2. Subscription Plans and Payments

- Payments are processed exclusively through PayPal.
- Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable.
- The subscription automatically renews upon expiration unless canceled by the user.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
- Users can cancel the renewal of their subscription at any time from their account settings.
- In accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, users have the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase, unless they have already accessed the reserved content.
- By accepting these terms, the user expressly waives the right of withdrawal upon accessing digital content, as required by applicable regulations.

- In cases of chargeback attempts or payment fraud, the user’s account will be immediately suspended and permanently blocked, with possible legal action in severe cases.
