asset or resource in a reading list or watchlist does not constitute endorsement, recommendation or a determination that the item is suitable for the User.
10.4 Local Preferences
Preferences concerning language, response length, tone, format, teaching mode, knowledge level, appearance and interface behavior may be stored locally on the User’s device.
Such preferences may be lost, reset, unavailable or incorrectly applied.
10.5 Local Storage
Where the Platform identifies Conversations, projects, preferences, interests or saved resources as local, such information may be stored primarily within the User’s browser or device.
Local storage does not mean that no information is transmitted for the purpose of generating Outputs, operating the Service, enforcing security or complying with legal obligations.
10.6 Loss of Local Data
Local Data may be lost when the User clears browser storage, removes site data, changes browser or device, uses private browsing, reinstalls software, activates device-cleaning tools, resets the assistant or experiences device failure.
Block2Learn does not guarantee restoration, synchronization or recovery of Local Data.
10.7 User Backup Responsibility
Where information is important to the User, the User is responsible for creating and securely retaining an independent copy through available export or other lawful methods.
11. AI OUTPUT LIMITATIONS
11.1 Possibility of Error
The User acknowledges that artificial intelligence systems may generate inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, inconsistent or entirely fabricated information.
An Output may appear plausible, coherent and professionally written while being materially incorrect.
11.2 Hallucinations
The Bullionaire may generate names, dates, events, quotations, citations, calculations, legal rules, market data, sources or factual statements that do not exist or do not correspond to reality.
